   Everything was great except for the noise level was very loud and it was hard to carry on conversations without yelling at each other. Service and food were excellent.

   My partner and I haven’t had a date night in a while due to a very challenging year, so we did dinner here and then a movie thanks to some gift cards we had! We both were craving burgers and were very happy we chose here to eat! He got the bourbon burger and I got the bacon cheeseburger which hit the spot (although a little onion heavy- I just ended up sliding them off) I was still thinking about the burger the next day lol Meagan was our server and she was great too!

   The food and drinks took forever to come half of our food was cold. The fries were undercooked, not impressed.

   So. They changed their menu. I was disappointed that they got rid of the potato skins and fish tacos. So I decided to try the lunch trio menu. I was dissatisfied. The salad was way too small, garlic toast had too little cheese was over cooked and it was dry. The broccoli cheddar cheese soup was more flour than cheese and broccoli. I couldn’t finish it. It was like tasting paste. The alternative was a Thai soup. They should offer a butternut squash soup as an alternative. This is the first time I have been disappointed with the food at Kelsey’s. Despite this the server and hostess were awesome so the service was great. But I paid for a meal that I expected to be better.

   Server was on her phone talking to the bar tender while we waited for her attention to get more water and ask for more drinks. Super slow service. Food is cheap frozen mush.

   Really enjoyed our evening out. The food was good, the service was great and the ambiance was nice. The bill was reasonable. It is great to have a restaurant that is good value for your money.

   4 of us had an wonderful evening for Valentine’s Day dinner . We were greeted with 2 friendly faces with big smiles , we were seated very fast . Bailey came right over and introduced herself and right off the bat we knew we were going to be treated very well . Bailey was amazing from start to finish , we will definitely be back and hopefully be served by her. Our food was delicious. The choc cheese cake with caramel and choc sauce was to die for .

    Service was very slow at this location. We had to wait a long time to be seated, even though there was no lineup at the door. It seemed like the servers didn’t care if anyone was waiting. The food took forever to arrive, and everything was overcooked. We ordered two large servings of chicken wings—one order didn’t even have enough sauce and both were overcooked. We also had the chicken Parmesan, but the sauce was very runny, and the chicken was overcooked too. The sides were nearly burnt, with a dark brown color. We should have sent the food back, but we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. I had noted this on the reservation, but it didn’t seem to matter to them—there wasn’t even a simple greeting. We usually enjoy dining at Kelsey’s, but we won’t be returning to this location.
