    Loved every minute, this place was so much fun!! The staff, absolutely loved the bitchiness and attitude. They need a raise! Was expecting much with the food, so I was more than impressed. The entertainment spot on! So much fun!! Everyone needs to try Karen’s Diner! I would highly recommend. Thank you for such a fun, different amazing night!!!

    I expected to be treated worse! We were also not made aware of the Sunday surcharge or additional cost for sauce. Our order was also not properly fulfilled and we had to wait to get this changed

    While i understand the concept and the service is meant to be poor and rude, all that was fine, the quality of the food and the value was the issue, the wine advertised was not what was served and the price was excessive for what was provided. Unfortunately i did not pay or i would have questioned the bill i only found out after the bill was paid.

    Food came out quickly and tasted delicious. Full of flavour! I wish it was slower so we could have savoured the Karen’s experience. The Wait staff had great banter and made for a great interactive dining experience.

    It was super funny and the kids enjoyed it a lot. The food was very average, burgers need to be better especially the buns, they were dry and overall not much flavour. The staff were great at there jobs and in character.

    What a great spot!! The food was delicious (and huge servings!), the 'service' was awesome! The staff were hilarious without being offensive. We're from out of town, but would definitely visit next time we're in Sydney!

    The staff there know the limit to the staff know when to stop I had a joke around. They are absolutely professional. Would definitely recommend them and the food. Oh my god it’s so good.

    Fun for the teenagers and a once off. I felt the staff tried but the food was terrible. The classic burger had way to much mayonnaise making it inedible

    My second time to Karen’s. This time I bought my 15 year old daughter, her friend, 18 year old niece and my 16 year old special needs niece. I know what Karen is about and I enjoyed the playful digs at the obvious about us. However, not a big fan of the swearing overall. I just found that part a little tacky. The previous experience I had there was much more PG and genuinely funny. The WAP song playing was a little cringe to. I feel I was the true Karen in thinking hearing about WAP while I’m digging into a burger a cringe.

    Overall was a really good night! Staff were perfectly unfriendly but held really great banter. The guy that served our table was fantastic and the staff stayed in character the entire time. Overall my friends and I had a great night!

    They called my daughter Shrek because of her bright green hair. Overall really brilliant, its the type of place where you go for the service instead of the food. The servers were very rude and it was quite enjoyable.

    I think we were a bit disappointed that the staff weren’t ruder but we loved it! The Decore is fab and we had a lot of fun.But deep down I was probably happy that they weren’t too rude.I won the trivia and loved my little toy! A nice kitsch touch.Music great and lots of lively patrons.I speak for the other two who had never met before.They said it was a great environment for meeting.We really did love it! I hope you stay open as I will be back! The setting really encouraged engaging conversation which can be difficult in other venues. Will be recommending to friends!

    V loud in evening and bright, so if you have sensory issues might be too much. Fun witty, rude staff- what Karen's is about. Expected a slightly better burger for the money. And Burger choice not great- where is the classic cheese burger with pickles lettuce tomato and onion, why almost non of that and beetroot? Wouldn't mind the beetroot if other things were there

    Don't go here if you like your food on time, we waited 1 hour just to get served mediocre burgers. Yes, the staff was rude, we know that's part of the fun, but they were rude in a way that wasn't funny. We waited so long and no one came to our table to help. It's safe to say that I am never going back here again.

    What a great laugh had by all diners during our sitting, which was around 16 people.. our Waitress was absolutely perfectly Rude and still managed to ferd us all in a timely manner all whilst interacting with everyone Dining.

    I thought it was going to be a bit more hardcore with swearing. It was also my friends birthday and I asked for them to sing or embarrass her, but we didn’t receive any of what I asked. Over all it was funny to see the workers just speak there mind and say whatever.
