Really enjoyed our evening and food, great choice and service. We would definitely recommend to friends and we will be back!
Outstanding from the outset. Went above and beyond to give me a table even though this is not their policy. The service is superb attentive , knowledgable but not suffocating. The food was sublime. A truly lovely experience that exceeded our expectations.
Service was a bit poor at times but food was good
Lovely poke bowls, always fresh ingredients and also cater for gluten free options
this is my locale feeding station!! I love it here and need very little excuse to book a table. Service is hectic and not very polite but the food is brilliant, having said that not so keen on deserts.
The food was very average. Service was amazing. Our waiter was fantastic
This restaurant is away from the band, so not too loud.
Food was great and the venue is very grand. The only mark against them is that when I booked it wasn't made clear that we'd be on a long bench of people rather than a table. Not sure if that is the fault of the restaurant or OpenTable.
More Vegan plz
I had a wonderful dining experience. The food is made with love and everything I chose was delicious and I wanted to taste more, so I will be back sooner rather than later. Kaia’s food is unique!
Food was excellent as always but we were told that the Music Mondays card was not eligible (50% discount). There was no prior notification of this. Staff were quite rude about this to us. Would not have booked if known. Had to speak to 3 people to get a resolution. Not the usual high standard of service which was disappointing and embarrassing when you are inviting guests for dinner.
Always brilliant. Beautiful sushi.
This is the second time we have been to Kaia and it was as good as the first time. The food is great especially the sushi and the Sunday buffet has so much variety. The restaurant was quiet so it was nice not having to sit next to strangers.
My partner and I had such a great time during our stay at The Ned, including our dinner at Kaia. The meal was a little expensive but we enjoyed every mouthful so would say it was worth it. We were seated at the high tables on stools, we would have been more comfortable at a regular table as the stools were a bit unstable and I am quite short! The service could have been a little faster and friendlier but the food quality was exceptional.
I enjoyed a wonderful evening for my Birthday. The staff were very attentive, the food and wine were excellent (we all particularly enjoyed the Japanese Fried Chicken & Teriyaki Salmon) definitely value for money.
Also thank you to the staff and chef for my personalising my dessert and singing happy birthday!
For me, this is the best restaurant in the Ned and one of my favourite restaurants for groups. The JFC, Hawaiian chicken, teriyaki salmon and miso cod are all winners on the grill!
Had the most wonderful date with my wife on New Year’s Eve.
I was able to book it at the last minute through the open table app which was great in itself, then she said it was in her list of places to eat and then the food and the service was outstanding. We will definitely be going back again before the end of March let alone 2020!
Booked a table for 2 on NYE. Had 3 courses and was stuffed after. The food was great quality though the main menu is only 1 page. The Bill came to £144 in total including x2 cocktails, x1 table bottled water and x2 non alcoholic drinks for the location and amount we ordered I think it was reasonably priced.
Great food as always, great atmosphere, great service
Good food, live music at a level you can have a conversation and great service.
Good atmosphere friendly staff
Fantastic staff very friendly and attentive
Great service from Aron, and others. Loved it. Already saving up for the next time.
It was delicious food, but quite expensive. But a good investment for a treat.
I love Kaia for a friends catch up lunch, service is very hit and miss but the food is always spot on. Sad to see they have taken away the hot soup dish it was delicious and do hope it will be back on the menu soon for the winter months.
Wonderful poke bowls and starters - so fresh and beautifully presented. Only quibble was rather slow service but it was Christmas.
Went for lunch and found that the service was slow. Some of our party had to wait till we had finished our lunch for theirs to arrive. The black cod is fab.
Enjoyed a lovely brunch to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The Sunday buffet offered great choice and the food was delicious. Service was pragmatic and attentive.
A lovely evening spent at Kaia - gorgeous food and a lovely atmosphere
This time round, this was a complete disappointment. They have this ridiculous 1.5hr service, where you are in and out - we arrived on time and food came out quickly and we ATE quickly, however there was only 15 minutes left until our 1.5hrs was up and they said we could not order dessert and we needed to start preparing to leave. Absolute appalling service - if we ordered loads of booze, they would have given us additional time. They really need to rethink their seating times - worst customer service, totally lets down the NED.
Lovely, interesting food in great ambience - beautiful building. Helpful and friendly staff.
Too expensive even for Sushis and too noisy to enjoy the dinner.
Sat at a high table, shoulder to shoulder with others and noisy. Not a great option for a business lunch.
The food was delicious and good service from the staff
The pork dumplings were pretty nice. I ordered 2 portions so much I liked. The fail of the restaurant was not asked about allergens, and I had to ask to be able to guarantee I could eat. I gave the feedback to them at the day as well.
They were rushing us to get us out of our spot so they could seat someone more people. Seemed rather strange considering their pricing and what we were spending. I have had better quality and quantities of sushi at other places. The atmosphere was really cool with the live music. The dessert was a really impressive presentation and taste.
Service was terrible. Very slow and we had to order twice as they had ‘run out of paper’. Not heading back anytime soon
Brilliant location..lovely decor
Lamb cutlets cooked to perfection.
Tender aubergine and dumplings.
Will be back!
Really lovely food, especially poke bowls. Great for a quick bite to eat in the city but usually v busy so be sure to book.
Great food in a beautiful location, particularly with the Christmas decorations!
