    Our waiter Clement was attentive and knowledgeable. The octopus appetizer was a big disappointment but the Filet Oscar and paella made up for that.

    should have been told of price on seafood tower $280 was not worth that at all very disappointed with that and the ceviche had very little fish full of something alse like beans.

    Filet was one of the best I’ve had; Grouper was ok. Not worth the price. We live in Hilton Head Island and have had much better grouper. Great service by our waiter.

    The restaurant was fairly empty when we showed up for our 7 o’clock reservation. We were seated in a fair amount of time. Taste of food was subpar for this caliber restaurant. The lobster bisque tasted like a very heavy fish base was used and overpowered any other flavors. Entrees ordered were Filet Mignon, add Oscar and Thai Curry Scallops with shrimp add on. The curry sauce was flavorful. The shrimp were tough and very salty. The filet was overcooked for having been ordered medium to medium well. It was well done, but not charred. The grilled asparagus was burnt and the mashed potatoes were cold. To top it off the experience the family seated next to us had their dog occupying a seat at their table. The dog was well behaved and we have 3 labs but it would never cross our minds to go to a fine dining establishment with them in tow, or have them sit on a chair at the table like a human. This was a pet, not a service dog. Your $300+ is better spent at Ruth’s Chris, which never disappoints.

    The steaks were very salty and the waitress was not very attentive. Had to ask for water twice. Surf and turf $85!!! Not worth it. Creamy spinach was also salty. Very odd

    We were the only ones in the restaurant; it took an hour to get our entrees. Who knows why it took so long. Prime meat quality was not the quality we received. Being a steakhouse, one would expect the temperature of the meat to be cooked correctly, it wasn’t. Very unhappy with the experience.

    I called earlier to change my reservation time and Jeffrey was very professional and assisted us. Our server Tommie was very educated and took his time explaining the menu and our options. He was very professional and show an exceptional customer service ethics. He make us very comfy and made our dinner a unforgettable & memorable experience…Thanks Tommie.

    The dinner was lovely, oysters were delicious, but quite small. The food was very good, but I definitely think the price point is too high. The service was great and we enjoyed ourselves, but it is a little bit over the top with money.

    Great place for steak and seafood. Food was delicious and fresh! We had the best waiter/server named Pat who went above and beyond for our anniversary celebration! Definately recommend and would go there again!

    Everything from the Service to the food to the ambiance was spectacular. We were celebrating our anniversary and all of the staff congratulated us numerous times. Will definitely return here for a future dinner.

    We had a really nice time! We were staying at Margaritaville Hotel. Booking was easy. Seating was fast. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable and responsive. He made great recommendations! The food was delicious. Our sons loved the calamari and dessert the most (of course). The dry aged ribeye was excellent. I would highly recommend!

    We just ate here last night. My daughter is 10 and a very picky eater. She had green beans, 4 oz filet and butter noodles. She ate every bite. My husband was very pleased with his bone in rib-eye and whiskey. I had a nice Prosecco with Chicken, which was the best we ever had. Great vacation dinner! Service was awesome and it was quiet. Will come back!

    I visited JWB Prime to celebrate a birthday. From hostess check-in until we departed, it was an absolute 5 star experience. We had the good fortune of having Sai as our server. But wait, there’s more… Terrance and Megan also assisted our table and together they made a phenomenal team! They were extremely attentive, checked on us, and refilled glasses before we had a chance to ask. They were gracious and warm. Sai was hilarious knowing when and how to engage with us during our dining experience. The team gave us the overall impression that they were invested in us having a wonderful time. Everyone ordered a variation of Surf and Turf, which was absolutely devine. Prior to leaving, we gave our compliments to Chef Ryan and the manager, Kane (?) for their excellent commitment to hospitality!!! If you’re looking for a fine dining restaurant experience with exceptional customer service, do yourself a favor and visit JWB Prime.

    Seating was difficult, I asked for a round table and was told only 6 or more get the round tables. I pointed out only 4 tables in the area were occupied. We ended up with a very small table for four by the kitchen. We ordered the 56oz Tomahawk and a another steak and appetizers. When steak arrived had to remove everything from the table to put the food down. The Tomahawk was not prime as advertised, no marble in the meat very spongy not flavorful. Definitely disappointed for 450.00 meal

    Out server Sy was truly amazing! She was knowledgeable, patient and kind. The food was spectacular although very pricey. The appetizers especially the grilled octopus could have been more abundant. Overall if you have an occasion that you would like to splurge on at a lovely restaurant request Sy as your server, she made the night!

    Our food was exceptional as was the service. The chef came around to ask how the food was. We ordered brussel sprouts and were cold. He immediately took them away and prepared a new one himself. Great service! Our waiter was great! Highly recommend!

    We did the “chef tasting with wine pairing” and it was amazing. I’ll say it like this… for two non-Chardonnay drinkers, even the it was fantastically paired. Highly recommend this experience!

    For a restaurant that is so fancy, they served stale bread. Bread should be warm and chewable. The drink, Sangria, tasted like water. Salmon and the salad were good. Shrimp appetizer was tough.

    We had an incredible experience at JWB! The food was amazing and our server Shi (not sure how to spell it) took great care of us and helped us choose the best things to order. The menu is extensive so we were having a hard time deciding because honestly we just wanted one of everything! We can’t wait to come back on our next trip to FL!

    Our waiter, Pat, was fantastic at suggesting items from the menu. He did not stir us wrong. Everything was wonderful. If any wasn’t, he would do his best to fix it. For example, I mentioned to him that the beet and goat cheese salad was good but I felt it needed more beets. He came out 5 minutes later with extra beets. This attention to detail is what is so appreciated at a restaurant where the dinner item cost is on the higher end. My husband and I were celebrating our 29th year wedding anniversary. The chef came out to present a delicious dessert to congratulate us! All in all, a great experience.

    Our server was the best. Took into consideration my food allergies and talked us out of over-ordering as the portions are HUGE! What a save! Food was great. Paella was really good, could feed 3 people. The wagyu short ribs were good as well although over salted. Overall, great meal, phenomenal service and would absolutely come back!
