Great happy hour w super service. Had a few apps and drinks and highly recommend.
It is a beautiful space with a great view to the city, nice food and music
Excellent ambiance!! Beautiful! Great service! Thank you!
Great vibes great sky line views
Horrible experience: I took my wife on a date to this place and couldn't talk to her because it was so loud. I asked the waiter to move it to a table outside and no tables were available. So they lowered the volume for us, but we still couldn't hear each other. Worse of all was the food. I asked the waiter what what the most popular dish and he said the seabass. I ordered it and it came wrapped in parchment paper, so they open it for you with scissors. I was expecting this spectacular fish and it was perhaps 2 bites of fish. The bottom was stuck to the paper; it was full of oil or butter, and the 2 or 3 tiny pieces of veggies were all burnt and stuck to the paper. My wife ordered a tuna appetizer and they brought her something that looked like a cross breed between a pizza and a crusty quesadilla. It tasted like thick doritos. in short, horrible. We ordered two salads: A Greek salad and a "house" salad. The Creek Salad was 70% olives and 30% veggies, cherry tomatoes and fetta cheese; just thrown together. A salad from Publix would have been better. The "house" salad was nothing but a bunch or arugula and that was it. The salads came out quickly, the rest took one hours. The bill: $200 bucks, for 2 people, no drinks, awful food, awful service, and awfully loud. Disappointed is an understatement. I will never go back and won't recommend anyone to go back.
Awesome time, Awesome service. Ambuance was amazing..
Will come again!!! Great service, food and atmosphere!!! Best for a date or anniversary. Great DJ too!!!
Fabulous food!! And view fabulous too.
A perfect sunset dinner - wine selection was excellent; the food matched the view - outstanding! Thank you.
Birthday party
Great service, drinks, and views!
Small portions, but lots of good favors. Service was good, but place very noisy!
Hostess was rude and passive aggressive. Not seating us when a table was available instead playing dumb and not getting us immediately. Reservations was at 12:45pm the table we were seated in was in a high traffic area. We asked to move elsewhere... she made us wait an hour at the bar to be seated and passed us up multiple times. By the time 3 tables where open for some time she didn’t come get us and we had to go ask to be seated again. She had an attitude and kept telling us we had to wait yet she had no one waiting to be seated for some time.
Great place for some breeze and a nice brunch. Outside is better than inside as there is a better view. The service is amazing, the staff is always checking on you to make sure everything is great. The food was great, but the brunch menu could be a little more extensive.
Great atmosphere. Good food. Nice brunch spot.
The restaurant is not outdoor, only parts of it. No social distancing, extremely loud and staff not helpful
Me gusto mucho y la comida excelente.
Había muy poca variedad con el cambio de menú por Covid.... pero todo excelente
The noise level had surpassed energetic to become ear blasting with some cacophonie mixture of sounds they called music.
The service was very inattentive
Food was excellent. Views were amazing. Atmosphere very nice. Music was too loud, thus we couldn’t hear each other talk. Bartender and table waiter were rude. Miami Beach really needs to teach their bartenders and waiters how to be polite. Too many of them are rude. Poor customer service due to rudeness will cause Miami Beach to lose its value and will drive people away. Perhaps more restaurants need guest relations trainers to teach their staff the value of politeness.
Terrible customer service, especially those hostesses and waiter, I guess the built in 18% tip let's them get away with terrible service and attitude. Made up resort fee. NOT worth the view. Mediocre food/drinks. How has this place not gone out of business?
Wanted to give my mom a special dinner. This place was perfect. Good ambience, gorgeous sight, delicious food, just perfect.
We arrived on time and one of our diners was not feeling well so did not join us. The host gave us a snarky comment. They sat us at a table in the corner which might have been a great location if it had not been windy. The waiter told us he did not know why they sat us there as it was a wind tunnel. After 15 minutes we moved and noticed 4 other parties were later seated there and then moved. The mussels and truffle fries were cold and insipid. The ceviche was amazing. The Panko chicken was as boring as it sounds and somewhat over cooked. What was I thinking?. The tenderloin was average and the sea bass had no flavor but a beautiful presentation. We were aggravated so passed on dessert. Juvia is usually amazing. Maybe it was an off night. Service was awkward at best but mostly non-existent. Champagne selection was weird. The lower and moderate priced bottles were not good and it seemed excessive to pay over 500 for a decent bottle. The Magic Potion tequila cocktail was outstanding and drinking 4 of them got me through an otherwise lackluster meal. Will we go back? Probably, as this was our first bad visit after numerous good experiences. Hopefully it is not a sign of going downhill. Definitely expected more consistency with so many options in south beach.
Table was not ready, had to wait 30 min
Drinks took longer than the apps
Moved my table twice
Dishes weren't valued correct for its portion, presentation was nice.
High volume operation with a lack of organization and lack of value relative to price and result. View and vibe is always nice, thats the only reason i would come back for. Take away the rooftop views and the DJ and your operation is lacking big time.
Overpriced and the food was just ok. Steak was great but the sea bass was average at best.
Dined at Juvia 5 years ago while visiting SB. Finally returned this past week and can only wonder why I waited so long. Truly memorable night with delicious food and drink, outstanding service and also great tunes from the DJ while we sat under a full moon in Miami. Could not ask for more except a return visit in April.
Gorgeous rooftop view, great vibe, good food, good drinks
Good food, drinks, poor service, overpriced food. Doubt we'd go back for dinner, probably just for drinks, to enjoy the view.
The ambiance is very nice, the service was impeccable. The food was ok, nothing special, as was the Glamour cocktail. Overall good impression, but I wouldn’t come back.
Fantastic .. went for brunch.. view food service and the DJ were great
Amazing service the food was so delicious very impressed, Daniel our server was incredible will definitely go back
The restaurant had amazing food, service, atmosphere and great vibes. It was pricey but the meals contained high quality food. I would definitely come again!
It is truly one of the most solid restaurants in all of Miami you can never go wrong food was incredible and the service was great only concern was how crowded it was with the Covid protocols not cheap but a once in a while treasure in Miami
Front house staff and manager did not honor concerns about appropriate Covid precautions after having received confirmation the day prior they would be able to do so. We arrived on time for our reservation to be told they would not honor our request under any circumstance that evening. After telling them we felt unsafe and that we were leaving, they marked us a no-show for our reservation and charged us the full cancellation fee. Extremely poor service.
Has a great experience ...view was fantastic!! service very friendly love the DJ! will recommend this place !!
This place is not for food...it’s for seeing and being seen. It’s so loud that it’s hard to hear yourself think and the food was very sub par.
Our experience for a fine dining restaurant horrible. The hostess was an absolute nightmare. She was arrogant, dismissive and rude. She didn’t communicate clearly nor care if customers were tended to. I get it that she’s frontline and it’s a frustrating role, but being pretty isn’t enough folks. You need to add service to your repertoire. I hope management reads this and heeds the advice that service and attitude make a huge difference. We had to fight for service once we were finally seated and while the food was flavorful and creative, the service is an abomination.
This was our fourth time here. The food is always good, the environment is amazing with the view. I felt that the entrance gives you the feeling that this property is not well taken care of. Lights were out and a hole in the wall by the elevators. Just first impressions. Overall I love to dine at Juvia however they need to keep up with a more luxurious experience especially for the price. This is a restaurant that should delight all the senses from the time you walk in to the time you leave.
Nice ambiance and delicious food. Was a little too busy and inattentive
Too expensive. You are paying for the views and vibe. Food was fine. Drinks are super expensive. Won’t really be back unless need a
Rooftop.
