   We went there specifically because of their gluten free options, but they were out of GF waffles, GF bread, all GF items so we had to leave and go somewhere else.

   They don’t honor open table reservations and claimed they aren’t on the app - it’s seat yourself and you order with an app.

   There were just two issues that I found with Kaldi's. They literally ran out of clean silverware, so we were given prewrapped plastic utensils. The wait staff were not incentivized to be attentive to the customer as they requirement payment and tip prior to completing your order/getting your food.

   I went for breakfast, the food was great. The was a sign to seat yourself and a QR code to order your own food so there basically isn’t any wait staff and when I asked the staff for water she seemed annoyed with me. I enjoyed the good but the ambiance and overall service was oddly subpar.

   Don’t bother making reservations. Our party of four arrived only to walk in and have a sign “seat yourself”. There were no tables for four available (although there were single parties sitting at a couple). We ended up splitting up at counter seating only to be told there were no servers for the counter.

   Went here on a 1st date for brunch and it did not disappoint. Ordering was effortless and if I wasn't so nervous from staring at my future girlfriend I would have polished all of the food!!! The lox was so fresh and flavorful. Home Run on the Latte! The customer service was prompt and beyond friendly. We will definitely be back!
