reserve eas late almost 1 hour from the time we had reserved and the waiters very unpantient and lack of education !

The view and energy at Juvia is great. The wait staff was very attentive without being intrusive. The food was good, but expensive for the portion sizes. If you are celebrating something and not worried about price it is a nice experience. The king crab risotto and the truffle dumplings were very good.

Great experience, go to inside first and have a drink at lighted, granite bar. Eat outside, more stunning views of MB. Lobster/Crab Risotto spicy and excellent, friends very picky and raves about Tuna and Porterhouse. Do ask for bread. Chocolate decadence desert great but Mango shooters were incredible. Manager Alexandra comes to your table to check on your enjoyment.

Excellent as always. Our guests loved it.

First the good stuff, the view was stunning. The music from the DJ was cool. The food was very good without being outstanding. However, the telephone manner of the receptionist was brusque, when I called to say I would be 15 minutes late, she said she couldn’t hold the reservation with no effort to be accommodating. More importantly, we felt the waiter was a bit rude and unprofessional towards the end when informing us about the pre added tip and collecting the bill. Little details but if you pay top dollar you expect these things not to be an issue. The kind of place I would not go to again now I have been there and experienced the wow factor. But with attention to small details regarding the customer experience, it would be somewhere that would be more appealing to go to again.

Our first trip to Miami so we wanted to have a nice meal with a view. Juvia did not disappoint! We did not wait long for our dinner & the wait staff was very attentive. We will definitely be back next time we come to Miami!

Incredible Food!

Una experiencia sumamente mala. El peor servicio que he recibido. Con reservación, me hicieron esperar una hora para darme mesa. Te hacen ir al bar a esperar y luego pasa una hostess a preguntar a cada uno por el nombre de la reserva. Te van y te preguntan tu nombre múltiples veces. Después de una hora de espera nos toca un mesero grosero, haciendo caras, de mal humor y de mala gana. Cuestionando lo que queriamos ordenar, amenazando que tardarian mucho en traernos la comida si queriamos ordenar otra cosa después, etc. Nos levantamos y nos fuimos del lugar sin siquiera tomar un bocado. ¡Intolerable!

This is the 2nd time I’ve gone to Juvia after booking in advance and requesting to sit outside, or at least a seat with a view. They attempted to sit me in the backroom at a table with tons of foot traffic that is super loud and next to the kitchen area. You literally can’t hear anything without shouting, and I was not going to scream across to my date all night with people all around bumping into my table, especially after booking in advance.

Again, this is the SECOND time this has happened to me there. I refused the table both times and said I would wait at the bar. Aside from the rude floor manager in the backroom who could use some lessons in hospitality and not treat a paying guest who made a reservation and requested NOT to sit there days in advance like dirt, the hostess saved me on both occasions and located a suitable table outside.

With the seating snafus out of the way, the food and service was great along with a wonderful ambience.

Very trendy snd youthful. Maybe a bit too much. It’s a rooftop with nice views of Miami Beach.,After 7:30pm it gets more interesting when lights on buildings look dramatic. It was as very pricey, we thought. Good good snd service. Overall a pleasant experience.

One of the most overpriced places I've ever eaten. The service and ambiance was good (its in top of 9th floor bldg on Miami's famous Lincoln Mall Rd), but the quality of food we ordered and the prices were outrageous. For an appetizer, a tiny portion of octopus (sushi grade), inedible because of very spicy souse, would set you back $37. Tuna steak served with white rice and a helping of side veggies (totally dry without any souse), was $45. The only decent thing was lobster risoto, but still, at $45 a portion, seems a bit much. Tres leches for desert, were made mushy and too sweet. And, at the end, 20% mandatory tip, included in the bill, definitely didn't help. Oh, forgot to mention $18 cocktails. All and all, I would never go back.

The ambience was fantastic, me and my friends love the restaurant as soon we walked in, the service was amazing Kirk the server was friendly and helpful, we love the cocktails presentation and certainly the restaurant is a must to go whilst in Miami.

First time at this restaurant and it was fun, high energy, incredible wait staff and everyone seriously enjoyed their meal!

Incredible view of Miami Beach & downtown skylines. Highly recommended.
Only drawback is the portion sizes are a little small. I never mind pricey restaurants, but I expect to get up full.

Absolutely lovely way to spend an evening in Miami. Even worth the high priced , so-so food and slow service (except excellent hostess and bar staff).

It has an incredible city sight of whole Miami. The food and its taste has an amazing flavor and texture. Not easy to find in other places of Miami. I would only like to add that they should have some special attention regarding Birthdays. Because I told them it was my wife birthday and they didn’t take care as I ask them. Nevertheless I recommend you to go. BR , Mauro

my girlfriend and I have gone here for the last 3 years on our yearly visit to Miami and we both agree, its one of the best places either one of us has ever ate. and the staff is probably the best looking staff of any restaurant in miami.

Awesome place. If there are any place that I wanna came back to visit is juvia. A especial thanks to Juan, our waiter was flawless. The food is delicious. And the restaurant is high grade.

Fantastic views! Amazing ambience. Our server was less than attentive but his support staff was superior.

Restaurant had a maintenance issue which contributed to missing menu items, steaks needing butterflied, etc. Food was just ok and service was awful, so thank God for the the great view and nice weather. Juvia dropped down my list big time. Not even close to being worth the $500 bill for 2 adults and 2 children.

I really didnt find it possible that we a party of 5 ordering champagne didnt get the bottle we wanted. We had two bottles and i got the worts comment from your head waiter that its just a restaurant and not your fault! My god. Not worth the price and tip! Never felt so unappriciated as customer

Amazing truffle risotto

I wouldn’t be going back anytime soon.the hostess put us in the enclosed room with lots of kids there since we had two older kids( teens) with us.
I asked to be moved. Which she gladly did and then the food was mediocre however prices were not. It all was trying too hard for a very mediocre experience.
The whole place was super loud. Couldn’t hear anything or anyone. Not impressed
