Kaiser's Chophouse - Sandy Springs, Atlanta
Great restaurant. Can't think of anything negative. The food and atmosphere was great. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The chef's wife even stopped by to chat and gave us some background on the chef. This is a great place for a date or a night out with family or friends.
We really enjoy this restaurant. It is an upscale restaurant (expensive) that’s located in a shopping center but don’t let that deter you from a wonderful steak and seafood experience. The decor varies from the large main room to the smaller “library area. Both are nice but the library are is a bit more quiet if that is appealing to you. It’s a little bit easier for conversation here in comparison to the modern minimalist decor in fashion as of late. They do offer valet parking which is nice because there are so many shops it’s hard to find parking. You need to make reservations here two weeks in advance to get a prime weekend spot FYI.
Specifically requested a quiet booth and we were not seated in one. Food and service are certainly above average.
We continue to be thrilled with Kaiser's. Service is impeccable. The menu is diverse and almost always superb. Some items are somewhat overpriced. We particularly liked the veal and duck.
The only hesitation is that it can get extremely noisy in the middle of the dining room, which does deter informal conversations. Yet we would highly recommend a meal here.
Some meals flow better than others...Kaisers is a small intimate steak house. As a frequent visitor there we know many of the staff. This evening we had a waiter that struggled despite the usual easy steak dinner and salad orders. With steaks that can easily exceed 60$ this is not acceptable.
However the food and drinks are good. It is the only steakhouse option in Sandy Springs...so thanks for being there.
The service and ambiance was great but unfortunately the food was terrible and we were both sick the next day!
Super disappointed in the quality of the steaks.
Food was excellent probably best spot in Sandy Springs! Met the owner's wife and she was super nice! Will be back for sure.
I absolutely loved Kaiser's Chophouse and so did my friends!!!! From the time we arrived, the staff was very attentive. The food was excellent, and I will make plans to return soon!!!!
We decided to try this and skip our regular go to steakhouse in buckhead. Very impressed. Amazing steaks and service, we will be back
Great time, nice place. Waiter Terry was great.
Excellent menu and service. Glad to have this quality in Sandy Springs and avoid downtown traffic hassles!
Everything was above and beyond amazing!
Paige was the best !!!!
As always great dinner with fabulous friends 😀
We had a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in until we left. Sarah was our server and she was Excellent! Everything she suggested was perfect. We will definitely be back.
Wonderful dining experience! Couldn't have asked for more.
Kaiser Chophouse House has become our favorite. We brought 3 couples with us this past weekend and we had a great time. It was the first time for all of our friends and they loved the experience. Thanks.
Spinalis was fantastic. My wife's foie gras and scallops were excellent as well. The service was top notch. My only feedback is with the heirloom tomato and burrata salad. They either need to increase the amount of burrata or decrease the number of tomato slices so that you can have burrata with each bite of tomato. Definitely a top 5 steakhouse in Atlanta.
We had an excellent meal and experience with Michelle. She had the perfect energy level and made our celebration more memorable! The bone in filet and Dover sole were incredible. I highly recommend the oyster Rockefeller and the truffle potatoes as a side. Awesome meal; we will be back often
Expensive, but worth it! Be prepared to spend $ 100 per person with drinks but the Spinelis Steak was exceptional. For special occasions this is really a treat! Great selection of wine, entre's and sides.
We requested a booth in a more quiet area of the restaurant and Paige to take care of our table. Both requests were honored which made for a fabulous dining experience to celebrate my husband’s birthday! Paige was wonderful as always- very energetic, funny, and attentive to all our needs.
Service was fantastic. Food was top notch.
Our server, Paige, was an amazing professional. Lived her energy and attitude.
Best meal and steak Perfectly served and cooked. Servers amazing
Not a good night here. Both my husband and I had to send our food back because it was undercooked.
However, the worst part is what happened with the takeout we got for my son:
They completely screwed up his burger, so much so that my husband had to drive back to Kaisers and get a new one prepared. I realize that if had opened up the takeout container and checked the food before we left, a return trip would’ve been avoided. But I honestly feel we shouldn’t half to go through that, this isn’t Burger King.
For a fairly new steak house in Sandy Springs, the restaurant is almost the equal to a Mc Kendrick's that has been around 25 plus years. The food was excellent and the waitress was great. That makes my 5th time eating there and I now consider it the spot to go to for that special night. On the weekends the noise level can be quite high because all the tables are filled. I predict it will be here for years to come. My overall rating is excellent.
Great dinner, service staff ...a favorite....always will come back
Food and service was great.
Valet parking was ridiculous since they parked my car at Chik fil a and I had to wait on valet for about 5 minutes (no where to he found)
Warmly greeted when we walked in and immediately seated. Our server, Sarah was absolutely fantastic, professional, helpful and fun. She was there when we needed her and away when we were enjoying food and uninterrupted conversation. We thoroughly enjoyed our short rib dumpling appetizer, it was perfectly flavored. We both had the Barrel Cut Beef Filet, one medium the other medium-rare-plus! They were both perfectly cooked, tender, moist and delicious. Roasted beets and Potato Gratin were shared and both dishes were so flavorful and enjoyable. Shared the best dessert on the menu...Chocolate Cookie-bake which topped off the meal perfectly. We continued to sip on our drinks and took our time catching up on conversation and never felt rushed or that we should be leaving. Most definitely will be back. I could not imagine going to any other Chop House. Kaiser's has such a variety and I am confident that anything on the menu would be superb. The ambience was relaxing and soothing after a long work-day in the office. It was a much needed pampered evening with friends. Thank you Kaiser's for the perfect evening.
It was my birthday and it was amazing
First time here, great ambience and the food was excellent!
Finally there is a great steak house in Sandy Springs. Always consistently great food and service. Great fpr business, special occasions or just a night out in the neighborhood.
We enjoyed our first time with Kaiser’s. Good food and great service. A little loud, but overall really great. Nice to have a great steakhouse without venturing into Buckhead or a midtown.
Wonderful meal, appetizers and side dishes were enjoyed by all and our waiter was on point.
Took friends out to dinner for celebration, great service and fabulous food. We will be back !!
Wonderful, great food and atmosphere. Definitely will go again and recommend it to anyone looking for something different.
Chris’s Crumbles players visit Kaisers Chophouse in Sandy Springs and it delights! great atmosphere and we were greeted by Valerie Kaiser, very nice lady!
Service was 8.5
Appetizers 8.5 which included the BEST oysters Rockefeller this writer has EVER had and one player suggested the escargot bruschetta was “special”
Great salads 8.5
Steaks well I personally thought the small Prime NY Strip was best I’ve had, the Spinalis was lackluster to me, one of the players took down a 32 oz Porterhouse and he said “best” he’s had.
One player was disappointed with temperature, but it still scored an 8
Sides were steakhouse quality with the shining star being the truffle potatoes au gratin being out of this world. We had cauliflower, spinach and mushrooms too.......ah who cares is how I felt about these....
The asparagus was over cooked and we were charged 3.00 dollars for hollandaise sauce, ridiculous really given the fact 4 people ordered 345.00 dollars worth of steak.
Overall Kaisers is an 8
Everything was excellent
Always the best steaks. As Bubba would say: “It don’t get no better than this!” Top drawer.
When we arrived we were seated right away, the waitress was amazing, the food was emasculate and the ambiance was great
The ambiance was awesome.....very cozy and friendly! The service was impeccable.....our waiter was the best. He was knowledgeable and could answer any of our questions. His selection of red wine was the best I have had. Everything was cooked to perfection.....the pork chop and the salmon with a side of shared mashed potatoes. We have been there several times and it has become one of our favorite restaurants.
