   Been to Kara before and the food and service is always excellent. Would have given full marks but there was a large group dining near the entrance that were having a celebration and were constantly taking photos by the door and in the foyer. Nobody could get in or out and they were very rude. They seemed oblivious that there were other diners in there. They didn't move out of the way to let people in or out. It was my sons 18th birthday and I wanted to get out to get his cake out of the car but they wouldn't move then I couldn't get back in. One of them actually ushered my friend out of the way and another of our party is disabled and has a walking stick and they blocked him coming out and he's very unsteady on his feet and had to stand there ages while they were posing for photos.

   Really bad service . Spare ribs were burnt and was dry . The mojito was watered down with lots of ice - couldn’t drink it as it tasted nothing like a strawberry mojito .

   Perfect evening. Our server, Aziz was attentive and thoughtful. The food was excellent. Beautifully presented appetizers and superb mains. Will definitely be back soon.
