We love everything about Kama. Lamb and seafood dishes are our favorites.

Excellent food, a tad noisy on a Friday night, and the price gets a little high in a hurry. We had four starters, some naan and biryani and a drink each and it was suddenly $75.00.

Another great dinner at Kama! Our waitress was wonderful offering good suggestions for new things to try. We had a delicious meal! Kama never disappoints and stands out as my absolute favorite place to eat!

Outstanding food and great atmosphere!

Lovely place, AMAZING food, I took 1 star away as our server gave us someone else’s ticket so I didn’t notice and paid - she came to me & let me know, void what I had paid & I paid again but for our table. Even though this mishap, I would still recommend this place - the food is worth the drive. To be honest if it happens again, I would still recommend & come back - that’s how our table enjoyed the food.

Kama never disappoints! The menu had some changes, that introduced some very tasty seasonings. The wine menu was terrific! Love this place!

The food was “ok”, definitely not worth the bill.

Very very good. Samosas seemed a little bland, but everything else was amazing! Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Food was excellent. Service at the table was good. Service at the bar was not so good.

Made a reservation for 6:30pm on a Saturday night. Jeramy was out waiter and was Very Awesome, he helped us with choosing the right sauce and mixing our foods properly, he goes out of his way to help.
Food is delicious no matter what you order, please go there and try it. I will continue to eat here.

THE BEST Indian cuisine with outstanding, creative dishes in...anywhere. A must for fans, as well as diners looking for unique flavors and dishes. Great staff, neat ambience, Agnes and Vikram have done an excellent job maintaining top quality through several expansions of their creative restaurant. Bravo!

Good food but have had better or comparable Indian food at far lower cost in less-trendy restaurants near here. Place is VERY noisy. It was difficult to hold a conversation with table mates, and we were nearly yelling across table at one another because restaurant is so acoustically loud. Wine is quite expensive: two glasses of Duckworth wine were $15 EACH -- in LaGrange, not downtown Chicago! I can buy two BOTTLES of this same wine at Binny's for $30. Decor is nice and eclectic. Very strong curry aroma engulfs entire venue, and it lingers on you when you leave.

Our favorite spot for a fantastic meal. Consistently good food and good service. Gets loud, so get tables near the walls. Nice big bar.

Great food, great service! Our drinks were very slow to arrive- (they had bar staffing issues) otherwise would have been solid 5 star.

Order extra rice if u have more than 3 dishes.

They are remodeling ... so there was some noise while we were there... However the waitress made up for it for how prompt and understanding that we were on a time limit. She graciously took care of all of our needs. The food was just what I was craving in Indian dishes with a welcomed twist to it. Outstanding food.

Kama had to largest dinner/bar crowd I have ever seen there! It's so wonderful that the word is spreading about how good the food, service and vibe make you feel so good to be there. Food was spectacular! Can't wait to go back!

The renovations are beautiful and the food always fantastic.

Amazing food and very friendly staff. Staff can explain the taste and ingredients of food, that is very rare for an Indian Restaurant. Chef Vikram has done a great job!

Anniversary

This was our second visit to Kama and the food is definitely fantastic. Same for cocktails. We just had a really bad service night. Orders forgotten, entrees delivered over an hour period of time, and wrong drinks served. The bar and wait staff were definitely understaffed. When we were missing entrees, it was blamed on the kitchen, although our waitress did not write anything down. We just love the food but it was such a frustrating experience that the next time we dine out for Indian, we will go elsewhere.

This place never disappoints. The lamb tacos and the mussels are phenomenal! The tiger shrimp Molly was outstanding. Make sure you get enough naan to sop up all the sauces. The waitstaff is very knowledgeable and won't steer you wrong. Try this place. You won't be sorry.
