   Service was crazy slow. Drinks came after the appetizer. They were out of 2 items we wanted. My shrimp was burnt. There were some people celebrating a birthday that brought in their own music that was so loud we couldn't hear our own conversation. Why management allowed it is beyond us.

   They had a kitchen problem so it seemed like all the tables before us had pasta dishes, and all the tables after us had pasta dishes, but for some reason during the time we were ordering, they were unable to do pasta, which is one of the few things on their select menu and what we all came for. Specifically the blackened chicken pasta. So the only items available were fried foods nothing seasonal. We all ordered baskets of chicken tenders and or fried fish for seven people. We paid close to $200 for chicken finger/fish baskets and 2 daiquiris. we want this place to survive because it’s new and some thing different but unfortunately I don’t know that we’ll try it again.

   I bought family in from MN and they loved it. The food and drinks was amazing. The owner also came over to meet everyone. Wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be going back.

   Out of everything on the menu… order okra with Dac sauce. Okra was brought to me with ketchup and no Dac sauce. Of they didn’t have the special sauce. Why wouldn’t that be addressed before I order was taking. Chicken pasta, seafood pasta was Mid-grade. Okra was just regular fried okra with out the special sauce. Fried pickles was good. The gumbo was tasty. The fried fish was ok. Nothing to fuss about…

   Service was horrible! Ran out of food. Served 2 people at out table and then said they were out of red beans and rice. Waitress said she put in order but then would not come back to table or look at us. Had to get management involved to get my food. She didn't even refill water. Music was great, but I was so upset I couldn't enjoy. Sat down at 8 got my food at 9:45

   We REALLY wanted to like our first visit to Bistreaux on Mardi Gras, but unfortunately ran into the same issues experienced by other reviewers: a slow and almost reluctant-acting server, several food items (bisque, gumbo, pecan pie) either not available or not ready to serve at the dinner hour, no explanation of the daiquiri flavors/menu when requested. The appetizers we ordered were quite good. However, we can't recommend Bistreaux and won't be back.

    It took 15 min to get ice water and 25 to get a bar drink. Was over an hour to get the delicious shrimp and grits.

    This place is a must, I definitely plan to return in the near future although my crab cake was very small on the Salmon New Orleans, overall, the food was very good.

    The Experience was less than expected! A lot of the food was not available due to circumstances beyond their control due to the hurricane, I was told.The band did not show up,which was very disappointing. I had guess that came from out of town and they had heard a lot of good things about the place.I’ve been to this location several times and never experienced this type of service.

    We had a party of 25; with a reservation of course. There was also a Company Christmas party going. Food was excellent and the drinks were good, but they were missing some of their most commonly used mixes. You pay for the glass size so you can blend as many flavors as you want. I highly recommend the bayou boudin balls and calliope catfish. Fried pickles were great too! We will be back soon!

    Service was good. We were disappointed when ordering the seafood platter, as 2 seafood items weren't available, this leaving us with chicken as a substitute. Same with ordering daiquiris. Several required alcohol substitutions, which would've altered the flavor dramatically. The Cajun chicken Alfredo was delicious, as were the beans and rice.

    KC Daiquiri opened at 4 p.m. and our reservation was for 6 p.m. We arrived at 5:45 p.m. The only person in the building was passed out at the bar. There were no staff members, no patrons. A woman wandered in and walked around the restaurant, but ignored us. We eventually left and saw the staff smoking outside on the other side of the building. It might be a nice place, but we never got the chance to find out.

    Waited 30 mins past reservation to get seated. Was not seated in the bar area as requested and food was just ok. Server was good due to the circumstances. I’ve decided this is not the place to be on the weekend, large unmanaged crowds. Babies should not be here after hours, crying babies and live bands don’t mix. Romantic evening ruined…

    Second time eating here & again they were out of items on the menu including one of their most popular daiquiris. Ordered beer & 20 minutes later were told they were out of it. Poor management when you aren’t staying stocked on food/drink items. It is also very loud & noisy. Seemed to have a shortage of wait staff, though our waitress was wonderful, she was working extra hard to cover the majority of the restaurant. No place to hang your coat/hat, so had a long coat hanging off back of my chair.

    The food and drinks where sooo good . I highly recommend this place . The service was great we had a young lady cannot remember her name but she did a great job . Daiquiri was bomb also we all got one to go too portion size was big .

    I had a reservation with a party of 4. We came at 7:45pm for our reservation and I left at 9:30pm with no food.... We waited very patiently I understood it was busy.. I am black I support black owned buisness .but they definitely need to do better with there system and getting food out all together for one table. I noticed they were just delivering plates everywhere and not by table at a time.. Not trying to be funny but black people eat together at the same time and sure don't want to look at somebody eat infront of me and we ordered at the same time.. we are the same table... But I know the food is good because it looked good and I did ask other customers how was it they said it was great.... but anywho God bless
