The food was only fair. All selections were not available due to it being an event night and our Vegan was unable to get planned choice. She did have an alternate choice but the food was only mediocre. The service was good, attentive wait staff but overall for the price the portions were relatively small and not tasty. Disappointed,

Restaurant not prepared for crowd in the restaurant. Took 1 hour 45 minutes to eat.
We made reservations for Friday at 4pm, which were accepted and confirmed via the OpenTable email back to me - however the restaurant didn't open until 5pm which we luckily stumbled upon and were able to make other arrangements. We tried again, making reservations for the next day at lunch. When we arrived, along with many other parties attending the same function at Toyota Music Factory, the restaurant appeared as though they were shocked with how many people were there for lunch - although they had a very clear and defined list of reservations that had been made. They were not prepared - if they want to be successful a few doors down from the Toyota Music Factory - they will need to prepare for the reservations they receive and it would be helpful for them to be in tune with events happening there.
I brought my daughter to Kabuki for a late lunch/early dinner before attending a concert at the complex neighbor, the Toyota Music Factory. The food and services were phenomenal. We happily waddled away, we were so full, and still had boxes in both hands. Plus, it was so easy on the wallet, I could afford to pay a much higher tip that the staff definitely earned. I can't wait to bring others and come back!
Brought my group of 12 from work to a team lunch. I had the Sashimi Platter and was not disappointed. Probably the best sashimi I've had in a LONG time. The beer selection was sub-par. Need more local craft beer (NOT IPAs), think Lager, Ale and Bock's. Everyone said their food was great. We ordered 4-orders of the Banana Tempura and again, everyone loved it. Many said we should have ordered it first! Presentation was spot on and made everything look very inviting. Will definitely make a return trip.

the hostess was horrible. She will need to get off her high horse.
Even Michelin Restaurants does not treat the customers in such a rude & ignorant way.
It was pointless to make reservation.
table was not even set up not ready.
There was shattered glass on the floor.
Food was mediocre. Not worth your money.
If you want to stay in business in a corporate area where people take their clients/vendors, you will need to train your staff with basic etiquette.
Service was horrible at best. Waitress acted like she didn’t want to serve at all while I had two important guests at the table. She did not come to bring menu for 10 minutes until I personally walked over to her and asked her to serve. Then no water brought to table for 15 minutes after 25 minutes in the restaurant. Ordered 3 entrees and one appetizer. The appetizer never came to table and two out of 3 entrees were wrong. Waitress never bothered refill water or ice tea until being asked. I can’t use other words besides horrible and pathetic. Would like to speak to the restaurant manager about my experience.
Would not pick as first choice for Japanese food, but would eat there again if suggested by others.
They offer a few rolls that are different than the ones I see at every other place. The quality is good however, the price is higher than typical sushi places.
AJ was our waiter and he was so kind, professional and efficient. He made our Mother’s Day/Grandmother’s Day dinner a special one! Thanks AJ!
