We thad reservation at this neighbourhhood restaurant a few weeks back and they phoned us to cancel an hour before the reservation to cancel our booking due to the fact that their electricity was out. Unfortunately we had to scramble for another booking elsewhere. Finally got another reservation this last week and had a delicious meal with great service. I have travelled to Peru and they have wonderful cuisine in country, however I was not able to identify any of the menu items other than ceviche (delicious) and epanadas (also very good). The waitress suggested "family style" ordering and the three dishes + starters ( for 4 of us) did not disappoint. We will return!

The food was a delightful culinary experience. The flavours are rich and vivid. Made a snowy, cold Friday evening a very cozy and warm experience. Service was super. I will be back. Soon.

Wonderful food We did not recognize the items on the menu, but we had a Very helpful waitress, whose recommendations were excellent, and we took every one of them! Loved the table in the window... which I requested, and to which I will return, when the weather heats up, for sure!

The menu changed with many downsides to it. I can’t believe you would charge $3 for cancha when it is habitual for restaurants to provide it for free. We had two menus provided to us and in one section, the dishes of one menu were showcased as $2 more expensive, which could’ve been an honest printing mistake but come on. The aji de gallina lacked flavour as well as the anticuchos. The empanadas were the only item that was good. Very disappointing to say the least and consider adding items back such as the causa to the menu.

I am from Chile and we are right next to Peru... Peruvian food is my absolute favorite and this restaurant NAILED the ceviche. Keeping most of the traditional flavors and presentations, they've added a modern twist but keeping all that makes Peruvian cuisine such an amazing experience. I am SOOOOOOOOOO going back. Also great service, I would've loved to get the name of our waitress, but she was fantastic!!!

The food took more than 30 mins to be served. The lomo saltado was full of soy sauce and the meat was too hard to bite. Nothing like the original lomo saltado, also no fries. The pisco sour was ok.

I'm Peruvian, I grew eating Peruvian food everyday, I don't feel like the food was on point, I ordered the limo saltado and it tasted very vinegary also the anticucho were cut too thick and raw inside that's not how I ever had them. The cake was good though

The best part of our evening was the food and service. It was a little pricey, but good. The worst part was the noise level which was so high that I could barely hear my dinner partner and we had to lean in and shout across the table at each other. I don’t know if they do that on purpose to ensure that people do not linger over their meal. I found the amount of noise made the experience less than enjoyable.

Great ambiance, food was delicious, the menu descriptions are hard to envision however the staff have tried all the food and ask them for recommendations. They know what’s good!
