Taking inspiration from his grandfather’s and father’s gourmet restaurants in Hong Kong, Kam’s Roast Singapore serves authentic Chinese cuisine and specialises in Hong Kong roast meats in particular. The whole menu is mouth watering, but it's their signature BBQ dishes which have made the Kam family famous. We recommend the roast duck, the toro char siu pork belly, or any dishes in “lo sui” sauce, a secret recipe. Alongside the delicious food, guests can expect welcoming hospitality and quality service.
