For some reason, our hookah kept burning our throats. They had to fix it a couple of times in order for us to enjoy. Otherwise, the tiramisu was great and the morroccan mint tea was amazing. Nice cool little place in downtown and noise level was good.

We’ve been Kazuza patrons for many years and have had everything for quiet early afternoon dates to lively group events. Early visits are quiet. The food is fresh and well seasoned. We tried a hookah with a frozen hose and it made for a smoother smoke. The staff was incredibly attentive. We scored free shots as well

Great place for a date. Beautiful atmosphere. Best Mai Tai I've ever had. I loved the belly dancer!! The servers weren't very attentive. We had to ask twice for almost everything we ordered. And they didn't check on us once. Although the charcoal guy was on top of his game, keeping our hookah hot. My biggest complaint is that we weren't told gratuity was included so we ended up tipping almost 50% which they definitely didn't deserve.

I definitely enjoyed my first time here at Kazuza! The atmosphere was great, and the service was phenomenal! I am most definitely coming back when in NY!

If you’re trying to have a good night do not go here. We were celebrating my birthday and the service was absolutely horrible. 40 minutes for a shot horrible music. Nasty horrible staff

Little to no Arab music, mainly very loud rap. Was not impressed by the food, thought would be better since in New York. Only decent thing was the hookah itself. That would be the only thing I would go back for if back in New York. Service was excellent, poor music, mediocre food that was overpriced and overpriced drinks

My overall rating was 4 stars. It did not seem like the staff communicated in the beginning of my time at the establishment. About 4 different waitresses approached me about if I was ready to order after telling the first waitress that I was waiting for someone to arrive before ordering. Another waitress attempted to seat another party in my booth--while I was there--as well. While they apologized, it was definitely unorthodox.

Nonetheless, the food, subsequent service, hookah, ambiance, and music were all good. I will be visiting again soon.

Horrible service. Waited 45 mins for a hookah. Order about 6 different dishes. Only 3 came in. Everybody was disappointed. Never coming back. The music was low and there was no dj on a Saturday like they say.

Went here for a friends birthday . The scene of this spot is very interesting and differnt from your local bar, cultural as well. We went the weekend of halloween so staff and bar were themed for the holiday. hookah prices were reasonable but the hookah wasn't strong , my friends drink tasted like pure juice . Did not eat here but the menu look decent . This is a spot you come to for the ambiance they need to upgrade their drinks and hooka and it would actually be a pretty chill spot to come to.

Terrible service. One of the servers there has an attitude. Made my group figure out the split price billing. Had to repeat what I wanted to order plenty of times. When I asked for a manager the server said the manager wasn't there. Terrible drinks and the food was mediocre yet overpriced. The only good thing was environment and the scenery, it is kinda hot in there though. Absolutely awful service will not go back.

The lamb was undercooked and gave my SO and I both the stomach flu. We have yet to recover completely after four days.
