We asked for outdoor dinning in our reservation because we were with a high risk covid person but we were declined. This has actualy happened twice

If you specifically ask for outside seating and have a reservation the hostess can not promise you that, they made us wait twenty minutes and said they did not reserve any table outside for us even when we specifically asked. The food was very good tho and our server was very nice.
Everything about Ke-uh is great. The hosts Sabrina the staff also worked as a team in bringing the food, as well as maintaining my area clean. The food was fresh and served beautifully, Edwin, the chef, created an amazing Smoked Torched Salmon Nigiri with Shaved Black Truffle that had an incredible presentation to accompany it, which screamed high quality dining. My server, Eduardo, was quick, attentive and even recommended an incredible sake that was very much so to my tastes. The manager Sai is the sweetest most attentive manager I've ever come across in any establishment, she made me feel like a welcomed guest and was very involved in ensuring my experience was top notch. Overall, great atmosphere with incredibly amicable people and fabulous food. If a score higher than this existed, I'd put my experience at that level.
We love Aqualina. We love this restaurant. Been to AQ on many occasions. Live next door. After the pandemic, really looking forward to thia dinner. Real disappointment. Food cold. One waiter for seven tables. Nobody could find him. Stay away until they get their act together.

We enjoyed Ke-Uh Westin so much, we would travel from Sunny Isles to Westin for dinner. The Westin location was chef-driven and the staff was friendly and wanted the patrons to enjoy the whole experience. At the Acqualina, the location was beautiful and food was delicious. However, this was a much more impersonal experience. The service was indifferent and one order of sushi was not delivered to our table. We were not told of the 18% automatic tip and, in fact, the info was contained on the 3rd sheet of the receipt and we almost tipped an extra 20%. We told the Valet we were going to the restaurant but we were never told by the Valet nor the restaurant that we had to officially validate valet parking even though it was all electronic. I was charged $25 of my credit card without being informed the parking charge, I questioned the amount (was there for under 2 hrs) I was told it was my fault because I did not get my electronic ticket validated on my phone. I asked for a receipt and was told I could not have one. I asked that the charge be cancelled and I be charged the correct amount of $8.50. I was told that the Valet was unable to cancel the incorrect charge even though they acknowledged I was overcharged. They must have the only charge system in America that cannot correct an overcharge. Then I was told I would be charged $40 a day with penalties if I insisted on voiding the incorrect $25 charge and could expect to pay over $400 which was incomprehensible to me. We did enjoy the food very much and the setting is great. It is a shame the restaurant cannot reproduce the friendly atmosphere or helpful service or even inform us of surcharges and auto tips. Not sure if we will go back. (we were planning to host a small dinner party at Ke-Uh and will not be doing so.)

Great service and food. Enjoying dinner on the beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean was amazing! It was great to experience the Acqualina Resort for a short while!
The food is just A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! It tastes better than Makoto, and that speaks a lot about it! The service is great, but the stuff is new and not always performing their best but I believe they will make it better with the time, however the manager was great, resolved all the issues we had and took care of everything. They don’t have cocktail menu which is disappointing, but the bartender can basically do anything you ask them. The most of the seatings are outside, the atmosphere is nice and calm, the music is not loud, I don’t even remember music playing at all. Definitely a great spot for a nice dinner. The prices are surprisingly not so high.
Overrated and overpriced restaurant that doesn’t deserve any of the good reviews. Service was appalling. Food bland and uninspiring.

The server and the service were very poor. The wine list is not true to the wines they serve. The biggest problems here is the service. Really truly poor service, and 18% gratuity service fee is included, so they definitely do not care at all. Very disappointed. Won’t come back. What a shame.

Food was excellent and service was good too, but I feel like we have been rushing around because food was coming up so fast that it was difficult/hard to enjoy the experience, company, conversation and ambiance...but... I’ll be back again!)))
This place is really good. One of the top sushi places in Miami. AMD the fried Oreos are amazing.

Recently I would have been overcharged $25 by waiter/restaurant if I hadn't been paying attention to the bill. Ordered Prosecco bottle of wine $55 for the family dinner; Only one Prosecco on the wine list and price $55. When the bill came we noticed $80 charge for the wine. I brought it to the attention of the waiter (+$25 difference)
and he stated: "sorry probably was not changed in the computer" . I hope this is not common occurrence in this high level restaurant .

Service wasn’t as great as you would expect at a high end hotel or nice restaurant. But food was good. Definitely sit outside if you can, indoor ambiance is so so
The food and presentation of the food was exceptional. The server gave us great suggestions and was very attentive. Love the whole experience.
Not impressed, food was mediocre at best, quiet restaurant, although service was great. We ordered fried rice which was soooo dry and chicken skewers again dry and bland. We ordered some sushi rolls and tuna tasted funky. Tuna tartare was made with spicy Mayo not what I’m use too. Rib eye steak looked and tasted like poor quality meat. I would not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for good sushi/Japanese place.

The best restaurant at Aqualina!
After getting bye the confusion out front with the valet we entered this newly opening restaurant. The menus did not look extensive but after our selection t he food that was presented was exceptional. Service had a few bumps and our waiter ALFIE glided past them for use.
Alfi served us and he was the best ... educating us on sake.. and just overall treatment was five stars... the food was delicious - tapas style but nice portions and the ambiance was the best.. we sat outside which I recommend
