Juvia is a 10,000 square foot indoor/ outdoor restaurant and lounge on the penthouse level of the parking garage by Herzog & de Meuron at 1111 Lincoln Road. Owned and operated by Jonas and Alexandra Millan of Bonito St. Barth, Juvia's dining room features a vertical garden, designed by internationally acclaimed botanist Patrick Blanc, which invokes the lushness of the Amazon rainforest. Although a bit on the higher-end price, Juvia provides a unique, atmospheric environment that is perfect for any date, anniversary, or special event. Every dish has multiple layers, each providing an intense flavor that collaborates effortlessly with each element of the dish. Flavor bomb in your mouth that will leave you wanting more. My favorite place to come with my boyfriend and his favorite too!

We all agreed one of the best meals we’ve had. Wissam (sp?) was helpful in navigating the menu and Sommelier with the wine menu. Definitely a night we’ll remember.

Although the restaurant has beautiful views we were seated by a window that basically overlooked rooftops which was not appealing. Our waiter suggested a more expensive glass of wine which we declined, ordering the less expensive glass and then were billed for the wine we did not order. The food was good although we asked for the Greek salad without dressing and it came out with dressing. When we told the waiter he took it back and said that it didn’t have dressing but the olives had oil so that was the problem - it actually still had some dressing when we were given the replacement but at that point we just ate it. We weee disappointed as this restaurant had been recommended to us by good friends.

The beautiful view and ambience does not make up for the below average food and cocktail quality for a place with this location and prices. My date disagrees with me, but my review stands as disappointing. Both cocktails were full of ice and nothing special, drinkable. Grilled octopus was served in overpowering salty sauce. Seafood pasta was basic. Tres leches was tasty enough. Everything was presented beautifully and the service was satisfactory. Not a place you go to impress people or for a tasty dinner.

My family of 4 had dinner at Juvia while on vacation. Nice view but extremely loud music for inside dinning. Food and service was good but overpriced. My husband has seafood pasta, I had Chilean sea bass, and our girls shared truffle risotto and fries. If we were sitting outside our experience would have been better.

Extremely expensive and very loud music. Will not return, but the staff tried to lower music and be accommodating. The food was still good and the view is great, but we wanted to enjoy the people we were with and we felt it was a club or disco more than a space to dine.

Food was okay -average quality. Service was fine and very nice. What you are paying for is the smart, stylish, romantic vibe and the spectacular, spectacular Al fresco rooftop view. Sit outside on a nice night with a bottle of champagne and soak it all in. Worth it for the view alone.

This was a horrible experience, our server wasn’t attentive and was walking around talking to her co workers. Everything was over priced. Our drinks were pretty much water and weren’t filled to the top! We definitely want a refund for this experience night. We got two apps and two drinks and they charged us for water without telling us… $12.00! Also they added a service charge of 18%… and there was no service at all. Run away from this place as fast as you can, it’s a scam!

Overpriced with failed executions at every turn: 1- everything has truffles. Iam not too sure if this is because everyone likes it or it is to justify the price. Truffled risotto - $78. Presentation is great with a foam on top and shaved truffled. Taste is overly salty and cheesy to the point that you can’t finish it Seared tuna: Very nice presented plate and tasty. Roasted garlic shaves was a nice touch. This was a decent place. Still expensive for what it is Half chicken: Probably sous vide chicken then roasted because the meat was very tender and juicy Execution wise this was prob the best plate Old fashioneds: Very disappointing. First, I believe you got to have some twist to the original old fashioned. But if you decide to stay tradicional, you better do it right all the time. Ours came without simple syrup. I was so upset at this point that I didnt want to complain. Service: They seem to want you out more than they want you in. Because of the service I will not come back and don’t recommend it.

I booked this reservation to celebrate my partner’s birthday with a group of friends. I did my research online to look at menu options, and the price point for this place. When I arrived, we were all shocked to see that the menu was marked up $20-$30 more than it was online. When I inquired about this to the waiter, he lied to me, saying that the menu prices online were input by guests and not management. That is absolutely ridiculous. I was looking forward to a nice dinner with beautiful views, but left the restaurant disappointed and lied to.

Food was just not good, unfortunately. Ordered the “crispy” pork belly appetizer and it was just pure fat, and soggy. The NY strip steak had 0 flavor, the seafood pasta was underwhelming…I’ve microwaved fresher shrimp. I am not a hater, but I just tell the truth. Beware, also $20 drinks that wouldn’t get the poor tipsy.

Juvia was very accommodating, we showed up a bit late due to the traffic from the Food and Wine festival. They were gracious enough to seat us even though we arrived separately. We were able to have drinks and wait until the rest of our party arrived. The brunch menu had some great options and the bottomless brunch was a good value and our server kept our drinks coming. However I was disappointed in the quality of the food. It wasn’t so great and left little to the imagination or flavor palate. Service was good and I will always come back for the views and maybe just do drinks.
