The service is slow and moderate. It does not fit the price. The guest service is poor and also does not answer the requests. They do not care about special occasions.
Perfect place to get the Miami vibe. Service is top notch. Best tables are with a view if you can get one. Wine prices are a little high. Food was excellent.
Bad service, long wait despite reservation, mediocre food, bad attitude
Service was average. Somewhat slow and inattentive. Food was very salty and also average. I don’t intend to come back, but it wasn’t terrible.
The food was grossly overpriced.
The waiter recommended Hendricks in my martini and this resulted in an unexpected mark up.
The ceviche appetizer was mediocre as was the beef gyoza. The Chilean sea bass was delicious but the sauce was sweeter than last time I was there. The tuna was good but once again way overpriced especially given the portions. Overall a good meal but not a great meal and certainly not memorable for approx 400 dollars for 3 people. Our waiter and the view were great.
There is no other restaurant like Juvia in Miami.
The view from the rooftop is just stunning! Worth every penny.
Too notch service and food, and I was really impressed by the cocktails as well. Must eat: crispy rice tuna, truffle ceviche, hamachi, octopus. Must drink: magic potion & amigo caliente with tequila or purple Juvia & duckin’ bag with vodka. Don’t forget about the Juvia shot for desert.
I can’t stop thinking about going back very soon!!!
And if you believe in magic… it’s on the 11th floor on 1111 Lincoln Rd, even the numbers and stars align there!!! A very powerful energetic vortex…. Don’t miss this iconic and legendary spot.
We dined early and chose from the Sunset menu. The food and service were 5 Star. Our waiter, Brian was helpful and very pleasant. A very special spot to celebrate a birthday. I can recommend it to anyone who enjoys fine dining done well.
The best dining experience we could ever ask for!
Thank you Juvia!
The occasion this time was a date night with my husband.
Julia is pricey but quality of food is great.
Regarding ambiance: the DJ plays music rather loud and that is often a strategy to turn over tables. Thus, this is not the best ambiance for conversing.
Service was excellent.
In summary, Julia exceeds the typical Miami service and good quality meal, and mostly the view up there is beautiful, quite spectacular.
Great experience, just not a good value, which makes it only good for rare occasions.
No bacon I’ve never had a brunch menu with no bacon. I had hair in my eggs but the server was wonderful she made up for the other negative parts of our visit
Amazing!! I had such a great time, and the food beyond spectacular!!
Great view… cool cocktails! Sunset Dinner is great value.
Excellent ! Gran servicio todo nos gusto el ambiente excelente y la comida deliciosa
We went to celebrate my daughters 15th birthday.
The view was wonderful and picture worthy, but the food selection was extremely expensive and the flavor was not up to par.
We ordered appetizers and drinks. The Chargrilled Cauliflower was $25, was not chargrilled at all, and it tasted boiled with no flavor. For $25 it wasn’t even the whole cauliflower. We also ordered the grilled octopus which had the consistency of pasta and was extremely salty. Not good at all. We also ordered the ceviche and the truffle French fries They were the better selections, although the ceviche was not the best be ever had for the price.
Seriously, the best pasty of the entire meal was the French fries ) (for $13!)
I’m very disappointed that for the price we couldn’t enjoy a better meal. It killed me to leave food on the table, but none of us could bring ourselves to finishing it.
We enjoy fine dining all over the world, this was a huge disappointment.
Good food, lots of noise and cannot have a conversation, great view.
Great food, vibe and view! Enjoyed my first visit.
This restaurant is woefully overrated and over priced. The view was nice but the food and service were both lousy. I had $64 steak that was cold and tasted like shoe leather. My date had Chilean sea bass that was smothered in a putrid sauce that made it nearly inedible. Our server left mid meal and handed us off to another waiter who clearly didn’t want to be bothered. I’m usually one to only say nice things but this restaurant gets a resounding two thumbs down. I would not recommend it to anyone. We should have walked out.
This was my third time at Juvia. Food was amazing, but the service that night was subpar at best. While we got our first round of drinks and appetizers without a hitch, we decided to wait to get our dinner orders. However, we were not expecting to wait an additional 45 minutes until our dinner orders were placed. After dinner orders were placed, approximately 45 minutes later, the waiter had told me that the kitchen staff lost the order and had to be placed again. We placed them again, told that we would have desserts taken care of, and food would be out immediately. 30 minutes later, food finally came, but one of the party's food order was incorrect, and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for her food. Another round of drinks were ordered, and again, one of the drink orders were wrong. We got a dessert shot at the end complimentary, and the final bill included the wrong drink order and an additional plate that we had not ordered. We spoke to the waiter, and explained how terrible the service was that night, and one of the drinks was removed and the incorrect plate was removed. We asked for the manager because we had multiple mistakes made during the dinner. Finally a round of drinks were removed and both of the mistake plates were removed. Still very dissatisfied with the service, but we had to make another reservation that night, and we had to leave. Unbelievable how bad the service was. It's gonna take a lot for me to consider going back again.
