   Excellent food and wine and service. Left a note that maybe (just an idea) that for the tasting menu with wine pairings (and the wine pairings were superb!) just maybe, slightly smaller portions would be in order. The pork belly was just a little large, for me, as an appetizer. And while the wine pairings were superb, maybe a pinot noir with the pork rather than a white? But I quibble. This is the place in Ocala for fine dining experiences and a wide range of carefully chosen dishes and wine. Will try again on the a la carte menu so that I don't overdo it!

   We had a wonderful dinner last evening. The room is beautiful and romantic and perfect for special occasions. The tables are separated in such a way for complete privacy. The staff is very professional and efficient. The food was amazing. My husband and I enjoyed everything. This was our third time and it has been fabulous every time. We highly recommend it and think it the best restaurant in Ocala. Thank you Katya Vineyards. Lois and Peter Zaloom

   What a memorable night we had. The restaurant was gorgeous with soothing live music and wonderful staff and the food was delicious! We cannot wait to go back!! I had the scallop dish and my husband had the filet and both meals were beautifully plated and so tasty!! Katya was so welcoming and helpful. Loved everything!!

    My wife and I were celebrating our wedding’s anniversary. We were very pleasantly greeted and brought to our table decorated with gold heart glitter plus a Happy Anniversary card! Started with the lobster flatbread and crab cake which were both so good! Then Lamb Lollypops and Filet tips with mushrooms risotto! Not a speck left on either of our plates. Then we topped that off with caramel empinadas with gelato which was incredible. Our waitress shared the back story about our dessert. So cool! We shared a bottle of wine which was great, but the name escapes me! We loved our first experience with Katya Vineyard. The staff was phenomenal and the Chef actually came out to our table which was a great touch! I searched Ocala for the most romantic restaurant and was just so pleased with my choice! Thank you Katya Vineyard, we will be back!!! Karen and Chris Perdue

    Wonderful atmosphere with attentive service. The food was unique and exquisitely prepared. They even had a card at our table congratulating us on our anniversary. A fantastic evening that we will remember!

    This is our go to place in Ocala. Our 2 daughters were in from college for the long weekend and had a great experience. Katherine and Tony are the best. Will keep going 1-2 times a month.

    Chef Tony keeps taking the appetizers and entrees to new levels of flavor and creativity! The variety keeps us coming back to enjoy the taste and texture combinations he creates. The luxury of being able to try delicious wines from around the world (we have a yummy Bulgarian red) in Ocala is a true blessing. And the attentiveness and warmth exuded from Catherine, her mom, and the well trained assistant staff made for a memorable evening. They just keep getting better and better, if that’s even possible ❤️

    It was a pleasant and quiet place to spend New Year's Eve. You go knowing the food is priced on the high side so it really isn't a surprise you pay for your Wagyu Beef or Lobster. It was delicious as was the inventive Ahi Tuna Appetizer. Lovely decor and the attentive staff are all members of the family Sokol even Chef who is married to owner's daughter. Nice people.

    We were so excited to finally be able to dine at what we thought was going to be a fine dining experience. It was anything but. We felt rushed from the beginning, although we had a fairly early reservation and they were not turning the tables over for a second service. They totally forgot our second course. They returned our main course to the kitchen and seemed to have forgotten about that, as well. By the time that course got to use, two out of four of the dishes had cold meat (filet and lobster). Katherine offered dessert at the end of the meal to make up for a poor experience, but went out of her way to explain she was offering only one dessert per couple, not per person. We ordered nothing since it seemed to be such a terrible burden to them. Not one of us complained during dinner and did not deserve such a miserable experience. We were so disappointed in the meal and the staff. I could go on about serving dishes over instead of from behind, not refilling wine glasses, not asking how the meal was, etc. They could learn a thing or two from the restaurant at WEC. I won’t mention it by name here.

    In or near Ocala, this is our "go to" restaurant for special occasions. Everything is always top notch, and the chef is the best we've come across in this area of Florica. It is not cheap, but the quality is worth the price.
