   We made a reservation for our wedding anniversary. It was pretty busy, and took 20 minutes to get a drink menu. This threw off the pacing and we didn’t get drinks until we had several plates of food brought to us. Didn’t end up ordering a bottle of wine because we didn’t have the chance until we were halfway done with our final plates. The broccolini was yummy but prawn was overcooked. Yellowtail was good but oysters had bits of shell/sand and large bit of dill that were super off-putting. The bread and taramosalata was great. The restaurant was low lit but still had a sort of corporate vibe somehow. The servers were dressed as tour guides but seemed stretched thin. We had a nice time because we were together but didn’t really enjoy our experience. The server was aware and seemed sort of resigned- maybe the place is struggling with the high volume. Hopefully they make a choice between service and volume. Sad - we really enjoyed Bar Vlaha and will probably continue to visit other places owned by this hospitality group, but probably not this spot.

   It was a birthday dinner, and we were welcomed very nicely by the host. The bartender was great and made us perfect cocktails. The vibe and ambience were also fun. The food was tasty and fairly priced—except for the fish. I think $100 for a small sea bass is overpriced. The service, however, was terrible. It took half an hour just to place our order, and we finally started eating after an hour. We wanted to order wine, but the server didn’t check in with us, even though he came by nearby tables a couple of times. We felt ignored and disregarded. I wouldn’t go again—there are much better restaurants in Boston.

   It was so amazing, the octopus was incredible. Carlos at the bar had great recommendations and I’m so happy Kaia is in the neighborhood. I will be back

   Restaurant design and vibe are attractive Service was excellent Food was average at best and a bit overpriced It’s way too loud! The space could use some sound absorption design elements to bring the noise down a few octaves so one can have a conversation with the person next to them.

   Kaia was amazing! It is tapas style but the dishes are pretty big and rich. For two people, we ordered 5 dishes total and were stuffed. The zucchini chips, broccolini and octopus were fabulous. The drinks were wonderful. The dishes are pricey but honestly worth it. The service was fantastic. We were really cold with the AC and they offered to turn it down until we were perfectly comfortable.

   Kaia was amazing from start to finish! We were warmly greeted upon arrival and our server, Randy, was so attentive and helpful with describing the dishes and recommending ones that we couldn't miss! The food and wine were delicious and the ambiance was outstanding! We'll be back!

    One of the few places you can have dishes you see nowhere else, and each is incredible in different ways. Some silky, some crunchy, some both. Bold, subtle etc. Yes, Greek inspired, but really no single theme, other than "gee I wouldn't have thought those would work together" delicious. If you like different (a la Facia a Facia) it's a must.
