Located in the historic 1917 Willcox Bank and Trust building, our Willcox Tasting Room is at 154 North Railroad Avenue in downtown Willcox. OPEN 11AM-5PM, EVERY DAY, 520-766-0600. We keep the tasting room at a wine and taster friendly 66 degrees!

Current release tastings are $8 and include a commemorative glass, $5 with your own glass.

Very nice space, service was adequate, prices for tasting are fair, however the wine was not good. It has an unusual adulterated flavor that is consistent across all varietals and blends.

We drank and tasted wine. I'm not sure they offer food choices. Wine was good. Lots of sweet ones, if you like sweet. Their pear wine was awesome! This was smooth and crisp. Not sweet.

We hat a wonderful experience. It was our first time visiting wineries in Wilcox. This is definitely a place to visit. The host was engaging and provided helpful advice. I will return here again.

We didn’t have any food, but N/A was not an option. Back patio was really neat! They make a lot of varieties, so probably something for everyone. We enjoyed their Viognier Reserve, and their Shiraz best.

The review shows 'Food' and there is no food. This is a wine tasting room, however, this survey requires a response on that item. This winery is the best in the Willcox area, if not the entire state of Arizona. The building is an old bank building from the past and it echo's a bit with the high ceilings, but the servers, Jim & Missy, are fantastic people. Also the wines are very good, covering from the 'Dry' to the 'Bold Reds'. Well worth the short drive to Willcox from Tucson!

Great Tasting Room and patio! All the Covid precautions taken. Mitzi was a fabulous barista—very knowledgeable and friendly. Very impressed with Rod’s GSM(Partners), 2019 Viognier, and new super pale Rose. Of course the big red Syrah styles are still there too. Worth the trip from BISBEE!

Wine tasting during Covid 19 experience: Place was clean and very well decorated facility. Attending representative was hard to hear behind plexiglass shield and personal mask impacting our overall experience. We were very likely the first patrons of the day.

No food, but I couldn't submit the survey without marking it. Keeling Schaefer makes great wine. I mean really great. Not "Arizona okay," great. We're not those impulse buyers who scarf up a few bottles after getting a little tipsy at a wine tasting. We've been buying their wines since we arrived to Arizona two years ago. Highly recommended are both Viognier styles--I knew the Reserve was good, but the 2019 regular vintage was great, too. And you can't go wrong with the PicPoul Blanc to pair with fruits and light snacks. The reds are robust and you can't find a dud among them. Notice, too, that they don't make certain very popular varietals like Chardonnay (the best-selling white wine in the world), Cabernet Sauvignon, or Pinot Noir. I'm convinced that, like the French, this winery grows the grapes that do best in these soil and weather conditions. Their real skill appears in what they do with those grapes, which is why you have several types of Syrah, each distinct from the other (probably from aging and bottling techniques and timing). I want to drink what the Earth best produces wherever I go, not what someone forces out of the ground and into a bottle. Keeling Schaefer seems to do that very well. Highly recommended....and considering joining the buyers' club. Those discounts really add up.
