Well another fabulous meal including wine along with stellar service at the areas award winning restaurant! As busy as they were, the service remains consistently superb. Awesome wine and an amazing menu created by chef Tony. The menu changes every week while some items remain. You won't be disappointed. From the appetizers and soup to the entrees and desserts, its all delicious.
If you haven't tried this restaurant, its a must. Have a special occasion or even just date night out, make a reservation and receive wonderful treatment by each and every employee. In a few short years this restaurant has become Ocala's number one place to fine dine.

My wife and I were very surprised to have found such an impressive restaurant in Ocala. It is by far one of the best restaurants that we have really enjoyed. Ambiance was excellent, service was amazing (family operated), and the food was out of this world - really mean it.
It was worth the visit, and planning to return pretty soon...

The food presentation was great! The timetable of each course was perfect. Food temperature was spot on. As far as the wine pairing, each was fine though they would not have been a choice that I would make. Maybe ordering from the ala Carte menu would make more since because four courses was just too much foos for me.

We did the pairings with wine. Wines were ok except the Red served with steak was god awful with a hint of raid. They gladly traded it for a fine NAPA wine and didn’t charge me extra. The food was very good with the corn bisque with languastino being the highlight and the salad just average. Sea Bass was quite good and the appetizers were both quite nice. Its the closest thing to fine dining in the Ocala / Gainesville area. Give it a try!

Excellent Food and ambiance! Ocala really needed a fine restaurant like this one! We have been there twice for birthday celebrations, and we plan to make it a regular stop for special occasions. If you haven't been, you need to check it out!

My wife and I have dined here numerous times since they opened. This visit was no different than any other visit. 5 stars all the way around. The food prepared by Chef Tony Deras is amazing! The entire staff is superbly polite, efficient and ready to please any request you bring their way. You won't be disappointed.

Chef Tony is a master of his trade. Katya’s service is attentively kind and yields a personal experience par to none within Ocala. Excellent wine selection and the menu changes every week. After listening to my beautiful wife say “Oh Tony” after each order, I am perplexed, but rest assure that it is a good thing!!!! Make reservations ahead of time. Wednesday is the night to go, as everything is ready to rock. A must see for Central Florida, and time and time again I am impressed. See you there....JJ & AJ..

Just a wonderful dinner.The restaurant reminds me of a NY loft with exposed ceiling, unfinished walls,etc

Certainly the best meal I have had in Ocala in a while.
You can also stop by and have a glass of wine with meat an d cheese and I am sure one of their appetizers

I was so pleasantly surprised by the gem of a restaurant hidden in the most unsuspecting corner of Ocala, FL! Couldn’t have chosen a better place for a first date with an amazing woman. They provided her with beautiful roses, gave us amazing attention and the food was soooo so good! Can’t wait to go back!

It’s like a NYC vibe in Ocala. Best restaurant in town by far!

Katya is by far the very best place in all of Ocala to eat and partake of wine with family and friends. The atmosphere and service are unmatched in the local area. Tony, the gourmet chef, does a most creative and passionate presentation with his food and will stop at your table every time to see that you are completely happy and that he has gone beyond your expectations in his efforts. The Sokol family has established themselves as a true experience to be had by all.

Great gem in downtown Ocala. Had 4 course wine pairing dinner. Great choices in food and wine. Meat choices for my husband and non-meat choices for me. We went there for the first time for a special dinner and it was very nice. Lots of choices and excellent service you won't find anywhere else. Highly recommend. We will be back.

This is still the best dining establishment in Ocala. Top notch and 5 * excellence all around. The menu changes from week to week and I have enjoyed some of the most unusual dishes. The selection of wines is outstanding. The home made ice cream is fabulous for an ending to a great meal. I look forward to dining here again in the near future.

I wish we could give 6 stars - Katya Vineyards was superb, in the top 10 (or perhaps top 5) of the 1040 different restaurants we have tried in the past 30 years. The restaurant is nicely appointed and 'romantic.' The four-course tasting my wife had was amazingly planned and executed and my salad and steak were great. Our server was charming and especially knowledgeable about the wine selections and getting to talk with the owner/chef enhanced the evening. And that caramel cake for dessert...
