Kapow! Noodle Bar was awarded Best New Restaurant and Best Happy Hour in 2012 by Palm Beach County. It features a sizable bar that offers such drinks as beer, sake and cocktails. This restaurant provides outdoor seating for guests to converse while dining and has brunch. It also hosts events and caters private functions.
Enjoyed dining outside at this restaurant with a "young" vibe and creative, though limited, Asian inspired menu. Very interesting house created cocktail menu, including well priced wine flights. Enjoyed sharing small and large plate items. Surprised to be served mashed potatoes with Asian inspired dishes ( not sure I loved this). Great waiter and great experience.
This place is amazing. Perfect for a quick bite during lunch, and just as perfect for dinner. They have great Happy Hour deals and the staff is extremely friendly (A+++ Service). One of my favorite restaurants in Boca.
Try the: Pork Gyoza, Beef Empanadas, Tempura Asparagus, Chamomile -mint Iced Tea
Kapow! Noodle Bar is a great place to dine. The happy hour drinks and apps are delicious and a great bargain. We ordered several different things to try and all were excellent. We loved the pork buns, charred string beans, asparagus tempura and sweet potato fries. The crispy beef large plate was excellent and perfectly prepared as we requested. The chicken pad Thai was delicious.
We ate outside and enjoyed "people watching" as we dined. We will return again and again!
The service as always was great but this time the food came a little bit not up to Kapow standards. We had first had 2 orders of shrimp dumplings which are my wife's favorite appetizer. These came out totally incorrect, one before dinner and another after. We are not sure why but it did. Next my wife's meal came out extremely salty to say the least. Since the Kapow was so busy on this Saturday night with did not want to complain but we did mention it to the waiter. I still recommend going out to Kapow.
Awesome, great food, great drinks
Over cook the ribs, wings. The rest of the food is no good
Great outdoor dining - too loud inside. Excellent, flavorful small plates to share: shrimp, steamed dumplings. gyoza, ribs, empanadas. Steak and scallop entrees also great. Have to go back for the big bowl noodle soup!
Had table outside..and great waiter.
ordered the brussel sprout and cauliflower with pancetta in a lt soy sauce..Delicious
had the beet and peach teas treat salmon ( sashimi) topped with basil, cilantro, lychee nuts...a range of flavors popping in ur mouth..
and last we had the bol go gai..taco .the food were a soft corn tortilla with kimchi slaw , and some spicey sauce similar to the creamy spicy sid that goes on tuna sushi
It was all good.....we love this restaurant and tried some different plates than nomallyl
Wonderful pork sliders, lots of good vegetable dishes
We ordered a lot of the small dishes to get a variety and I suggest other people do the same
The service was excellent and the food came out hot and quick
Great spot for a quick dinner or lunch
Pulled pork Ramen -Wow
Small plates Wower
Had a really enjoyable meal here last Sunday night. The menu is interesting in its combination of small plates with different food choices. My daughter and I enjoyed every course, found the portions more than adequate, and the. Service to be friendly and attentive. We would look forward to returning again. The only word of caution is to feed the parking meters as the City of Boca Raton issues $35 parking tickets for its meters, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. That is the only negative comment I have to offer about an otherwise enjoyable meal.
Started bad : while driving to the resto they call me to ask if we want a table inside or outside, we requested inside, when we got
there we had to wait 30 minutes, then they told us that we had to wait another 30 minutes, at that point I wasn't happy. Finally they
found us a table. Waiter very good, Chicken Wings great a must, pull pork on Chinese bun Great. Sweet potato french fried, too sweet
they add a lot of cinnamon sugar, too much. They told us it is for dessert, but they brought at the beginning of the meal ? Overall :
It is good, we will go back but not soon. Too many other better restos that also respect Open Table customers with the reservation
We enjoyed the variety and the quality of the Asian cuisine.e. Service was great and our reservation honored on time. Sit outside -- its much quieter.
The food is always great and the service attentive! I love the skirt steak with the truffled mashed potatoes! My friend had the salmon and loved it! I would recommend eating outdoors since it's not as noisy and you get to people watch.
delicious and great presentaion. flavored sakis are a must!
Great time, excellent food and friendly staff
Great many menu choices. Great presentation. Great taste. Wonderful service and they take reservations
kudos to the management for taking the trouble to make sure everyone was happy! went with a gluten-intolerant companion, and the manager went out of his way to prepare a plain grilled chicken breast after determining that the marinade used on the skirt steak MAY contain gluten. Atmosphere was fun and food was very good. will definitely go back!
