   One of the best brunch experience we’ve had! Service was outstanding. Brianna, our waitress, described the food perfectly and her recommendations were right on point. The food is tasty, made with prime ingredients. Fresh and savory. My husband had the burger which was perfectly cooked. I had the best scrambled eggs, velvety and flavorful. We had to try the Bread Pudding French toast sticks and omg! they were delightful. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the ambiance is sophisticated in a relaxed way. An absolutely lovely experience!

   Ellis was outstanding! By far the best server we’ve had anywhere, in years! Attentive, personable, impeccable attention to detail, and a great listener which allowed him to cater his recommendations to us. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly medium rare, the sauce was to die for, brussel sprouts were next level! Thank you Ellis and Justine for a culinary experience we won’t forget.

   The server did not introduce himself, he stood there and stared at us saying nothing. We decided to order since he just stood there awkwardly saying nothing. After receiving our food, from another server, he never came by to check on us. At this time we were hoping to order drinks, our waters were empty, and we needed items for the table. When he finally came by we told him about the items needed. We waited for more than 15 minutes on these items and never got them. Finally another server who was very kind helped us with 0 hesitation with the things we were missing. What was supposed to be a fun birthday dinner for a friend was ruined by a negative experience and a negative server.

   This restaurant has the potential to be great, but unfortunately fell short for us. While the visual vibe and theme were cool, the music selection felt out of place. As much as we love Miley Cyrus and Alanis Morissette, their music just didn't fit the atmosphere. We would have preferred some cool lounge music or oldies like Etta James to really elevate the experience and make us want to stay for more drinks. The food was also disappointing. We started with the escargot, which was bland and lacked seasoning. It needed more salt and other spices to really bring out the flavor. For our main courses, I ordered the filet and my wife had the steak tartare. My steak was just okay, nothing fancy, and certainly not worth the $65 price tag. The steak tartare was actually enjoyable, but overall the experience was just okay. In our opinion, this restaurant has a lot of room for improvement before we would consider going back.

    Absolutely perfect, from our greeting at the front door by the manager to the host who sat us to our server Marsha. The food was delicious , don't miss all three of the fromage dishes. They were wonderful!!! The scallop dish was the best at the table. I loved my stripes bass. The only negative was the crab on top of the fish, it wasn't the best I have had , other than that- awesome!!! Also do not leave without having the banana caramel toffee extravaganza , such . It was a lovely combination of flavors and textures. Incredible. The manager even stopped by our table and engaged with our college graduate daughter and her friend. He was so genuine and engaging , it made their night. Thank you for going the extra mile. I am also in the service industry as a luxury designer and it was so nice to see another business care about the customer experience as much as we do.

    We have been fans of Justine for a long time. Whenever in Nola we dine there at least a couple of times during our staying. Brunch on Mother's Day yesterday, however, was a miss. Made a reservation on Opentable for 7 at 2 pm for Mother's Day. Stopped personally on Friday 12th to amend the reservation to 5 guests. The hosts was lovely, personable, professional. All good. Received confirmation of change from Opentable as well. My husband and sons arrive at Justine before me and they call me to tell no reservation under my name was found. I tell them not possible and send them a screen shot of the confirmation. They related how the hostess's attitude was not really welcoming, and that she insisted no reservation was made. I arrived soon after and encouraged her to look at the computer again where sure enough the reservation was found (the hostess was not the same as on Friday). Service from that point on great, professional and personable as we experience all the times before. Food wise another miss. The French Onion soup was as good as ever. The steak tartare was unseasoned, missed capers and several accoutrements, had to request salt, totally lacking in flavors. My husband escargot were all burned and set back. We were not charged for it. The deviled eggs while good could have had more flavor but overall good. The fish and chips were not a success either. Had we not dine often before at Justine we would write it off completely. I am willing to consider that this was a one off.

    We were there for Mother's Day. Service was great. The food (from the limited menu) was great. Food took a looong time to get to the table. I was disappointed in the fact that 25% of the entrees on the menu were sandwiches (burger and chicken sandwich). I'm a local and the expectation is that a place like this with entrees $20+ would be serving something much more interesting. Bloody Mary for $16 was also very watered down by the time it got to me.

    Great date night spot. Great ambiance. Great food. Great service. Local to New Orleans and we love trying new places. Justine was our first date, 6 month, 2 year - and now just special occasions. Park in the Monteleone garage for $13 & don’t sleep on the scallops. WOW! Ps Brussels are 🔥

    The decor and vibe here us gorgeous. Hip and trendy with New Orleans flair. The food was excellent. Recommend the Brussels sprouts as a side. Staff was friendly and great local for something a little different than the usual Nola fair

    I struggled with giving the "Service" a high rating, because while every aspect of the table service was fantastic, the hostess was terrible. Started with a generally poor attitude -- was told could not have a drink at the bar and upon returning to be seated was given a table at the front. Asked for another, and was told they were waiting on too many reservations, which apparently must have not shown up since the restaurant was only half full the entire night. It's a shame because the maitre' d is fabulous, and the ambience, food and waitstaff are top notch. But the front of the house experience with this hostess is going to kill the restaurant and drive people away. Also watched as she initially told a couple that had no reservations that they had no tables, only to watch the maitre'd intervene. Maybe she was just having a bad night, but no way to host a fine establishment.

    The whole evening was flawless. Great atmosphere, wonderful food, especially the escargots and bread cheese. Ellis, our server, knew the menu from top to bottom and provided attentive and skilled service on a very busy night. We will be sure to return to Justine whenever we are in New Orleans.     Rude host. Had to request to be reseated to main dining room. Having reservations for our special occasion was not recognized. Bar seating May of been a better option. Shrimp (6) and grits were fishy and cold. Mr Ed’s is a much better choice for shrimp and grits. Not a good choice to celebrate a non recognized anniversary.
