I paid extra for a table with a view of the mountains and my special request of placing flowers at the table was not honored. If the restaurant wasn’t able to fulfill either requests they should’ve communicated that. The food was great however the service was not. In an effort to make things right we were not charged for our appetizers. Overall good experience but I was very disappointed that my two requests were not honored and would like a refund.

My dining experience was not very good! I specifically requested that my Brazino fish should be sautéed and pan-fried. Instead, it came baked, which rendered the fish dry and ineatable. You should hire a new chef!!

We celebrated our anniversary and had a delicious meal with excellent service! They even gave us our dessert free! We definitely recommend this intimate dining experience.

Due to early reservation time we were seated in a prime location - very pleasant overlooking a fence of ocatillo. Server was very pleasant. Menu selections were interesting. Cacio e pepe was excellent - cheese and oil a true emulsiom. Partner had risotto with asparagus/corn/peas. Rice was done well. Deserts were also enjoyable - gelato and cake offerings.

We went to this restaurant a year and a half ago and had the most amazing meal! We couldn’t wait to stay at the JW again and go to this restaurant. We ate there last night and even brought some friends of ours and talked it up all day. Unfortunately, the food was not as we remembered. My husband‘s steak was not done as requested and had to be sent back. My gnocchi was nothing like I remembered, kind of dry. The service was OK. Again just not like we had remembered. We do not plan to return.

Chef was very accommodating of one person in our party that was a vegan. He made a very special dish for her. All food was brought to the table by the chef and you could tell he has a great passion for cooking and for customer service. Overall, a wonderful experience!