We were a party of 7 and were seated right on time on Christmas Eve. The food was very good, even the dishes that were most unusual for us. Our server, Annie, was terrific. I would suggest that the readers try this place.
Kapow was fantastic. The edamame was the best we ever had. We ordered five appetizers and each was delicious. Only complaint was our table was by the kitchen and it was very loud. .
Dumplimgs & gyoza are great appetizers & on the happy hour menu -- pad thai was very good -- sit outside & watch the people stroll Mizner Park - service is very attentive & the food is always consistently good
Kapow's food was delicious, they have amazing cocktails, great staff and service!! You have to try their skirt steak noodle soups and their desserts, yummm!!!!
This is one of my very favorite and most-frequested restaurants. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is fun. I often bring people from out of town here as they also have a large and unique drink menu and a great indoor/outdoor location in beautiful Mizner Park. This was my first brunch here (which I'm still shocked about) and it did not disappoint. The $5 bloody mary bar has a diverse selection of accouterments and the $15 endless mimosas was a huge hit with my guests. We enjoyed the food tremendously - the favorite of the table was the Benedict Arnold. The staff was so attentive and friendly and really made the afternoon enjoyable. Can't wait to go back!
Best beef ramen in South Florida!!!!! Service was extremely lacking....younger wait staff all hitting on each other and not focusing on their tables or customers.....
We all enjoyed. our meal my husband &Iwill go back.
My husband and I went one nice evening and sat outside. I had the tempura shrimp udon which was delicious! My husband had a chicken dish (I can't remember what it was called) it came with purplish noodles. He loved it. I tasted it and it was really good. The service was great and the Mizner Park area was beautiful. Our iced tea was refilled without having to ask.
We didn't arrive in time for brunch but we still enjoyed our lunch at Kapow. I had the wonton empanadas and prosecco with homemade strawberry shrub; my son enjoyed his selections as well. The DJ was a bit loud for our taste but we sat as far away as possible. It's always nice to eat outdoors at Mizner Park on a beautiful South Florida day and Kapow is one of our favorites there.
Located in the heart of Boca's Mizner scene the food is very good and the service was exceptional. The menu is reasonable priced and the have a very popular bar scene and out door area.
Lots of options! Our waiter was very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful! He gave us great suggestions. Support staff was also great! They were quick to accommodate substitutions as well. While it was a bit too noisy, and the table too small for all of the plates I will definitely return and recommend it to family and friends.
Overall food was good. Would love to see more healthy options that include salads.
We made a mistake and should have ordered a noodle dish. We ordered a shrimp curry dish and curry was more like a paste without much of a curry taste. If you go make happy hour so you can try some of the apps and beers at half price.
It's been awhile since I've been here, but they still have an eclectic menu of Asian small plates, perfect for sharing and the energetic atmosphere and friendly staff was perfect for a relaxed evening out. The food is solid and consistent.
Great food and place for people watching!
Went with friends the food although is a tad on the spicy side is delicious Service was perfect. However Resteraunt is very noisy!!!
Informal atmosphere is great for a first date
The food is good but SALTY. The place has some good mixed drinks and service was fine. I just wish I didn't feel like I chewed on salt with every bite of the Chicken Soba noodle dish. The edamame was good - salty too but at least that was expected. The brussel sprouts were very good but overly salty too.
I want to love this place but I just can't.
Chicken wing app was nice and crispy, but fairly bland. Steak ramen also fairly bland, although the steak itself was well seasoned and a few squirts of sriracha helped the overall dish. They do have some interesting sounding drinks on the bar menu.
Very unexpectedly delisious experience! :) We had Beet & Peach tea cured salmon - it was great! And I've never seen salmon done this way. We had some steamed buns and ramen - all was very good. The star of the dinner was Wok-charred edamame! And I never order edamame but other reviews said it was a must have dish and it was!! Soo flavourful! I've never had edamame that good!
This place has a great variety of food. I got the pad Thai and the side sauce was amazing. Everything I tried was tasty and definitely left me satisfied. The waitress was also great and very attentive to our table especially since we were in a rush to catch a movie.
I always enjoy Kapow. I prefer sitting outside since it's a bit noisy inside. I tried the Krispy Beef this time which was very flavorful. Staff was attentive and manager always comes over to make sure everything is good. I also enjoyed the Red Sangria.
