Kaiser's Chophouse - Sandy Springs, Atlanta
Had a business dinner at Kaisers. Good food but a bit pricey for the area.
Our waiter, Bryan Byrd, was there when we wanted and did not hover needlessly. He was knowledgeable and his recommendations were excellent. Our food was excellent and as good as anywhere in the city, we no longer need to go to Buckhead or downtown.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this restaurant!!! They are the most professional, yet kind and caring staff I’ve ever experienced!!! They went out of their way to make a very special evening for our family an evening we will never forget!!!! The food was absolutely wonderful and our whole evening was PERFECT!!!
Thank you all again for going above and beyond to make my son’s engagement dinner such a success!!!! Will always highly recommend your restaurant!!!
Fantastic! Waiter was friendly & attentive. Ambiance was intimate and warm.
Excellent service. He didn’t overdo it
Perfect experience...every time!
Just wonderful in every way. Our server Paige took such great care of us and so did the rest of the staff. You all help make our 33rd anniversary so special, along with Geneva at Lauderhill's Jewelers who suggested we go there for a special night out! Thank you.
The good was awesome but Paige our server made our evening. Very professional yet so personable.
Delicious food. Excellent service (Michelle was fantastic!). Great ambiance for a steak house - upscale, but not stuffy.
This place offers a nice alternative to driving to Buckhead if you're looking for a top steakhouse. The only local competition in Sandy Springs is Flemings and that place is too dark and solemn due to no windows. A little distracting when you first arrive at Kaiser due to the location in a Lowe's strip mall, surrounded by fast food places. Once you're inside it's far more appealing. Food was good not great; service was excellent.
I took my boyfriend out for his birthday. He had the Bolognese and I had the catch of the day which was flounder with a side of whipped potatoes. Both were phenomenal. Love the atmosphere too. The wine steward helped us pick out a lovely Tuscan wine. They brought out a dessert of our choosing (creme brûlée) with a candle and happy birthday written on the plate. The service was great with a friendly, upbeat staff. The menu design is kind of goofy with words like “delishousness” and “goodness” which I personally find overused in cutesy recipe blogs—ugh. Just a pet peeve of mine. But forget I said that—I’m definitely going back!
Great food and service.
Grandsons Birthday and all he could think about was the Tomahawk steak. It’s was a so much fun.
Everything was absolutely perfect! Matt at the bar was awesome! We ordered everything he recommended and it was all delicious. Schwartz was our server. He was very nice, helpful and professional. He made the whole evening such a pleasure. All the food was unbelievable. We got everything from apps to salads, main dishes to desserts. I got the bone in filet and it melted in my mouth. Best steak I ever had. Flourless chocolate cake was light and decadent. It was a perfect evening. Peter Kaiser sure knows what he’s doing. Can’t wait to go back!!! Love this place!
Bird our server was wonderful once again! Food is fantastic. Honestly can’t pick a bad thing on the menu. Fried oysters Rockefeller are AH-MAZING lol
First time we have had a waiter that was not great. He forgot things but pleasant.
One of our local favorites. Great steaks, laid back atmosphere. My teenage boys wear gym clothes 24/7 & move at a snails pace, but if I mention dinner at Kaiser’s they’ll be in the car in polo shirts and khakis in 3 minutes! I like the ribeye and the short rib dumplings (I think they’re new to the menu). Awesome place for date night and the sommeliers consistently make excellent recommendations.
From the appetizers (Alaskan King Crab, Lobster, and Shrimp cocktails), Entrees (bone-in filets), to the desert; the meal was delicious as always. The service was impeccable— thank you Paige and all the rest of the staff.
The Foie Gras appetizer and Bananas Foster Bread Pudding dessert were delicious! However, the entrees (Halibut as well as the Scallops) were bland and lonely on our plates (very boring in taste as well as presentation). But, the Creamed Corn side was good.
The food, service and ambiance has been consistently excellent. Judith Alembik
Overall, wonderful experience. One of the entrees that was supposed to be served with a spring mix salad came out with just iceberg lettuce. So, that was rather disappointing. The wedge salads were ok, but both wedges, the lettuce was more yellow than green. Otherwise, everything was quite nice.
I don't give a lot of '5 stars - Outstanding' reviews, but it came easy and naturally on our first visit to Kaiser's Chophouse! From start to finish, lavash and focaccia to the chocolate coconut cheesecake, this was a perfect anniversary dinner! First of all, Terry was more Consultant than server/waiter with spot-on detailed and accurate descriptions of the menu and wine list. The clubby, comfortable feel of the place was well-planned and executed. I hesitate to brag on the spinalis rib-eye too much because, in spite of the price, I want to make sure it's available next time. The truffled au gratin potatoes in cast iron were absolutely unbelievable, creamy with too much butter and crunchy edges that I probably should've been embarrassed to scrape so completely, but whatever. A great find and can't wait to do it all over again soon!
We were very disappointed with the steaks. There are too many good steak restaurants in ATL
to go back. My husband did not get the steak he ordered. They brought him something different.
One person at the table ordered a rib eye and it was the size and thickness of one you would get at a Western Sizzler. The flavor was decent but for the prices I would go somewhere else. At the end the waiter got a little snippy about splitting the bill between two couples.
Completely enjoyed this very fine restaurant! Terry take great care of us in ever way. Highly recommend going there.
Great restaurant and great food.
Awesome as always. The best. Recommend to everyone.
Been twice in a period of a week. The lady server the first time was fantastic. This last time the gentleman was so so and unenthusiastic. You have to keep the service level way way high to keep customers from not going to other fine restaurant options inside the perimeter
We had Joseph as our waiter! He was delightful food was amazing as always!!! Thank you for another memorable evening;)
The service and the food was amazing! We’ll definitely be back.
Kaiser's Chophouse is a favorite. The food is always fresh and tasty and the service is attentive. I think this restaurant is the best steakhouse in the area and I don't even eat steak!
It was my wife’s birthday. I loved the ambiance and service but the food was okay
This was our first experience at Kaiser’s but definitely not our last. We didn’t have the best service at the bar before being seated at our table but otherwise everything was perfection.
Food was good and steaks were cooked properly. Waiter was nice, a little mechanical, some lapses between visits. We had some appetizers, took some time before our salad showed up - wine did not show up, had to flag down the waiter and ask where our bottle was. Main courses showed up; mine was fine, my wife ordered the fried lobster to go with the petit filet - lobster never appeared - waiter apologized that he had forgotten to put it on the ticket. All in all we enjoyed it, but the experience would have been better with a more authentic, attentive waiter,
We came here with friends and was beyond our expectations.
Amazing Meal! Great Service! I was super impressed with the level of service and the food.
Fantastic! Much better than when it just opened. Great atmosphere and awesome steak
