Our table had the pork nachos, soil roll, pork chop and lemon pepper wings. Everything was absolutely delicious. Pork chop add gravy and mushrooms. Yum!

We had a great time at Kau. The food, drinks and service were excellent! Our party had shrimp, beef tips and short ribs. Great atmosphere!

First time eating here at Kau and was greatly impressed by how good everything was. Our waitress Heather B was lovely and talked to us like we knew her for years. She recommended some great dishes and even told us what to stay away from. With her suggestions, we enjoyed our meal down to the last bite. I ordered the brisket Mac and my fiancée ordered the short rib bowl. I’m normally not a fan of Mac & cheese with extra stuff in it but that dish was AMAZING. The short rib was tender with great seasoning. Even the fat on the rib was perfect. Paired with the collard greens??? Not everyone can make delicious greens but I was blown away. Whoever is the chef back there deserves a standing ovation lol. We also told her this was our first time here and just on a date, so she gave us a free dessert. I’m not a fan of chocolate mousse, but this was so light and airy. If I hadn’t been so full, I would’ve eaten the whole thing myself lol. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu

The door staff was great! Our waitress Trinity was absolutely wonderful! The food was great! Overall a wonderful experience for our first time. We were there celebrating our anniversary

We had a great birthday dinner celebration. Meaghan was very accommodating and made our evening ideal. Great server / bartender. Food was delicious and drinks were good.

The service was STELLAR! Heather B. was the most attentive and energetic server i have had in a long time. She was able to predict our needs, make recommendations, guide us through decision making about the menu and kept everything on a smooth schedule. She knew when the bar was about to get slammed, so she would order our drinks in advance, if she didnt like the way somehting looked on the plate, she would send it back or have it corrected before we could even say anything. The food was good too, steak was over cooked, but not too badly - still edible. In all the place is a great place for a nice dinner. date night. work dinner. girls night out all great here. Will definitely be going back.

Glad I didn't cancel after reading some of the recent reviews. Our food was delicious, service excellent and ambiance very nice! Hubby said his ribeye was the best he's had in the area. The menu is varied and there were many things I'd like to try when back again.

Drinks were good. Steaks fell flat. Wanted it to be great but it was just ok. Looks like a good spot for a burger.
