JWB offers a contemporary menu of prime steaks, fresh local seafood, and a raw bar (coming soon), all paired with world-class wines and hand-crafted cocktails. Named after James (Jimmy) William Buffett himself, the restaurant offers impeccable service and intimate spaces perfect for romantic dinners or small group gatherings.

My husband and I visit Nassau, Bahamas often. This was our first time at this restaurant. The food was delicious. My husband enjoyed the food. The experience of our waiter not so much. Denver was the absolute worst. If you go to this restaurant make sure you don’t get Denver as a waiter.

Sloooow, overpriced and underwhelming. The restaurant is beautiful, but our server was awful. We had a very hungry toddler with us, and we had to ask for bread twice! He took drink orders from half of our party, then left without asking the others. It appeared other servers were more attentive. The food was uneven, with some dishes delicious and others meh. We ordered dessert to go, and it took so long to get our bill that we settled up without realizing we paid for but hadn't received our to go order. The restaurant did make it right when I went back to complain the next day. Also, even considering the island locale, we found the prices exorbitant. We would not go back, and we do not recommend.

Our favorite steakhouse. Always an exceptional experience, ambiance and quality/quantity of food, never disappoint! Our server Giles is the icing on the cake! He makes every request a non issue, always happy to help and often with great advice.

I had read mixed reviews but ultimately decided to book it given the menu and proximity to where we were staying. No regrets, we enjoyed every minute of it. We had gone to a local seafood place the night before that was mediocre, and not much less in cost, the JWB was beyond good. We started with drinks, salad and soup, service was perfect, not pushy, but attentive when we needed. Steaks were cooked to perfection, lobster was delish. Would recommend for sure. They had a love musician (unsure if this was only because of father’s day or if every Sunday), very nice touch. Well done!

The food and service were great however there were a few things we received ‘in place’ of what we ordered which is very different than what we’re used to. (Ie salmon was n place of chicken for our 8yo). The price was quite high too but all in all it was a good experience and Anwar was a great server.

Excellent service from the moment the hostess greeted us to the time we left. Our server Mario was on point without being in your face every minute and made sure our dining experience was impeccable. Phillip provided background music with his silky vocals that were soothing to the meal. Overall the staff was pleasant yet professional. And the food?!?!? Outstandingly delicious! If you are a person who gets sticker shock, this is not a place for you. However, it is worthy of our 30,000 pennies 👍🏾.

I got my baked potato (not even warm) just before I finished my steak. Both steaks were over cooked. It took them 30 minutes and numerous times to get the other pilot checked out. Will never return.

The server was excellent very nice and very attentive. My lobster was not good at all. I would have liked them to offer me something else, but they didn’t and charged me the full amount which was fine. We paid it, but I wouldn’t go again due to the food.
