   Booth seats are flimsy. You can feel your back shaking every time someone from the next booth rest their back against the seat-back. Took forever for the waitress to take order and deliver food. After food finally came, not once she came over to ask if everything was ok. We had to keep asking her to come over for services we needed, even to get the bill. Meanwhile tables behind us served by another server, came later than us, had their food and left, while we were still waiting for our dessert. Kelsey’s are usually pretty good but definitely not going back to this location.

   Had a reservation so didn’t wait in line which was great! Great service and the beet and goat cheese salad with chicken was fabulous! Decor could use an update.

   We were disappointed that we couldn't dine upstairs in a quieter atmosphere. The booth we had was open at both ends with a post at one end and a tall table for 4 beside it. We felt like we were sitting in their laps or they in ours.

   Overall wasn’t impressed with our experience as we waited 20 minutes at our table from the time we were seated to the time our server came over. We watched her walk by us multiple times before coming over even to greet us and let us know she’ll be with us in a couple minutes. Overall not a great experience as our server never checked on us till we were done all our food and asked for our bills.

   This is probably the worst dining experience I’ve ever had and Kelsey’s is gonna have to do something huge for me to go back there. Had made reservations, told them in the reservation it was for my birthday and requested a booth. Received confirmation via email about my reservation. Perfect. Got to Kelsey’s 5 minutes before our reservations and was told there was no reservation for us. I showed them my email confirmation and then suddenly they say “oh it just came up”. I mentioned that we need a booth and they inform my that no booth is available and I should have requested that in my reservation. I told them I did and they said “oh yes I see it now”. Was told 15-20 minute wait for a booth. Almost 1/2 hour went by and still not seated when somebody came up to us and said “if you take another table and I guarantee exceptional service will that make you happy”. We said no and needed a booth bc I have had a hip replacement and a booth is the most comfortable and best for my hip. I’m right away concerned about the service we are now gonna be getting by refusing to sit elsewhere. We finally get seated in a nice large booth. Menus brought and I ask about the special 2 for $55 deal that started on December 26. The server told us there us no such deal and it’s not December 26 and it’s December 29. Ok, so we order our food, a nacho tray and wings. The big nacho tray comes but no plates to put our nachos on. We had to ask for plates. Wings come and we settle into eating. My husband asks for more water and the server leans right over the table between us, directly over our food to grab his glass. Why ?????? Why not just bring another glass of water?????? Then we requested a dessert menu. Ordered dessert (the waffle fries with the ice cream) and before it’s even served we are asked to pay our bill. My husband told them we will pay after dessert. While we are eating dessert, the server again leans over our table between us, over our dessert to grab the CAA card we had sitting

   The server was amazing and attentive The food was terrible, the wings were undercooked( were taken off bill) Food was luke warm, and we will never ever go back to any Kelseys again

    Terrible service. As soon as we walked in there was a man yelling at the manager about not receiving his food and the manager would not give him a refund. The manager was rude and dismissive. The poor customer had to call the police. Other customers were walking out. We waiting for our table for 20mins each staff member would keep walking past us. I booked a patio table and the lady said sorry patio is full and would not seat us. I do not recommend this place anyone. Terrible experience.

    This reservation was for my gf bday, Kelseys is special place for us...but this experience was TERRIBLE!!! Called restaurant 7 times, NO ANSWER!!! Hense me creating the Open Table Acct. Informed our waitress that we are here celebrating her bday, after our meal, Melody went to use the bathroom and our waitress came and asked if we want coffee/dessert....I said its her bday, arent you going to do anything for her???(hense the point of coming, the London locations came and Sang and clapped and wished her a happy bday with dessert) our waitress said she could bring her a cookie!!! Are you kidding me???? The next time we come to Blue Mountains we will never step foot in this restaurant AGAIN! PLEASE pass this message onto the restaurant manager.... Thank you......

    Server messed up a pasta order and tried to charge us for both, lucky i checked the bill. Also I wanted to pay with scene points but was told I messed up the process on the terminal and wasn't able to reenter according to the server. (I've reentered at other locations) The food was bland unlike other locations I've been too. Drinks were good! Overall due to the service I wouldn't return

    Enjoyed going out again. All service industries need support. Would have given a higher rating but unfortunately our steak was way over cooked. It was offset by a great Chicken Fajita meal. Will go again just won't have the steak.

    Service, food, and value were great. Only complaint is that the TV near our table kept turning off and on all the way though the SuperBowl which was annoying. We ended up leaving because of it.

    It was very cold in the dining area. I asked to move to a table near the fire place but the fire place wasn't even working. The setting needs improvement to make the dining experience a great one. The heat and fire place need to be fixed and working for customers especially in the colder months.

    The service and the meal was outstanding. The only issue I had was that the music was too loud. With all the conversations going on and being totally deaf in one ear, it made understanding our wonderful server and my husband very difficult.

    Has a nice night out! In town at a resort by the mountain and we’re looking for somewhere to eat in a rush. Service was fast and the people working were all very friendly, mainly families and couples out eating. Super snowy too! Waitress accidentally brought us the larger sized nachos when we ordered the smaller ones, but she charged us for the smaller ones regardless so it was no big deal. Fish and chips were pretty good, the fries a little cold though! I do recommend the nachos as well, they are great to share!

    You always know what you’re going to get here. Great service. Friendly. Burger was perfect (plant based), big salad with feta and sizzling fajitas with plenty of fixings. Big cookie for dessert and that’s a wrap!!!

    Even though booked had to wait 15 minutes for booth. Took me p minutes to take our order even after being asked to use on line menus. Waitress was great but food was not. Steak was not done medium well and had lots of viens/gristle running through it. Not a good cut of sirloin and not worth $25. The waitress did give us a discount but overall not impressed.

    Front of house service was mediocre. Specifically requested patio dining in reservation but patio table was not reserved for us, slightly disappointing. Servers and bar staff were kind and attentive. Food was a little slow coming out, but the cheesecake was good! Overall cleanliness was good.

    I understand maybe the waitstaff is new and young.. but had to ask for utensils , wanted salt and pepper and she never came back ... we asked for an extra plate and waited for quite awhile after food was delivered. The Caesar salad was wilted and brown edged lettuce and had no taste at all. The ambiance is so nice up top on the patio You need some work on good and service though
