We visited for Mother’s Day and unfortunately left disappointed. Starting with the appetizers: the calamari was decent, but the $21 cheese plate was underwhelming—just two small sticks of three cheeses, a tiny bowl of halved pickles, a small drizzle of honey, and eight pecans. It felt more like a garnish than a dish. The main courses were a letdown. I ordered the Bouillabaisse and spoke with the manager due to the portion size. For $26, I received three shrimp tails, six mussels, and a few undercooked fingerling potatoes. This dish felt more appropriate at a $10 price point. My wife’s Chicken au Morille was equally disappointing. The chicken lacked flavor, seemed boiled, and came with just seven green beans and a side of subpar mac & cheese. If we hadn’t ordered the appetizers, we would have left hungry. This is a relatively new restaurant, but if the quality and value don’t improve, I can’t imagine it will last long.

Today was my third visit to Kersey House, and once again, the food was delicious and the service was great. Six of us went for a mid-afternoon meal for Mother's Day and enjoyed a good time in a very pleasant atmosphere. We will return.

Brunch did not disappoint. The most amazing Eggs Benedict. Quality ingredients, impeccable service, and fair prices for high/end meals. Kersey House has it all.

Nice table outside. Unfortunately the waitress forgot to bring my entire order so that was disappointing. Was looking forward to the escargot but it didn’t arrive. 😟Had the eggs Benedict. It was delicious. We had to ask to get a dessert menu. Menu is confusing when it comes to GF.

We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived and seated quickly. Service was great, prompt and hospitable. The restaurant itself is beautiful, however, the main dining area was very open and somewhat loud. Unfortunately the food was mediocre. Nothing special, pretty bland. We ordered the filet and scallops dishes. Disappointing for sure. Not sure I’d return.

Here’s a score card, 1 to 10: Lobster bisque 7, Bouillabaisse 6, Steak Frites 5, Duck Confit 3. This plus two glasses of wine $129 + tax and tip. Not a good value.
