First off I do not review restaurants that I go to, but this was to say a disappointment. I ordered the sirloin steak with a loaded potatoes and veggies. the loaded potato was the best, well cooked and loaded with many spices, bacon etc. the veggies were well done and tasty. now on to the steak, well it was well cooked (medium rare) and the presentation was spot on but the steak itself was hard to cut and full of sinew which made it harder to chew. But I figured what this meal cost me I better suck it up and do my best at finishing it. I will not recommend this menu Item to anyone in the future. Our overall experience was good but not being a steak house explains a lot. the ambiance was great, lots of people enjoying there time with family and friends. Our server was amazing, very personable and made you feel like you were a guess at her own home. Thank you.

Food was good. But smaller portions of the same meal I usually get. Broccoli cold. Mashed potatoes lukewarm and small chicken piece. Will not get again Waitress was good

We have met for "date nights" with friends at this Kelsey's for a while now; however, I do believe it is time to find another location. The service is not all that great and when you ask for something, like milk for your tea, it takes them 10-15 minutes to get back to you. When your asked how your food is and you reply, they always insist, "no that's what your ordered!" even when the rest of the table heard differently. Maybe there are not enough service, don't really know, but when you only go out for dinner once a month, pick the same location, you want better service and food! Need to get better!

Wrote down celebrating Birthday when made reservations and server did not ask who's birthday it was. We were expecting a cake or something, but that never happened. Took a bit too long to get our drinks. I also asked to get a table adjacent to the bar, but that never happened as well. I'm not impressed!

Food was great. Our waitress Teresa was AMAZING!!!! I asked her to bring a candle with ice cream to sing happy bday to my daughter and she said that unfortunately they don't do anymore; however, when she brought out the ice cream she asked my daughter how old she was turning and asked her friends to sing happy bday, so the whole table sand the song and she just made my daughter’s day! She was WONDERFUL! Thanks Theresa :) My only complaint is that the restaurant was FREEZING! Other than that everything was great! Thanks! Melissa
