   The menu shows imagination, yet the portions are small, and the fish's quality is average. Although the restaurant's staff is attentive, the front of house could have been more inviting. Considering the portion sizes, it's difficult to justify the price, and Momotaro could be a better option for those seeking better value. Nonetheless, we enjoyed ourselves and left with satisfied appetites.

   Had a great time there. We did the tasting menu and really enjoyed it. Japanese Vodka just great. Our server Rose Grace was the best. They made the whole meal even better Cheers to Juno!!!

   Some of the best sushi I have ever had. From the presentation, service and flavor profiles of the dishes, I can’t recommend this place enough. While it is on the pricier side, the food is incredible.

   I’ve tried sushi in multiple restaurants in Chicago and New York. The portions were small and fish was absolutely tasteless. I could not tell one type of fish from the other and I do eat sushi at least once a week. The waited was good, but the service in general was extremely intrusive. We were not left alone, even for a few minutes. Somebody would constantly clear the dishes or bring something. Everything was very rushed as well. We were in and out in 40 minutes. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant!

   Best sushi in Chicago. Very frustrated that they overbooked and made us wait for the table…multiple others had same problem. Tried to get us to sit at the table in bar near door (draft). Wouldn’t let my 16 and 17 year old be near bar. They had to stand right in front of the host desk. They need to tighten up the management/customer relations. Second time this has happened

    Only complaint is that we arrived on time, and our table wasn't ready. We were told to sit at the bar and get a drink but right after we ordered a drink, they came to get us. I think we were seated for maybe 3 minutes? We then had to close out and wait for the bill and then go to our table. Not that big of a deal just more of an annoyance

    This was the freshest, most delicious sushi I have ever had! The presentation was beautiful and the fish just melted in my mouth. Warning - if you don’t like seafood, this isn’t the place for you because they didn’t have many other options. I highly recommend the chef’s choice of nigiri or sashimi.

    Fantastic Omakase. Chef BK is incredible and the quality of the food was incredible. Drinks were great and the sake is amazing. I am addicted now. I will recommend this place to everyone as it was great experience for me and my wife. I will be back to try everything !!

    Not the greatest omakase experience I’ve ever had. This was my second time to Juno in as many months. It was also the second time I was seated 15-20 minutes later than my reservation. For $125/person we had the 11 course omakase for Valentine’s Day. 2/11 of the courses were desert which threw me off but nonetheless the sushi itself really wasn’t worth the price point. It was luke warm fish, the rice was not warm (traditionally it is), and the sauces were bland. I’ve been to multiple omakase experiences and sushi restaurants in Chicago and this was hands down the worst of them. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but to pay $125/person+tax+20% gratuity I expected more out of this experience.

    My family and I have been coming to Juno for several years and have always enjoyed the excellent service and awesome sushi. We recently went for Valentine's Day and they served only the Omakase. I was so happy that we came for this occasion otherwise I would never have ventured from my "tried and true" offerings at Juno. I was completely blown away by the Omakase selections and have discovered some new favorites for the next time we visit Juno. Another great experience at a top-notch sushi restaurant. Highly recommend!

    I made reservations in the morning. Confirming 8:15pm. When we arrived they gave our table to someone not wanting to sit on the bar. We were then informed that our only table was the one nobody wanted, by the front door. After ordering drinks we never saw our waitress until I asked for the owner BK Park. I food order was wrong, and we waited two hours. We had to argue with manager, waitress. Owner heard us but never spoke to me. This is not Michelin service.

    Service was very poor and for the price it was overall a bad experience. The food was pretty good. We did the tasting menu and it was not worth the money. We were both still hungry when leaving. Wouldn’t recommend Juno very strongly to anyone

    I liked how they had a non alcoholic menu but maybe they could expand to things that don’t include ginger beer. The bar service is incredibly slow but the food service and waitstaff are very professional, knowledgeable, and fast. The food was superb and very fresh cuts of fish.

    I was a little sceptic, how this place can be rated as one of the best sushi serving restaurant in Chicago. Since first order showed up on the table and we took a first bit... Amazing taste!!! My grandfather would say: “heaven in my mouth” 👍 I was not a big fan of the sushi for year's. Only because my finance (she loves sushi) I looked for some very good place and found this one. Now, I know how the real sushi taste. Juno is definitely the best my future wife and I ever had Highly recommended restaurant. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out, everything is a dive star service and food.

    What an outstanding sushi restaurant. I tend to go to my favorite places religiously so trying a new place, well, I was somewhat wary. But, based on the reviews, I decided to give it a shot. So glad that I did. My friends and I loved it and will be returning. We enjoyed the salty dog cocktail as well as fresh oysters and crudo to start. Then some nigiri...fatty tuna, salmon, egg (which is more of a souffle than omelette-so good). Also had three different rolls-they were all delicious but the standout was one with the eel. I could have had 3 of those alone!! Really great ambience and service to boot. I've found a new favorite!

    Food was amazing!! Wow! Service was fantastic! Slightly louder but not bad at all. 4 people with tax and tip ran us $550 but we’ll worth it for the quality!

    Best sushi I’ve had in Chicagoland and I eat a lot of sushi. Staff seemed a bit frazzled when we arrived as apparently tables weren’t turning as fast as they’d like and we (and others) were delayed in seating. It took 10-15 minutes to get a drink at the bar while we waited. Initially the server was very rushed however things slowed down and the rest of the dinner was excellent. I’d definitely return.

    Did the Omakase for a group of 4. 1st the good. Service was great, cocktails and booze were good. The sushi itself was solid. Now for the bad. The fish for all of the dishes was really thin. I eat alot of sushi and this was the thinnest that I have ever seen the fish being cut. I ordered additional pieces after the Omakase, and the fish was also very thin. It was definitely not what I was expecting at this price point. No o-toro, no caviar on the Omakase. I probably will not come back anytime soon.

    We went for omakase at Juno. The food was good enough, but not enough in quantity. They give you an extra menu at the start so they kind of know it may not be enough perhaps. The ambiance was not what we expected at all. It seemed like it was pajama night perhaps--as most people were in their Sunday worst. The waitstaff was not neat and looked unkempt--as in clothes did not look clean, hair looked like they just woke up, and not very professional. On top of this, service as well below mediocre. Not what I expect for a restaurant that takes your credit card on reservation. It seemed that no one really trained the waitstaff well. And the music...was not something that would appeal to most, but to a small crowd. We went there for a birthday celebration and it kind of ruined our celebration. First time and will not return.

    Overall the food was incredible but they started to rush us out of our table asked us to move to the bar after we had been seated for 2.5hrs. After the money you spend to experience the omakase menu, there should be no time limits. And they didn’t tell you up front about the time limit.in hindsight it should have been obvious that they wanted to rush you out of there since the moment a dish was eaten, there was a server ready to take away your plate. We also were delivered our first course before we received our cocktails. I felt pretty good that we lasted 2.5hrs, since I saw others being rushed out even quicker.

    I've had omakase many times but this was one of the worst experiences. The food itself wasn't bad, but nothing special. I had an 815p reservation, was seated at 840p. The service was incredibly slow, you could tell they were wildly overwhelmed. We were seated at a table vs the sushi bar. They accidentally brought out one of the courses twice. The waitress then realized she already brought the course out. Strange. Definitely not worth the price. There are plenty of other options.

    The fish is decent quality but this is one of those near robbery experiences. I'm sorry, but my local in the middle of nowhere sushi shops offer thicker slices of sashimi and bigger sushi rolls. I've eaten at countless sushi places from Taiwan, Japan and US. Never felt this disappointed in terms of value before. Such thin slices and small rolls should be half price of what is charged.
