    Reservation for 2 at 5:30 on a Friday night. Service was a little slow. We had the walleye and chips. The server explained to us that the potatoes were sliced thin and fried like actual chips. Yes, they were. And I would say they were a touch over cooked. The walleye was excellent. Coleslaw was what we expected. But in the future I would substitute a different potato.

    Terrific service, extensive wine list and great food. Thanks for a great dining experience. My only regret is no sitting by the window decreased the impact of the ambiance, seated in the corner near the entry was a high traffic area.

    We had an early (4:45 pm) reservation for two on New Year's Eve. There were plenty of staff and all were attentive and friendly. The food was very delicious. The prices are on the high side for the Sioux City area, but the quality of the food and service are worth it. We have never had bad food at Kahill's.

    Filet was undercooked and it was my first filet ever. Unfortunately have the first impression that the cut of meat is not worth the price, even though it is sworn to me it is. Abby was a great server, cracked a good joke at the beginning of the meal and did everything we needed plus some. Knew the specials well and gave us amazing descriptions on everything we needed info on. My drink was astounding. Their cocktail menu is well done. No pun intended.

    We go there for brunch once and a while, but this time the food was terrible. The roast beef was tough, the French toast was soggy and they cut back on the amount of food on the buffet. Waitress was no where to be found 1/2 the time and it was dead in there. We had to track her down just to get coffee. For the price of the buffet and how terrible it was, we will not be going back there.

    High-end dinning without sky-high prices. We have come 2 years for our anniversary and even in the economy today, they haven't changed prices much of any. We love the atmosphere, it's elegant and romantic. The food is always amazing. The service is above and beyond. We'll be back for another anniversary. ❤️

    This place was superb! Food and local draft beer was amazing, perfect setting on the river with the fireplace going. A bit noisy, but there was a large conference in the hotel. Service was great.
