   Would rate 3 1/2, but not an option. The mention in Open Table of entree price over $50 is a mistake - prices are reasonable, no entree over $35, most much less. Upstairs seating looked very nice, but was empty when we went, so we ate downstairs - lively, but basic. Lovely servers. Grilled octopus appetizer was great, and we are connoisseurs of this dish. Baba Ganoush good. Mixed grill good. Lamb Chops not good. Looked like shoe leather on service. Very thin, ridiculously well done. Were not asked how we wanted it done, never occurred to me that very well done would be the standard. Nice folks, nice place, but there are better Turkish and Mediterranean nearby.

   Most of the food was delicious, only one dish was not the greatest (the mousaka was under seasoned). The waiter was very nice, but spread too thin and didn’t check on the table often enough. The nicer part of the restaurant is upstairs and there is no elevator.

   I’ve been here a few times Tried some new dishes and once again it was delicious. Cracks grilled chicken was amazing Shrimp was great and gyros delicious. Always good food!

   The second floor seating is beautiful and cozy . The waitress was nice but didn’t come to our group of 7 often enough and we frequently waited for 5-10 min when water was finished or wanted to order more food . Cold appetizers were delicious but a very small size for a “ large” plate . Gyro had fat in the middle of each piece and was somewhat dry . Shepherd salad , manti, falafel and sauces were all amazing . Price was $60 per person with service charge already Included and they allowed to bring our own alcohol. We brought cognac but they didn’t have shot glasses . It was pretty loud when most tables had people dining . Overall, good experience , but the details above could be better .

    We went as a large group of 10 for a very early dinner (around 4 pm) so this may be reflective of a non-peak time. Reserved dining seems to take place on the second floor, where there is great ambiance and design in the dining area. Service was prompt and friendly. All of our dishes were great and tasty. There is a simple non-alcoholic drink menu. We took our time through dessert and were never rushed. Prices were a bit higher than expected for NJ, but the overall food and experience was arguably worth it. Would recommend and go again!
