Happy Hour at Justine
Beautiful Place. Music was terrible.
Justine is a MUST in NOLA. The food was amazing and the drinks were top notch. It was fun, yet private, and our server was so knowledgeable and her recommendations were perfect. I cannot say enough about this place. I’ll be back over and over again.
Love the atmosphere here. Drinks and service was great. Food was good.
Excellent service and great atmosphere, I have to say though that I was a bit disappointed in the food. The French onion soup and the cocktails were the best part of the meal. The duck confit salad was not at all what I had hoped for. I’m used to duck confit coming with the little bone that the meat just falls right off of, which to me is the sign of perfectly cooked duck confit. This salad had a very small amount of pulled meat that was just not very exciting or flavorful and on top of a bed of bitter radicchio, just didn’t make sense to me. The burger was the worst part and I did have to speak up about it, it was under cooked, I asked for medium and it came out rare, and it was so over salted I couldn’t even eat it. I was very kindly comped for it and they offered a new burger but I was turned off. The kitchen did send out a new order of fries. The staff was most attentive and friendly and no questions were asked about my complaint and I wasn’t even asking to be comped, they just did it. I think I will go back for drinks because the place is very fun and beautiful, the food needs a little help.
Fantastic food, ambiance and staff. We cannot wait to return.
We had a great time. The food was good. Our hostess was great and friendly. Service was touch and go. Really great and accommodating, but then we didn’t get the friendliest vibe from our server from time to time. 🤷🏻♀️ All good though. Thank you for a fun night with family :)
We had an absolutely fantastic time at Justine last night!!! The staff was fabulous, Eric and Ricky were delightful, the food was OUTSTANDING!!! I loved the atmosphere and the interior design, the cocktails, the wine list, everything was so chic and elegant and the music was all Sade (who I love!). It was wonderful and I will be back again for sure!!!
This is a lovely spot! The food was a bit hit or miss. Nothing truly outstanding but nothing particularly bad either. They featured Veuve Cliquot Rosé by the bottle which is a favorite of mine, but the bottle had not been chilled when it was served. The sommelier took the bottle and quickly chilled it by hand in a bucket of ice water and it was fine after that. The decor is really fun and the ambience can’t be beat. It’s a solid place, but probably not in my top 10 in this price range. Maybe in the top 20, though which isn’t bad considering how many awesome restaurants there are. It’s definitely a place I’d recommend giving a try!
Amazing food, drinks were wonderful, staff made the evening feel so special for my friends and me.
Always delicious ! Great service, great food, great drinks and great ambiance!
It was an anniversary dinner.
They seated us all the way in the back... really bright lit room and in the middle of a 40 year old birthday party table full of drunk women. Def not romantic .
Also the steak wasn’t “steak”.
It was a sirloin... over cooked, tasted like packet of gravy poured on top. I just wasn’t impressed.
I had a lovely time in Justine. We were having a girls night and ordered some fun and frilly drinks and the hamburger..it was so yummy. Also the shrimp dish is amazing..
One of my favorite restaurants in New Orleans. Was in for brunch and everything was perfect.
Great food, service, and atmosphere!
Great vibe , the service is awesome . Great for date night
Excellent steak and seafood dinners. Service was impeccable, drinks were excellent. We will definitely return. Very similar to Parisienne brasserie’s.
The restaurant was beautiful and the food was good. But we waited an hour before our first course was served. It didn’t seem too busy and our waiter, while super pleasant, was not very attentive.
I would love to give Justine more stars but to survive in the French Quarter you have to have more than cute decor! You have to have good food and Justine simply missed the mark. My fiance had the burger and I had a pork loin. Both were underwhelming.
Best to skip the $40 Price Fix Menu! Very over priced.
This place is adorable, and the staff was friendly, but that’s about it. The food was terribly disappointing. We got two apps and two entrees and we didn’t enjoy any of it. There are much much better dinner options in the city.
I delicious dinner at Justines. Short rib starter was excellent - tender with a very tasty sauce. The pork chop was moist and cooked perfectly. The shrimp were plump and juicy. Service was exemplary. We sat on the patio. We felt safe - masks worn at all times. An excellent dinner experience.
This is a FAVORITE restaurant of mine in New Orleans! It's always a fun atmosphere. The food is great!
Rickey was most accommodating! Beautiful brunch with doors open to the street. Always a favorite!
The atmosphere and service were amazing. The food was not worth the money. The drinks were delicious.
The restaurant was lovely. Service was wonderful. Food outstanding.
Service was a little slow but our waiter was very nice, perhaps he had more than he could handle. Food was good
The ambiance and the taste of the food was awesome, but both of the main entrees were borderline cold. The host was wonderful as well. She was energetic and pleasant.
We love this restaurant! We are locals and come often! The music and food are awesome!
The Maitres D was clearly annoyed that we were late for dinner. It was 6:00and I thought it was for 6.:30. We did text that we were in route. Poor attention on my part. However, it was my birthday, it was Monday and the place was empty.
The service was great, good menu knowledge, prompt delivery and regular check backs. Professional and fun.
The food was lacking. The garden oysters were flavorless fried balls with Buffalo sauce and the squash was so spicy, I was unable to eat it. The salad and chicken were better but not anything to write home about. I felt the menu was using a lots of French language to sound spruce flat items.
Not overly priced, clean and fun atmosphere. Over all, it was enjoyable. We would return again when the Covid has passed for more of a fun night vs a gastronomic evening. In Justines defense, we did have dinner at Revolution the night before, which is a tough act to follow.
The restaurant looks fun and artsy and would likely be a great place when they aren’t crippled by a pandemic and it’s limitations. Like I mentioned before, I would come back. I’m sure it’s nearly impossible for these places right now and it’s important to support them during this time so we don’t loose them.
Awesome service with an amazing ambience! Will definitely be back again!
Great Sunday Brunch
Service was fabulous and the host, Rob Robinson was the best!
High energy place on Halloween night, food and service high quality, great experience
Go for the beautiful ambiance and stay for the amazing food! Really enjoyed brunch; bloody mary was a great way to start; french onion soup, crab benedict and the grilled shrimp were divine.
One of my favorite places in New Orleans. Cool place. Great music. Love the decor and food. An all around 5 star for me !
Justine is so much fun! Robby is the BEST host. The food was divine on Saturday and the service was great as always.
Its a great place !
Cool atmosphere, service was good.
We went for a girls dinner and had a fabulous evening. The staff made us feel so welcome and really tried to get to know us. Food was spectacular. Loved the whole vibe!
Always awesome, great day for International Champagne day, and if you go to Justine and Robby isn’t there, then you might only get 4/5 stars, luckily for us he was.
Memorable!!! I went there to NOLA to celebrate my birthday with my husband. We made dinner reservations at Justine for 8:45 pm but the hostess was super kind and made the necessary arrangements to take us earlier. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we were mesmerized by the outstanding service of the whole staff. Robbi Robinson came to our table to ensure everything was going well and OMG, he has a vibrant personality that makes you feel that you went to have dinner at your best friend’s house that happens to be a celebrity chef. This takes me to the next topic, the food is amazing! By far the best meal we had in NOLA and the best dinner we have had in 2020. We had for appetizers the stake tartar and the squash, both just in point and the perfect balance in flavors. Our main courses were Pork Loin and the Shrimp. We could not be happier with our choices, both were full of flavors and seasoned to perfection. Finally the decor is extraordinary, elegant but not overwhelming, chic and trendy, this restaurant is a true gem and I am more than happy to have had celebrated by birthday there!! Thank you Justine, I only hope that my comments make justice to an extraordinary experience!
