Just terrible. We come here probably four times a year before theatre but never again. Server was kind so no issue there and they did reduce my bill but I would rather pay for a good experience rather than get a reduction for a bad one. White wine bottle was warm. Soup was cool. Quiche was old and microwaved. Salad was all arugula and the carrots and cucumbers so wilted they flopped when u picked one up. After surviving all these years, Kendalls you need to step up your game to stay in business

4 different waiters for brunch. forgot all about the separate tabs served raw salmon not cooked. messed up the egg order for my friend, and didn't realize you could mess up a salad order that poorly for brunch.

Love the new menu and the hostess and waiters were very attentive and friendly. Can’t beat it when going to the Music Center.

I have dined at Kendall’s on numerous occasions. My meal was great as always. However there was a 45 minute delay in getting my meal. The manager did comp my meal. I will return for another lunch.

Terrible food, took too ok g to get, almost felt forgotten. We ordered bread, never came out, the chicken I. The Caesar salad was so dry and burnt, it was not edible.

We sat at the bar. When we observed the extremely limited menu, the friendly bartender told us the place had been closed for the past month. The food felt as if it was thrown together from an order of groceries pick up from Whole Foods (in other words, like I'd have made myself at home.) I used to love this place and was incredibly disappointed. The room is a lovely one and it's a shame but I won't go back.

My server checked in with me a few minutes after I was seated. The server observed I was waiting on someone. I confirmed someone else was joining me, but that I was going to order before they arrived anyway. The Server acknowledged this as he poured the water and walked away. The server did not return to get my order for at least 20 minutes. I tried to get their attention a few times, but they missed my gestures. Then after my guest arrived it took another 15-20 minutes before they checked to see what they wanted to order. Very disappointing service.

They don’t pay any attention to the notes or requests that you put on your Open Table reservations. We request 1 of 2 particular table and when we arrive they tell us the tables are occupied. Many tables were empty when we arrived but the 2 we requested were occupied. They should start reading the reservation requests other than the time.
