Kalaveras is a unique fast casual concept with vibrant colors, art, music, and culture of a time honored tradition – El Dia de Los Muertos. A blend of innovative urban mixology, Latin American culinary classics, tribute to well known Hispanic artists, and nothing but buenas vibras!

Our cocktails are a mixture of urban mixology complemented by fresh ingredients including herbs, infusions, and homemade syrups. This immersive experience indulges all of the senses, creating a unique experience even for those with the most complex of palates.

Our culinary menu reflects a deep passion for traditional Mexican and Latin American cuisine with a modern Kalaveras twist. Our Chef's recipes are passed down from generation to generation. We showcase classics such as barbacoa and carnitas plates, which are slow cooked to perfection, as well as unique twists on Enchiladas Verdes, Tacos gobernador, and our exclusive Molcajete.

                        This was the first time and I was pleased with the choice. The bar 🍸 is stocked with a few Tequilas and Mexican beers. Their chicken tacos 🌮 are delicious. I plan to return for happy hour.

                        My first time at this location. We went on Sunday for brunch. The lines to get food is absolutely ridiculous. I waited almost 30 minutes to get an omelette and the set up is really disorganized. The manager saw the long line and didn’t think about putting someone else to help with tacos. The manager saw the long line and didn’t do anything about adding someone else to help. There was a long line for the entire brunch.

                        We were tired and hungry, we got there, no one was at the front, we waited for about 10min all servers around kept just doing their thing, the host came out of the kitchen with a to go order and finally gave us a table at the entrance, it was cold. We requested and moved to another table. The food was ok. Hubby ordered a second beer that never came but the bill made it. Definitely not going back
