KAIDO is Japanese-inspired cocktail lounge open in Miami’s Design District. Guests can enjoy a cozy Tokyo-style drinking den nestled in one of Miami’s most artistically driven areas, featuring innovative cocktails by in-house mixologist Nico de Soto and thoughtfully prepared Asian dishes developed by renowned chef Brad Kilgore.

Kaido features small plates, crudos, robatayaki and other dishes focusing on fresh ingredients and bright local and international flavors. Kilgore’s unique style shines in the form of sharable appetizers, such as the uni Fondue and Wagyu Katsu Sandwich, perfectly complimenting de Soto’s beautiful cocktails and large format drinks for the table, and forging a seamless and adventurous culinary marriage in the heart of the Design District.