Food was ok. Great view. Music was a little loud. Service was good. Cocktails were good. A little pricey for what you get.
Nice view, so-so food, weak cocktails
Wisom was an incredible waiter. And he remembered us from our last visit! The food was extraordinary. Best truffle risotto we have ever had! And the drinks were excellent. This remains one of my favorite restaurants. Thank you!
Amazing view and amazing waiter. I usually don’t leave reviews, but the view and waiter really exceptional.
For the next time it will be great if you can clarify somewhere in your page that even though you are 25 or under 30 you won’t be able to drink unless you show a passport. PHYSICAL ID’S of your country won’t be accepted.
Very nice 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Best view and the food is delicious, I think is my favorite restaurant in South Beach
Great sunset dinner! The drinks, food, and service were excellent eclipsed only by the view. Would definitely recommend.
Excelente lugar, espectacular vista, la comida deliciosa y el servicio de calidad. Gracias
Great view, good cocktails.
Feels a bit overpriced
Music was just to loud couldnt hear myself talk to my wife ....
It was an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the service was great the only thing I didn’t like it was the loud music and you couldn’t hear anything you were talking
This was our first time at Juvia and we were very excited to experience what we thought would be an amazing night.
To start we order drinks. Unfortunately when those drinks were delivered to our table, they were spilled all over me. The young lady who accidentally spilled the drinks was very apologetic and I reassured her it was okay as I understand things happen. Our server Wissim was great with his customer service and reassuring we got new drinks immediately.
The night went on with us ordering appetizers and our main courses. The appetizers were okay. We ordered the ceviche, grilled octopus and “Waygu” gyoza. The ceviche and octopus were good. However, the gyoza were not “waygu” rather somewhat of a pulled pork type meat inside and the gyoza are steamed which results in an extremely soggy bite. Not appealing to the palate at all.
For our mains we ordered the tenderloin, the mussels(from appetizer menu) and the seared tuna. The tenderloins are overpriced for the taste. First off both my wife and my sister in law ordered their tenderloins med well. They both came out med rare. My wife sent hers back and when it came back out you can tel they might have tried to pan fry it to bring it to temperature, however it was still bleeding when it came back to the table.
Unfortunately our experience was not what was expected for the price. But maybe it is a better experience for others. All in all we would not recommend Juvia for the food but we would for the beautiful view and ambiance.
The view and the ambiance are amazing! The food is delicious! The drinks are so good... but a little on the $$$$ side. But then again... it's Miami Beach.... so $$$$ is expected! The Black Truffle Ceviche is a MUST!
We didn't realize how early we made the reservation and turned it to be able to do the Sunset Dinner! This was such an amazing value. It includes a glass of the Prosecco, which I'm not a fan of. I only wish I could have gotten a glass of red or something. I'd certainly go again and definitely recommend!
Our waiter (Anthony?) was amazing
The ambiance is very nice, especially outside. Inside is nice too, be aware the music is loud, you will have to scream for the waiter to hear you.
The food was good but very expensive. Be aware not all wines listed in the wine list are in stock. We ordered from the menu a Muga Rioja 2017, instead, we got a Muga Rioja 2019. Not a bad wine, but not the wine we wanted. Also, that bottle of wine was listed at $90, which is a $22 bottle at Totalwines!!!
It definitely is a place to visit once, but I won't repeat it.
A must visit in Miami.
The food, the service, the ambiance everything was perfect
Wonderful view. Food is good. Service is excellent
We have dinner at Juvia every time we are in Miami. We are thrilled to see that the quality of the food (despite the party mode ambiance) has not suffered. Absolutely delicious inventive food. Our absolute favorite dishes are the Scottish Salmon, the Ahi tuna and the grilled octopus. But everything is noteworthy. If you are in the mood--and how can you not be--get the truffle fries...Our server was the nicest, friendliest man. We had a great time. We will be back!
Overall very good. Food, service and ambiance well above average. One of the best terraces in Miami. Despite being in a tourist area, it preserves high end quality.
Too expensive and food was far from great
