An elegant restaurant but not over priced. I had the mini crab cakes and my husband had the salmon. Both entrees were perfectly portioned and superior in taste. We did share a Caesar salad prior to our dinners coming out which was very fresh. Our waiter was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. I will definately go back during this Christmas season as the location is right next to the Winter Wonderland/Fest.

The service was very good, but the food was only good. About the same as any tavern in the area.

Beautiful room with breath taking view! Staff was very accommodating, polite and attentive.
Menu was limited, though. Could use a couple more selections.

Horrible. Being located at the Hilton I assumed this would be a 4-star experience, at least. The menu is ridiculously small with only two items on the kids menu, to which the server noted that there were no exceptions to accommodate food issues for my son. The only thing positive is that the waiter eventually agreed to making me a cheeseburger without the burger which was my attempt to create something off the menu for my 6-year-old resembling a grilled cheese. With little to choose from I ordered shrimp which were severely undercooked and a salad which came out with warm lettuce. For 3 people I spent over $100 for a meal that was barely edible. My family ate a few french fries and relied on junk food from the “gift shop” and a late night pizza delivery to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I rarely write reviews and decided to take the time on this one to prevent others from making the same mistake I did - especially for a special event.

Though the service was great, the food was horrible. The fish and chips were basically made from frozen fish and was tough and tasteless. The menu stated it came with a homemade lemon tartar sauce, we were given pre packaged tartar sauce. The food was not good and my family and I will definitely not be returning.

The online menu was greatly reduced.
The salmon on the menu did NOT state it was served with a mustard sauce. It was an extremely heavy and grainy mustard sauce and it overflowed onto the vegetables which was gross!

Staying at the hotel, I was looking for something on site and found this amazing gem. Our waitress, Jackie, was just super awesome! She was friendly and attentive. Great person who made us laugh. The food was so fresh and also phenomenal. The triple chocolate cake was to die for. Yummmmmm! Thanks!

They were only open in the bar area because of the virus, so we didn't get to sit in the restaurant itself. The bar area was comfortable, and the main restaurant looked good as well. We would had sat outside for the water view, but it was too chilly. The menu was limited, again (I think) because of the virus. But what we had was excellent (double filet and crab cakes). They were very accommodating, brought me a double filet which wasn't on the menu. The bartender made a perfect manhattan, and the wines by the glass were reasonably priced and good. The bartender and manager (the only two working in the front) were great. The manager went so far as to chase me down near the garage when I left my credit card on the table. My only complaint is the parking charge - $18 for a couple of hours, really??

Our server was great and so was the hostess.
The issue was the menu was extremely limited but they didn’t state that on line. The food they did serve didn’t provide enough variety. They served on plastic plates with plastic ware. Also the prices for what they did serve was way too high. They only served bottled/canned everything even mixed drinks were in cans. Dessert wasn’t an option and being sine it was my birthday I was going to indulge. I get we are in a pandemic but had they updated the menu I would have gone somewhere else.

Restricted menu due to covid. What you see online is not what you get. They serve the food on plastic plates with plastic knives and forks. Cocktails came in a can. The only thing that saved it was the server I had. He was lovely and apologised for the poor food. 100% would not recommend until they offer a full menu!!

Great location at spruce street park. Im aware it is connected to the Hilton hotel but was not expecting hotel food and mini fridge drinks. Overall I was not disappointed but my expectations were way higher. Served small "airplane" style drinks similar to what you would take out of a mini fridge hotel. Requested waters and they charge 2.75 for a bottle of water is ridiculous. Food was average at best. If this did not have the location that it did I would not recommend to others.

The menu you see online and on OpenTable is false - this "restaurant" is really just attached to a hotel. I planned a birthday dinner with my girlfriend here, and when we arrived, no one greeted us for about 10 minutes. Finally someone came to the host stand, and when I told the man we had a reservation, he didn't check a computer or anything - just grabbed two menus and started walking. When we sat down and saw the menu, it was completely minimalized and didn't include any of the nice entrees that appeared on the online menu. Our waiter told us that they had to cut back because of COVID-19, which is understandable, but at least reflect that online. We left and went to another restaurant down the street called Panorama, and had an excellent experience.

I'm not sure if I recommend this place or not. The atmosphere and location is very nice. Being on the river ads to the overall experience. The food on the other hand was just okay. I expected more from a place like this. My wife had the crab cakes and they were average at best. I had salmon and it just like level of flavor that I thought that dish should have. Overall an okay place to sit down and enjoying a meal but I think there is much better value elsewhere.

A lovely spot on the waterfront with calm ambiance. Everyone was friendly and service was prompt. The food was mostly delicious, our group enjoyed their cheesesteaks and fish and chips, but the grilled shrimp tacos missed the mark. Unfortunately we couldn’t sit outside because of the lanternflies. The only true downfall of the restaurant is the lack of reasonable parking. Options are either $32 for valet at the hotel, or waiting in a ridiculously long and slow line for $20 public parking lot that fills up quickly. Overall though, we had a lovely time catching up and enjoyed ourselves. We will be back!

Had to wait because understaffed at 6pm Saturday. Free tables but would not seat the 2 of us. Fish and chips was awful. Tough fish very salty. Salmon over cooked. Why would I recommend ? I would give another try to maybe sit outside and have just appetizers. But it was disappointing so maybe I'd just go somewhere else.

We were very disappointed as this was my birthday dinner. It took a long time for someone to seat us, we waited at the host stand until someone came to seat us 10 minutes later. Then it took a very, very long time for a server to come over. He seemed miserable and like he couldn’t wait for the night to be over. Then we learned that the “rum runner machine” was broken when we tried to order drinks. I got a margarita instead which was the worst margarita I’ve ever had. And the appetizers were less than sub par, especially the “firecracker shrimp”. The raw tuna & avocado app, which usually comes with some kind of chip to eat it with, did not come with anything and we weren’t sure how to eat it. We asked for crackers, and the server dropped 7 packs of saltines on the table. The food was so bad I decided not to order an entree. Unfortunately, I’ll have to tell friends & family to stay away.

We did reserve a table in advance when we got there there were open tables out side and was told we would have a 20 min wait for out side which was not a problem after almost 50
Mins of waiting for an outside table I went to see what was going on and the table magically appeared and was available. We then waited 15 mins for someone to come to the table! And when I asked the server if our food can come out with the appetizer meaning if I didn’t need to wait til we were done the appetizers to get our meals she gave me attitude and said well we are really busy. I would have responded to a customer as I’ll
See what I can do NOT we r really busy !!! CUSTOMER SERVICE was HORRIBLE
FOOD WAS pretty good though !!! We prob will not return !!!
