Happy Hour 4-7pm daily with special happy hour menu and reduced drink prices.
Dinner 6-9pm 7 nights a week.
We had 7:00 reservation. Got our drinks served around 7:30. Had to hail waiter to put food order in. Waited approximately an hour for food to come. Butter wouldn’t melt in baked potato because it was cold. Sent it back; came back cold 2nd time. Sent it back again. In about 10 minutes got a plate of warm mashed potatoes substituted. They did offer free desert, but overall, not good! St. Germain Steakhouse was our favorite dining spot in Naples. K-Prime doesn’t hold a candle to St. Germain. The prices are higher, quality lower & service was not good. I have never had a meal take 3 hours unless we were intentionally planning a leisurely meal. We won’t be returning.
Everything was very good. The food and the service were also great. Management was very accommodating when presenting the bill after the new team in the kitchen took too long bringing forward our entrees. They comp’d our entire dinner! We would definitely return to K-Prime bc they do listen!
Only complaint is size of servings...too large for me and everyone in my party of 4. We are seniors and if we were to go again, we would only order one entree for each 2 persons. Quality of food was first class but quantity just too large for us to enjoy comfortably.
I had expected the restaurant to be expensive and then I expect excellent food as well as excellent service. The service was extremely poor, which made for an unenjoyable dinning experience. The bottled water was brought to the table with the cap off, and had a funny smell, which says to me it was tape water in a bottle. The water glasses were not refilled. The cabcakes were lukewarm. I asked for another wine and never received it. Dishes were removed from the table before all dinners were finished eating. When the bills arrived (2 seperate bills) they were both put in the same folder. Then the waiter came back and asked which credit card belonged to which bill. He is the waiter and should have known. While none of us had a steak each one of us were given a steak knife.
This kind of service is not acceptable in a fine dinning establishment.
Prices higher than before but quality of food not as good. Kitchen would not accommodate any substitutions or splitting of salad. Not up to Naples standards.
The wedge salad was excellent, especially the blue cheese crumbles. Service was excellent. The disappointment was the prime rib. It was tough and grainy to say the least. If their ability to choose quality meet is this example than I would find it difficult to recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The prime rib was excellent. The service was a little slow, but our server was very nice and friendly. Definitely will come again for prime rib.
Good food, great service and perfect ambiance; what more could one ask for!
How can anyone mistreat a piece of beautiful prime rib as they did? Tastes like meat cooked in water and is probable the worst I tasted in a US steakhouse.
Another great experience, service and dinner from the team at KPrime. Zach and Billy are awesome and always attentive to the needs of their customers. NYE menu was great and with the exception of running out of my favorite bread pudding anywhere in the world, food and wine was perfect.
K-Prime took over spot that was previously St. Germain Steakhouse. I was hoping that they updated the interior, but it still looks the same, a little dark. Our wait staff was great, including the server and busboy, both very attentive. We were there early on New Year's Eve for our wedding anniversary and the restaurant was already busy. Steak had great flavor, but could have been a little hotter at it came to the table as if it had been waiting on the counter for quite awhile. My filet was very under cooked, but it was great when I reheated the leftovers. A little pricey, but not more than expected for a high end steak house in Naples!
Dinner was at 5:30 on New Years Eve. The waiter was anxious to get our order in as he said they were getting busy, but we said we wanted some time between apps and entrees so not to rush it but sure as sure he came with the dinner almost immediately and declared that he couldn't stop it in time. We ordered bananas foster for dessert which he claimed was his expertise ... took less than 5 mins to throw it together with horribly bruised bananas. Dinner was finished by 6:15, far too rushed for a dining experience but then we had to wait a good 30 - 45 mins to get the bill. Loved our last experience there when it was St. Germain, unfortunately we will not return.
Onion soup was the best it has been since stoneys. Prime rib for the Monday price was good. Steak a little over cooked. Good flavor but potatoes were not warm. Service was forgotten. Used to be more attentive.
Service was very slow
Service was terrible. We were forgotten in a mass of tables filled by locals. Food was served COLD. Probably our last visit although we’ve been there before with success
The chicken was bony and skin was hard to remove. The prime rib was ordered 'medium' but arrived rare. I had to flag down a server to request horseradish! Service was slow and we rarely saw our server. Our server eventually gave us a small roll 'fresh from the oven' and disappeared without offering another. Over $100 for 2 meals that were disappointing! We will not return.
Although the food was very good, and the server (Andy) was personable and professional, as an upscale high-end steakhouse in Naples, FL, K-Prime fell short. Here's why:
1.) It needs a dress code...much of the clientele resembled that of a mall-restaurant.
2.) French Onion soup was excellent, but the spoon was too large (server-size) for the cup.
3.) We had Prime Rib and Rib-eye...steak knives were dull...could not cut meat...server replaced with smaller, sharper knives from the kitchen.
Overall, we had to work too hard to have an enjoyable meal. The restaurant's errors came across as inexperienced, newly-opened, amateurish, or looking like a novice to high-end dining.
Christmas with the family. Very nice evening. It being Christmas sometimes you never know what to expect. Everything was top notch. Always celebrated Christmas dinner at Stoneys. Tried St. Germain - it was awful. Glad to see K-Prime is back to an outstanding standard. Our waiter Anthony was terrific.
