Through an exclusive arrangement with the nation’s premier meat supplier, we offer corn-fed, dry-aged, center-cut beef, inspected and selected by master butchers. When the beef arrives, we refrigerate it in a perfectly calibrated environment until the moment it enters our custom-designed broilers – each capable of reaching up to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit. Not sure. The service was great. The garage salad and potato side dishes were very good. I have had better steaks. The flavor was just ok and the meat a little tuff for a place of your caliber. The portions were very nice for the price maybe little bigger then I would of expected. The music in their bar was a nice touch and if we had more time we would of stuck around for more of it.

My husband took me here as a late Valentine's Day surprise. Right away, the service was outstanding and the ambiance was so relaxing. The garbage salad was delicious, we loved the bread, and our wild mushroom ravioli was really good. Nothing beat the brownie dessert we ordered, though! It was to die for. Overall, the dinner for 2 menu and pricing was totally worth it for a formal date night.

Great place, great food, great staff. But, be prepared to drop at least $150 on a table for two, all sides and salads are sold separate from the entre, I would at least expect something, especially when a steak costs $52+. Would definitely go again but due to price, it’s more of a once a year event for me. There was also a lack of vegetarian options, I understands it’s more of a steakhouse and seafood restaurant, but more than one option would be nice.

We were seated and given menus. We asked about a wine list, but it was not printed on the back of our menus. Our server went to get a “correct” one; however that one had higher pricing on most items. We were then told they had a special Valentine’s menu which I did not find on their website. The menu was identical, but prices were $3-$4 dollars more expensive “because of the holiday”.

The food was excellent, but the way the pricing was handled left a bad taste.

We joined Kaminski’s for Valentines Day. The food and atmosphere was perfect. And we sat in the bar area, which tends to be a bit more laid back for us. Service was impeccable. The timing of dinner service was slower, which we preferred for the evening.

All of the food was to die for (we did the escargot, salad, mash potatoes, lobster tail, and steaks)

It was quite and peaceful. They sat us in the bar area in a booth overlooking the wooded landscape. We both had steak and it was cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend.

Great steakhouse! Our waitress was amazing and remembered my boyfriend’s nut allergy throughout the entire dinner even though I only mentioned it once offhandedly. She asked the kitchen about the allergens in each dessert item before even giving us the dessert menu!
The food was amazing too of course. The tiramisu is to die for and so is the porterhouse!

The waitress was not friendly at all, I had requested no glass with my beer bottle and she brought one anyway, I politely said I didn’t need one she rolled her eyes at me. The steak was under cooked, the shrimp should be presented on the dish a lot better. The shrimp cocktail sauce was too spicy.

What a surprise! My husband and I wanted to find a 'nice' place to have dinner for my bday. After a quick look online we found a handful of options and chose Kaminski's for the menu and reviews. We're very new to the area so we were taking a chance. The food was superb but what will be bringing us back is the staff! These days it seems like every time we go out we end up feeling like we should be grateful to have a staff there to bless us with their presence. However, at Kaminski's the staff made me feel like I was the only person in the building. BEWARE -- if you get up to go to the restroom be prepared to receive a smile and a kind word from every single staff member you cross paths with! The food was exceptional, no doubt. But the staff was excellent, especially Josiah. ;)

We went to the Chula Vista resort to celebrate my husband's birthday, planning to include a very nice dinner at the on-sight steak house. It was early on a Wednesday night in January, so the place was pretty quiet. Our server, Josiah, was wonderful, very charming and personable. He recommended a special "dinner for two," knowing it would give us a great value for the cost. However, we are at the age where we just can't eat that much (when they say "size matters" they are talking about servings and they mean it!), and were very satisfied with entrees and their signature Garbage Salads. My filet was perfect, especially with the blue cheese crust, and my husband's crab legs were delicious. Can't wait to go back again.

We did the $79 special for 2. This is 4 courses for 2 people with $10 included for a bottle of wine, you if you wish to purchase one. There are lots of choices so everyone will be happy with the options they offer. A great meal, with great service. Can't be beat!

We had 7:15 reservations and were seated on time. Outstanding attention from the wait staff. The filet mignon was the best ever! The scallops wrapped in bacon were cooked to perfection! The sides “for 2” were more than enough for the five of us! We were all too full to order dessert but they all looked wonderful. It was a great dining experience!

What a perfect way to celebrate a birthday!

The staff was fabulous and ensured our experience was exceptional. Shout out to Josiah for being incredibly friendly and professional at the same time

The garbage salad was marvelous, both steaks came out perfectly, and the sides (mashed taters and b.sprouts) were on point. The one complaint (If you can call it that) was that there was too much food.

Don't leave without enjoying the chocolate cake

Made a 9 pm reservation on New Year's Eve. We arrived on time and were seated promptly. The restaurant was pretty busy as only a few tables were available. The atmosphere was very nice. Our server was very good, but seemed frantic and rushed at the beginning but as the tables slowly cleared out our service improved significantly from him, so I can only assume it was just because of the holiday and the volume of customers at the time, but we felt a bit underserved for the first 45min. The food was fantastic, but we waited a very very VERY long time for our food. By the time we received our meal around 11-11:15, the restaurant was 85% cleared out and we had to rush through it to make our new years even plans across town by midnight. It seemed as though our food wasn't put into the kitchen right away or the kitchen had an issue making it. Either way, for such a pricey meal, I really wished we didn't feel like we had to scarf it in 15min as though we ordered fast food while trying to catch a flight. That being said, I would recommend this place to others and already have done so. Next time, I just hope for a little better experience.

Celebration with family for New Years Eve, table in back of us clearly was over served! Guy was beyond loud! He didn’t stay long, thanks be but then after waiting 20 minutes for a steak it was severely overcooked! Offered a replacement steak, but had to settle for a non favored cut!

we needed to find a place near my brother-in-law to
celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve. after studying a few menus on open table i took a chance on Kaminski’s and it was a perfect choice. our waitress Kelly was amazing and in such good spirits even though she was working on the holiday. i would highly recommend! everything was top notch & the food was fabulous. highly recommend the nueske’s bacon appetizer:)

It was good, though the food came out a bit cold. And we were literally the only ones in the restaurant ... LITERALLY! The appetizers were great and my daughter devoured the crab cake. But the entrees were all apparently sitting around waiting for something. We had a bit of everything, 12 oz filet mignon , 1.5lb lobster tail, 1lb king crab leg, and mahi mahi. I get they all require different temps, but you’d think they adjust the timing of each to get them all out at their peak temp. We were there an hour before closing so I couldn’t help but think they gave it to us colder so we wouldn’t sit around too long. Underwhelming to say the least.

Everything was awesome! Our server was attentive to our needs but not overbearing. The atmosphere was charming and comfortable. The food... unbelievably good. The Calamari was perfectly made and practically melted in your mouth. The steaks we ordered were some of the best I've ever had. And while I'm not typically a fan of crème brulee, I can guarantee I will order that again next time. Overall, a great dining experience. Definitely the best place to eat in the Wisconsin Dells.
