Definetly not worth the price , food was served cold and service was really slow . I understand since it was new years eve , but cmon it was not pack and if you dont want to work just dont show up

Our waitress, Azura, was fantastic. Very attentive and pleasant. The Pumkin Cheesecake was prob the best I have ever had

This is a review for the "Meet Santa" Christmas buffet brunch. The food was terrible and cold. Can't say one thing we ate was enjoyable with the exception of the hot chocolate station. The service was very good though. And overall they decorated the restaurant and hotel beautifully. Would not return to eat here based on the buffet experience which was expensive for what it was.

Everything was great, Santa, the elves, the food. The only issue was that they sat us next to a huge window that had no curtains and the sun was very bright and shining in our eyes the entire meal. My mother-in-law had to shade her face with her hand for most of the meal.

The new fall menu has venison on it and it's delicious: nicely cooked as requested, with a terrific sauce. The halibut was perfectly cooked, as usual. I requested a risotto instead of pasta with my seafood, and the chef said no problem, and it was outstanding. Our favorite neighborhood restaurant.

We did the brunch with Santa and I was overly unimpressed. It advertised activities and fun with Santa which I do appreciate the Santa and his attention to my child when he had the time. However there really was no activities and when I asked about the holiday adult drinks mentioned in the ad the server said there were none and then close to when we were done eating I heard them say bloody Mary’s and mimosas so I felt we didn’t get to take advantage of what we paid for. We were done with our first round of food before a server came to take drink orders as well. They were not very busy and we were early so they had time to wait to seat us if needed. It was not as smooth an experience as I thought and it definitely was not what I expected based on the description when purchasing. I doubt I would ever purchase again. The food was good over all, however eggs were a bit off. Otherwise all staff was friendly and attentive to cleaning plates and bringing the salt and pepper to the table.

This was a fantastic brunch with Santa. Everything was top notch and wonderful. Food stations were plentiful and staffed with friendly employees. Santa was perfect and made sure we had the right approach to taking the picture for the little guy. Only area for improvement would be was that it was too warm in the room. Staff and food was excellent. Price point was a good value for what you got in return. Would recommend this brunch to anyone. Much better option than the busier breakfasts or waiting in line at the mall.

We made a reservation for Thanksgiving. I debated on trying the Thanksgiving menu, I have learned in the past not to try any turkey meals because they are usually mass produced and sit under a light, the turkey is usually so dry it makes you gag. Well, against my better judgement, I decided to give this a go. It looked great on paper. Just as I suspected, when the dish arrived I could tell immediately the turkey was not good, it was formed like it was processed subway sandwich meat. I took a bite and immediately regretted my decision. The side dishes were not good either, way too many flavors going on. My boyfriend however did say the prime rib was decent. I left my dish untouched, I did not want to bring it up to the waitress as I hate sending anything back, but I was surprised she didn’t ask me if I didn’t like my meal because it remained untouched, maybe she already knew. We did however have an excellent bottle of Sito Moresco Langhe, and the ambiance outside was nice. I am in no hurry to try this place again, there are so many other great restaurants in Tucson.
