The karuma asian supperclub provides Asian cuisine that has been influenced by French techniques and an American touch to provide New York City diners with contemporary fare that is sure to please. The menu includes small plates, salads, soups, sushi (traditional and house specialties) and large plates. All of the menu items at karuma asian supperclub are imaginative and exceptional. To start the meal, the small plates such as the foie gras torchon and the tuna tartare make ideal choices. Also exceptional is the fried rice with fresh half lobster, roasted pork and a duck egg. A house specialty on the sushi menu is the royale with cheese, which is seared wagyu with manchego cheese and other ingredients. The karuma asian supperclub duo with Peking duck leg confit and duck breast is not to be missed.

As posted Yelp, Awesome service, hospitality and great creative décor. The look & feel reminds me of the speak easy era with an Asian French fusion flare. Food was great and tasty but can be a little pricey for the small and large plates (which is not really "large") however the food was delicious. I really liked the presentation of the desserts. They have happy hour is till 7 pm so it's good to check out this restaurant after work and have a nice meal. I would go back!
