Just a great "go to" restaurant. Relaxed, great service and excellent food: short ribs, yum. Scallops served in a very dramatic dish. good wine, good deserts: what's not to like!!?

Glad to see a new upscale eatery open in Estero, location is great!! Loved the ambiance and the food was very good. The only negative points were that they were out of several things the night we were there and one of our entrees was a bit lukewarm.

KC American Bistro is a much-needed addition to the Estero dining area. It provides truly fine food complete with white table cloths and excellent service.

First and last time there. Ordered off of sizzle week. Appetizer-was the ribs, very tuff. Main course was the Swordfish, to fishy tasting. I have never had Swordfish like that. My wife ordered the filet medium rare. It was served very rare. Sent it back to the kitchen which took forever. Flagged the manager down who apologized for the delay then served the filet. My wife and I ate at separate times. No effort to make it right, no one seemed to care. My prediction is this restaurant will last two years and fold. To many good restaurants in this area to waste your time and money on this, just plane awful!
