Kaiser's Chophouse - Sandy Springs, Atlanta
We celebrated our anniversary and had a splendid time. Our initial table, in an intimate room, was engulf by another large party; but the management team, offered and moved us to a wonderful booth.
The food was exquisite.
Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner! Food was great. Add to that the restaurant decor and service and it was a hit! We had the aged porterhouse for 2, brussel sprouts, corn, drinks, and dessert. Had enough food for another meal at home. Our service was Terry and we'd give him two thumbs up!
Always a great time. Perfect ambiance tonight. Sarah outdoing herself AGAIN! Love the neighborhood feel of this amazing place! Thanks again Chef!
We had our dental office party here and its a fantastic place!!! Never disappoints! The food and service were excellent.
My husband did not like the preparation/style of his steak. He’s aware that he should’ve told them right away and had his entrée replaced but he thought he would get used to it. However, when we did tell our wonderful server ( Sarah) that he didn’t like his steak, she sent the very nice manager over and they comped our dessert. We will definitely return to this restaurant for our (at least) 10th visit, we just won’t order anything prepared “charred” style.
GREAT restaurant. Everything on the menu is amazing. Chris is by far the best waitor I've ever had!
Great steakhouse, but there are better options in Atlanta.
Visited here on New Years Eve. I had procrastinated on getting reservation for New Years and this was one of the last locations with tables available. I probably should have just stayed home and fixed my own dinner. The service was probably my biggest problem with the location. I eat at fine dining routinely for work. The waiter we had was extremely dismissive of us, although I did leave a 20% tip because that is who I am. He took our order, never refilled our wine glasses, no silverware when dinner arrived, and just seemed anxious to get us in and out as quickly as possible. I get it, New Years Eve is a great tip night at a high end restaurant, but this service was ridiculous. I ordered the bone in filet and it was over cooked and tasted like pot roast, not steak. I will say my wife got the petite filet and said it was good. The appetizers were delicious (crab cake and fried lobster tail). Should have stopped at the appetizer. Maybe it was due to the amount of people eating there, but I eat at fine dining at restaurants busier then that night and rarely do I get poor service.
We visited for the first time on NYE, and were pleasantly surprised that the service and food were excellent. NYE dining is sometimes hit or miss, but Kaiser's was a hit. Our server was knowledgeable, didn't hover and was very attentive to our food allergy (seafood) concerns. We'll be back!
Wonderful way to bring in the New Year as well as celebrating my b’day.. service & food could not have been better.
Does not disappoint. Service and food are both excellent.
Christmas Eve. Started at the bar. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Waiter was good and the food was great!
Great as usual
The order I placed was put in incorrectly, wait another 30 minutes or take what I got. I order steak medium well and received very rare. I was expecting class and food close to the level always provided at Bones. Not even close. If you live next door it may be convenient - if you are driving, go to Bones or Hal’s...... I won’t be back.
Really solid restaurant. Great food, great service, nice ambiance, and you don't have to drive to Buckhead or midtown for a great steak.
Great food and great cocktails
Had a great Christmas Eve dinner. Server was very helpful with ordering. Food was delicious! Great atmosphere and yummy cocktails!
Both service and food were excellent. A wonderful spot to have in the neighborhood.
Our steaks were not hot when they came out and the service was slow!
Christian, our server was excellent. He was friendly, professional and efficient. The food was wonderful especially the fresh oysters, so delicious! Cannot wait to return.
Great food! Great Service!
Girls Night Holiday celebration - the food was amazing and our server Paige was great and made the night even better!
Overall a good experience. We had an early reservation, 5:30. The waiter was very attentive and courteous, but asked us too many times if we were ready to order. We felt very rushed for a restaurant that was empty at that time of the day. Did like the steak options.
