Karma está ubicado en el Km 7.5 a un costado del Hotel Kanan contando con una terraza de dos niveles en la que se ofrece servicio al aire libre, una de nuestras Terrazas es privada independiente, y dos áreas de bar, contamos con una variedad de destilados de la mejor calidad.
En respuesta a la situación sanitaria mundial, hemos implementado protocolos de seguridad alimentaria sugeridos y aprobado por las autoridades competentes, por lo que el entorno del servicio es seguro e inocuo.

Vanesa was a great server but food wasn’t good and we were one of the only two tables there. Good dj but would be much better if there were more people like all the restaurants.

We had a reasonable time at Karma for our anniversary. It is currently low season and the restaurant was almost empty which was a shame because we may have had a better time if the ambience was better. They upgraded us for free from the nest to the heart shaped nest which in theory was nice BUT because it was hot and empty we ended up sitting in the main restaurant so that we weren’t so isolated and so we had a fan. I wish they had warned us that it was completely empty of the roof before we had paid the minimum spend as it wasn’t refunded. The service was great though. Our server Emanuel was lovely and helpful and the food was delicious

La experiencia es muy bonita el staff es muy agradable y servicial fuimos a festejar un cumpleaños y el personal fue de lo mejor muy atento

Have to pay in advance, with taxes and gratuity are extra and not part of the fee. There are several rooftop nest like restaurants or other bars nearby all competing with their base heavy music. If you are expecting a quiet nest experience, you will be disappointed. The food was excellent and service /presentation very good. The other unsavoury thing is that they demanded a review at the table before we left. This was so tacky and rude. We paid a lot of money to eat there. We should not be forced to do reviews at the table.

La comida excelente, el servicio de Luciano es maravilloso, es cordial, atiende de una manera muy respetuosa, es agradable, y hace que pases una mejor noche gracias a la atención brindada, excelente lugar para ir con familia, amigos, pareja.

The location is amazing but be careful, ok I was alone, but they put me in a dark table with no one also if I reserved. I waited a lot for do my order and at the end, when I payed, I received a broken banknote (I discovered that after and no one accept that now). The food is good btw.

Karma Tulum is an absolute gem and a must-visit for anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a serene atmosphere that perfectly captures the essence of Tulum. The ambiance is magical—soft lighting, rustic decor, and a lush tropical setting create an intimate and relaxed vibe. The menu is great, offering a creative blend of flavors that highlight fresh, local ingredients. We started with the ceviche, which was one of the best we’ve ever had, salads and fish was delicious as well. The cocktails were equally impressive, each one crafted with care and bursting with unique flavors. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had a memorable experience.

It was my birthday celebration dinner. I had high hopes and was let down. I have ate at many steakhouses and never had my steak come out warm. I asked them to remake it and they came back with the same steak, if not even colder than the first time. They stated they could not give us a new steak. It took a lot of arguing just to get the steak taking off our bill. Very disappointed in this establishment, never again, nor recommend coming to this restaurant!
