Really good place to eat out. Nice service & food as well.
We LOVE this place!! My husband is a vegetarian and there are so many options for both of us!! Food is delicious!!
Rare to find tasty food and good ambience paired with excellent and quick service. Would recommend Kama for the experienced as well as uninitiated Indian food connoisseur.
I’m usually skeptical of ‘fusion’ dining establishments but this was an exception. The cocktails were creative and the drink selection was impressive for an Indian restaurant. And the non fusion dishes were very good. Probably my fav Indian place in the suburbs.
Good food, great service. I would definitely come back!
Overall very nice place. Food was good not overly spiced able to enjoy flavors.
This a go-to for me and friends. Always great, friendly staff, great outdoor area. Inside is very funky and gorgeous
Kathy and I really enjoyed the experience, we highly recommend!
Good service interesting food good atmosphere
Masks required? Still??!? Loud! To loud for a business dinner. Food was excellent.
As always the food and service were excellent.
First time there. Waitress Katie was amazing, patient, polite and made for a great experience! Food was outstanding, prices were moderate and fit the value of the food and service. Will definitely be back!
The kitchen was out of a number of our choices. Service was slow to arrive so one of our party went to the bar to get us drinks. The quality of the food was poor and a definite deterioration since previous pre-pandemic visits. We thought Trader Joe’s frozen Indian food was tastier.
Delicious as Always! Everything was Amazing from the first bite to the last!
One of the very best restaurants in the Western Suburbs. Food is absolutely amazing!
Awesome, never disappoints!
Fresh food with complex flavors and amazing sauces. Super nice employees. Kama Bistro is a real find.
I tried the Lobster Molly and it was amazing! The rich sauce complimented the dish perfectly!
All the dishes except one (vegetables and paneer in Makhani sauce) were good. This one dish did not seem authentic makhani sauce and had too many potatoes and less paneer. They charged $3 extra for making it with panner and vegetables, even though either one alone was priced at $16. Combining them should not have incurred an extra charge.
Overall, a nice place. Nothing special about the ambience. Service was prompt and pleasant. It is somewhat overpriced.
Atmosphere, food and drink were all amazing; authentic Indian cuisine. We will be back soon!
The food was very delicious!!
Our waitress was exceptional! So personable and made the dining experience even better! Food was delicious! We'll have to come back and try the other dishes!
great!!!!!!!!!!!!! awesome food, sea bass amazing.
We had a lovely date night, on a Wednesday. The food was the best Indian we have experienced in the area. We had the lentil soup and the lobster bisque to start. The flavors were outstanding. We also had the crispy potatoes, the chana, the chicken tikka masala and the chicken vindaloo. Everything was tasty. We even got a little treat on the house for our anniversary. The service was very friendly and helpful. The environment was peaceful and the decor was nice with the low lighting. Be ready to spend some money because it’s hard to decide on just one thing. Overall excellent experience. Will return and recommend to friends and family.
Kama Bistro didn’t impress me much on my last visit. Food this time was bland. We ordered Vindaloo curry & paneer makhani along with vegetable pulav.
The best food of any type that I have ever eaten.
Amazing restaurant, impeccable staff and some of the best Indian food I’ve had. Highly recommend this place!
The Food is awesome, great dishes with a variety
We liked the space and loved the food, however, customer service must improve.
It was not that many people but servers were confused about who is doing what until we finally got greeted by the person who was our server after all and she did a great job.
The best Indian food we’ve ever tasted.
Food was delicious. Wait staff was informative and attentive.
The waitress was very pleasant and informative. The table was cleaned through out. The food was amazing. Overall I would give this restaurant 6 stars if I could.
Our waitress was very helpful in guiding us as to what to order. We did have some ideas already but she helped solidify them. 2 of our group had the Kamagritas cocktail and really liked it. Their wines and cocktails are very good in addition to their food and hospitality.
Excellent dinner date .... can’t wait to return
Great food. Aren’t many place close by to get Indian and I’m glad we finally checked this place out.
Friendly server & owner. Food was fresh and tasty. Not a traditional Indian restaurant.
Very pushy waiters seemed as they were trying to push us out asap, kept trying to take our plates away while were not even half way finished with our food then started offering togo boxes not stop. We seemed not welcome at the restaurant. The food was really good on the other hand
The decor and atmosphere have changed a lot since the shut down. Not the place it used to be The food was OK not as good as before. I would order carry out next time if there is a next time. Service was so-so.