Christmas dinner. We went for steak, each of us had a different steak and they were all great. Service was terrific. Thanks William!
We find it very annoying when a restaurant changes their menu and ups their prices for a holiday! The menu consisted of about 5 beef items (with many people cooking prime rib for Christmas), one fish item and a roast chicken for $30! I ended up having appetizers - which were very good but was looking forward to a nice fish dinner of some kind.
I was not aware of the limited menu, the service was not good at all we had to ask multiple times for drinks and condiments. The food had no flavor and the steak was chewy. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. This is the second time dinning there and we will not be back.
Dining at KPrime was absolutely delightful. It is pricy, (the only reason for 3 stars as value) but for special occasions it is well worth it.
Our waiter was knowledgeable, recommending the escargot, which was as good as any I've tried.
I now claim it as my favorite restaurant in Naples.
Another good experience at K Prime, becoming one of my favorite dining places.
We had the Prime Rib with red potatoes & it was excellent!
My wife had a Filet & that was also very good.
Probably the best steak house in Naples & surly the most value.
The 12 once Prime Rib $24.00 Special, GREAT DEAL!
We chose this elegant restaurant to celebrate 30-year anniversary of us and two other couples who were in each other’s weddings and lifelong friendships. Our server made the evening very special and went out of his way to provide first-rate service. The food was outstanding! The drinks were crafted perfectly. The decor was elegantly arranged and the ambiance was perfect. We were delighted with surprise deserts celebrating our special occasion. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect restaurant. We were all visiting from out of town and chose this restaurant based on an ad I saw in a magazine. It certainly surpassed our expectations!!
Best Roast Beef in Naples. Michael, our server, was outstanding. Definitely will return.
10 ounce NY Strip was a joke, at best. Thin piece of meat. The 14 ounce was amazing. Word to the wise: ask lots of details about the steak BEFORE you order.
Michael was the nicest waiter we ever had! Food was excellent , Primerib and Filet just at perfection! Thanks we certainly recommend and come back
Our table silverware was very filthy, seems like someone redone the table with the last couple dirty silverware, was quite shocking( I am not exaggerating) Our waiter was nice but it seems to be quite disoriented or confused (we were concern about his health since he was an older gentleman ).
The escargot had a nice flavor, the pate seems to be done in the house and it tasted like raw liver ( I did eat pate before and this one was hard to swallow) my partner prime rib had a good flavor but was kind a hard/chewy, my filet mignon had an outside flavor that reminded something musky/moldy and our Key Lime Pie had that out of the box taste that you would not expect and a such expensive place.
We had the special discount price menu for the two of us , no coffee just one drink per person and with 20% tip we ending expending over $140.00
Was our anniversary and we were happy but honestly I will not eat again over there.
The food was amazing, but our server was a little abrasive. It was unexpected considering my husband and I dropped $300. We would still go back based on the food alone!
The prime rib was very tough! The filet was great. The bread “pudding “ was dry and cold. Needed heat and a sauce or ice cream.
Service was slow and food not good. Chicken dry and tasteless. Prime rib served rare when asked for medium.
I made a last minute reservation for 8 on Open Table. We were at a conference about 5.5 miles away. I wanted to get away from the conference center last night there and take suppliers and clients to a "local" non-chain type steak. This was a home run for service, taste, food selection, craft cocktails and environment. Our server and other staff were always asking if we needed anything and upping the experience. Fantastic steaks. I had the Rib Eye and was so tasty cooked to perfection.
My wife had the "butt end" Prime Rib and was enormous and perfectly seasoned.
On a side note....check out the water fall inside the Men's room.
We went to K Prime for my birthday and everything was perfect! We used to go here when it was Stoneys but I think it’s better now. Our waiter, Anthony, was outstanding and great fun. Highly recommend!
Enjoyed the Monday night prime rib special for 24 dollars. Hopefully the special will be continued through the season. Our waiter Anthony was very attentive.
This restaurant has been a Naples establishment as long as Bay Front has been in existence. It is now back in the hands of the original owner, Stoney’s, our food was very good, the hostess was very friendly, our server, William, has been there as long as I can remember, he took good care of us. All of the people working there were friendly. Give it a try.
Food was very average for the price. Would not go back here again.
Very nice, service was excellent, food was superb.
Went there for Thanksgiving dinner 2018.
Only thing good about the food was the prime rib.
Appetizers were terrible also their apple and pear salad was terrible.
Paid $55 a plate which we were okay with as long as the food was good which was not the case.
Service was extremely slow for one appetizer one salad an entree and a dessert we didn't get out of there for 2 hours and 20 minutes! And that was with taking our dessert to go cuz we were just so fed up with how long it was taking. Mind you we only had a party of five and there was no walk-ins it was reservations only.
We we're very disappointed at the least, considering they offered free valet parking which the kid was super fast and very professional and the fact that the restaurant was absolutely beautiful, it's just too bad that I won't be able to recommend anybody to eat there.
Also really didn't want to use the restroom as my oldest daughter walked into gobbed up toilet paper all over the floor. Said it reminded her of a Walmart bathroom.