Our office party of 5 arrived at 5;30 PM and left at 8:40 PM because every part of the service was slow. Our waiter took much too long to get drink orders, and appetizer orders. He spent too much time talking about all the courses we could buy and gave us no time to look at the menu for ourselves. The menu is small so we had made our choices long before he stopped talking. There was too much time between the appetizers and the entrees took way to long to come out and were placed at the wrong places. The person who cleaned off the table between courses was slow and inefficient. There was a draft where I was sitting perhaps due to employees stepping out to smoke. we waited forever for dessert menus and again a long wait for them to come. We told our waiter we had been there too long and asked that he quickly bring the check, He and thew manager said they were sorry, so many people came in at one time. We were the first people in the restaurant when it opened and arrived then because we had people in our party who had to drive a long way to get home. The fault of the long wait was not the people but the service. The service people needed training...not to up sell but to cater to diners and provide an excellent evening out. We spent over $500. They should have done better.
Great steak, great service, fantastic side options and bananas foster bread pudding was outstanding.
We go to Kaiser's regularly and always have a great experience. A perfect place to take friends to. The service is the best. Michelle is outstanding. We always request to set in her section.
after many fantastic meals, my last visit was very disappointing. It was early and not very busy but service was slow (and a bit arrogant) and the steak was well overdone.
We celebrated our anniversary. We had to request a different table and then new table had a roof leak but it stopped. Waiter was great and owner came by to check on us. Food was excellent. We will return maybe on a night that’s not so busy and when it’s not raining
Excellent food and service. Friendly atmosphere. Never pushed to eat and leave to turn a table. The dinner and evening is beautifully spaced and timed. Perfect for special occasions, business entertaining or just a neighborhood night out with family or friends in a warm, authentic environment.
This was our second visit to Kaiser's Chophouse. It was outstanding!! The food and wine, atmosphere, service were all top notch. I decided this is where I wanted to celebrate my birthday and they did not disappoint! I would highly recommend this cozy steakhouse to anyone.
Food, ambiance and service was very good.....as usual.
Absolutely everything about our experience at Kaiser's was outstanding from beginning to end. My husband and I celebrated an anniversary there and had a meal we're still talking about days later. From our initial arrival and greeting by Lana (sp?) to the end when Bo, the general manager, treated us with a little something extra, it was exceptional. Our waiter, Christian, was terrific. The staff buzzed around quietly and unobtrusively, attentive to every detail. And the meal -- absolutely delicious. Every bite.
Very highly recommend this gem, tucked in the corner of a busy shopping center and worth trying if you haven't been. We will definitely visit again.
Being a four year resident to Atlanta I must say this was quite the dining experience. Glad we chose this place to celebrate my daughters twenty nineth birthday 🎂
Outstanding. First class , but extremely comfortable. Very completely pleasant. Great menu.
Very nice. Wonderful food and service
Always a fabulous treat to dine at Kaiser’s. They pay every attention to detail. Steaks are the very best.
Birthday dinner for a friend. While service was great, Steak cut was not what I expected (small N.Y. strip was actually a N.Y. Strip cut in half). When you spend $700 on dinner for three, this just feels low rent.
Fantastic food and service. My favorite restaurant in metro Atlanta!
We wanted to check our Kaiser's since we live just down the street. We went for a date night on a Saturday evening. The decor and ambiance are lovely and modern. We had a very nice server and the chef's wife came by to check on us. It was a very nice experience but I wasn't crazy about most of the meal.
Cocktails were nice - I had a Paloma and my husband has a Manhattan - both well executed.
I had a tomato and burrata salad which was good (but not amazing), the fish feature which was a Carolina halibut with crab meat on top which was underwhelming (the cook on the fish was good but it was flavorless and the crab on top was pasty). My husband had the caesar salad which average and short rib which was tender and good but we both decided we prefer the short rib at Brooklyn Cafe better.
Dessert was the best course as their creme brulee was a perfect traditional style and was served with a mini almond shortbread, mini brownie bite and a fruit and nut bark which I thought was a nice touch.
We probably will not be going back as we have found better dining options with similar offerings in the Sandy Springs / Perimeter area.
