   I have dined at Kendall’s on numerous occasions. My meal was great as always. However there was a 45 minute delay in getting my meal. The manager did comp my meal. I will return for another lunch.

   Terrible food, took too ok g to get, almost felt forgotten. We ordered bread, never came out, the chicken I. The Caesar salad was so dry and burnt, it was not edible.

   My server checked in with me a few minutes after I was seated. The server observed I was waiting on someone. I confirmed someone else was joining me, but that I was going to order before they arrived anyway. The Server acknowledged this as he poured the water and walked away. The server did not return to get my order for at least 20 minutes. I tried to get their attention a few times, but they missed my gestures. Then after my guest arrived it took another 15-20 minutes before they checked to see what they wanted to order. Very disappointing service.

   They don’t pay any attention to the notes or requests that you put on your Open Table reservations. We request 1 of 2 particular table and when we arrive they tell us the tables are occupied. Many tables were empty when we arrived but the 2 we requested were occupied. They should start reading the reservation requests other than the time.

   Best dish I had today was the French Onion Soup! Also loved my espresso martini!! Top rate service. Can always rely on Kendall's when I'm at the Music Center or Disney Concert Hall, or nearby.

   This restaurant is so overpriced it is staggering. The food is average. We paid $10.00 for bread and it was two cold heavily burned pieces of toast and 2 Hawaiian rolls bought probably at Ralphs. The cocktails were served in glasses used by little girls with their doll houses playing house. Seriously, they were probably a 2 ounce drink. The beer was served in a wine glass. There is only one group of people going to this restaurant which is the audience for Ahmanson shows. They are only open 4 pm to 8 pm seven days a week. I predict they will be out of business within 2 years.
