Unfortunately we didn’t get to eat as in half an hour of being seated we only received water - which wasn’t what we ordered. I think our original server maybe panicked as we speak very broken Spanish and he didn’t speak English. Very friendly staff but service seemed disorganized - maybe the language hurdle put them off their usual stride. The cherry on the cake was the fact they sat a woman right next to us to smoke. This seemed strange as there were plenty of open tables away from patrons but they sat her right next to people to smoke. I don’t want to breath in secondhand smoke when having dinner. Obviously neither did her friends want the smoke because she came next to us to smoke. Sorry but have a smoking area of the restaurant so other patrons don’t need to be within 2 feet of the smoker.

Pesimo servicio al cliente me dejaron esperar 40 minuto por una mesa quw ya tenia reservada por mas de 2 semana,nadie nos ofrecio trago y cuando por fin nos sentamos esperamos mas de 30 min por un trago,pesimo el servicio,los precio y comida fueron bueno

They were racist, nasty and attempted to ruin my birthday night. They refused to let me go when their food was almost two hours late and their server didn’t punch it in till 12am. They refused to give us our bill for the drinks and literally kept us there till they brought the food hours later. I told them I wasn’t interested in eating at this point and they eventually charged my table for items they didn’t even bring that we ordered and just did not want to sort out the bill correctly. We paid and left because my friends were over it. Samuel who was supposed to be the manager to intervene really just made the servers not give us our bills and mind you a table of guests that came much after us got their food in time. Terrible terrible experience and I intend to take it up with their management.

I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!! The food was incredible- every dish was delicious and the presentation was gorgeous. Same with the cocktails! The view is beautiful and the decor is so unique. Service was exceptional. Don’t hesitate to make a reservation here, you won’t regret it!
