Our reservation was at 5pm but we waited until 545 for the chef to start. This whole time the cooking top was on and very hot making us uncomfortable. The restaurant seemed to be short staffed with waiters and hibachi chefs. The chef did the food presentation very quickly - it felt very rushed and we didn’t get the full hibachi experience. There were different orders of chicken but he just made them all the same. When we mentioned spicy chicken - he seemed to remember and just squirted some sriracha on our chicken that was already on the plate. The waiters looked very overwhelmed. My husband ordered a second bottle of beer which was a simple order. He asked for it 3 times and it never came . The food itself was very delicious though. We didn’t stay for dessert.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. The day you came it was fathers day and we were extremly busy and we are sorry you were not satisfied. But the way hibachi works is when you come in there is time given for the customer to order sushi, appetizers and etc before the chef starts which is usually 25 to 35 mins after you sit down so you have time to order, and eat your sushi and appetizers. We are sorry you felt you did not get the full experience but we would deff love to have you back!

Not enough show for a Hibachi rest. Food mediocre. Noise off the charts. Space too small.

We are Sorry You did not enjoy the Show or Felt it was not enough. Each Hibachi Chef has its own Show they Do on the table and each show is different and each day we are trying to improve the Shows. Also regarding the Noise and we try to control it but sometimes customers are enjoying the show and food and it gets loud.
