We had the perfect meal and the waitress, Abby Nolan, was stellar.
Wonderful evening. Wait staff was excellent and the manager went above and beyond to make our experience 5 star.
Great place! Nice atmosphere and wonderful food. I plan on coming again.
Had reservation, manager said it would be a few minutes as party at our table was just getting ready to leave. He showed us to the bar and the ladies there were great! Ordered our drinks and got seated at our table in short time. Hands on management and customer service!
We love the low key atmosphere there. Waitress was great too.
I love Juniper for their fresh & original menu. The food is always tip top notch! We were able to have a lovely menu& get out in time for a concert. I love Juniper!
interesting menu, dishes well prepared. good wine list. generally good attention to detail. no particular criticism
Celebrating our anniversary with dinner after the matinee performance at the TPAC. Reservations were for 6:30. The hostess informed us our table was delayed. She did a nice job of keeping us informed and offered to get us drinks while we waited. About 6:45 our table was ready. Service was great. Food was very good. My wife had Fried Chicken Curry which she enjoyed but said it was unique. I had beef tenderloin. The meat was perfectly prepared and fabulous. It was a great evening and I will look forward to a return visit
Farm to table makes this place awesome. This is our favorite restaurant in Tulsa. This makes our 4th straight anniversary dinner here. My steak was perfect. So perfect that I made sure it was the last bite before the best desert we have ever had anywhere on the planet----the chocolate pie. We usually share desert but we were NOT about to SHARE, no matter being married 30years!
Great service. Outstanding food: appetizers through dessert. Adequate wine list. One of our “go to” spots.
Very attentive service. Great food and loved the layout of the restaurant.
Amazing locally sourced food
Dishes were poor. There was more goat cheese on the amuse than on the goat cheese salad... Main course was way upsold by server, who tried to upsell other dishes to adjacent tables. Just a mess. Last visit here was so good, this visit so poor.
We enjoyed the appetizers and salad, but thought the beef stroganoff was exquisite.
Very disappointing meal at one of Tulsa's highly recommended restaurants. Menu looked good but most courses were edible at best; some were so over salted (and I like salt) that I stopped eating it! The lemon bar dessert had the texture of a gummy bear and lacked any of the buttery deliciousness I associate with this staple baked item that is easily accomplished in any home kitchen. Furthermore, service was very rushed and we were done in under an hour, 3 courses for me and 5 for my husband!
Service was speedy and efficient. The chips were unusual and distinctively different.
Excellent meal, as always! The curried chicken salad sandwich was delicious!! And I love the hibiscus iced tea!
Great as always!
would recommend this restaurant . the service was excellent and food was fantastic.
Wonderful experience! Would recommend for any nice occasion.
Juniper is a great place for wonderful food, great service, and a lovely night out. I've been several times and this restaurant always lives up to my expectations. I had the beef stroganoff and it was amazing. My husband had the tenderloin which never disappoints. The price is what you expect for a very nice meal. Their cocktail list included delicious twists on old standards. We went to celebrate my husband's birthday. We will be back!
Excellent food and service before Hamilton.
One of my favorite spots in Tulsa
Amazing food and Michelle's service is outstanding!
It's one of our favorite "date night" spots in Tulsa. The food is exquisitely prepared. Very worthy of a visit, as frequently as you can afford.
Took my wife for her birthday. We were seated in an out of three way corner which was perfect for us. The servers were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We decided to try the tasting menu option and were surprised by the amazing favors in each course.
Overall it was a wonderful experience.
Great food can only go so far if you drop the ball on service. We were disappointed in the service we received not just from the server, but from the hostess, and manager/food runner? Meals were fantastic, but will never return to Juniper.
Wonderful restaurant! Was unexpected for a business trip to Tulsa. Excellent, deliciously prepared food. Service was very good, and also unexpected!! Will come back here next time I’m in Tulsa. Thank you!
Fantastic! Everything was amazing.
I shared with the restaurant when I made the reservation that we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. I also shared this with our server when we were seated. I understand that probably they have a lot of people who dine at the restaurant for special occasion but we never even received an acknowledgement of what we consider was a momentous event. We have dined at what we consider many five star restaurants from San Francisco to New York but for this establishment to become a five star place they must learn how to make patrons feel like their business actually matters!
We will definitely be returning! The food was excellent, as was the entire dining experience.
What a great find in Tulsa!! I’ll be back for certain. The scallops and pork belly were to die for.
Our server seemed to be rushing us the entire time. I ordered the filet, which was just average. I expect much more than average when I’m paying $44.00 for a piece of steak. We also received the wrong appetizer, which was remedied with the correct appetizer. But this did not help with the overall experience. We will be looking for another restaurant for our anniversary dinner next year.
It would be great if Chef would allow substitutions. I love seafood and vegetarian dishes. I ordered the scallops which were great. It came with pork belly. I don’t eat pork but could not have a vegetable side. Please consider this in the future!
Delicious food. We had the weekly special to start which was a summer fresh Salad. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked green beans and asparagus with a sort of pea purée...it was divine. I had the fish special and my husband had a wonderful duck dish. The wines by the glass were not my taste (pretty sweet) but they allowed me to try several. I ended up with a 1/2 bottle. The staff was not very knowledgeable on wine but they did try. My only major complaint is that they brought our main courses out while I was only 1/2 done with my 1st course. Such a same for such a nice place. Hamilton was playing near by so perhaps that was the reason. The food seriously is worth going back for so we will be back and I will be sure to say to hold or mains until we are done with the first course. Thank you juniper for some delicious food!
This was my second visit and we had a large party of 10. Everything was as expected and delicious.
Can't wait to go back.
The service was excellent, the server was very attentive but not intrusive. The Fresh market salad, especially the dressing was very good, grilled shrimp and pats of fried rice very tasty.
Have eaten at this restaurant multiple times before attending show at the Tulsa PAC. Wait staff are always aware of time constraints and get the good on the table quickly. Very attentive. Excellent food
It actually took a long time for a waiter to speak to us...another waiter/kind man serving water, approached us to see if we had been served yet. We hadn’t, and I appreciate that he took the initiative to ask us and pay attention. Then our eventual server did an awesome job and the food was over the top amazing. We loved the show menu for Hamilton. Our favorite special occasion restaurant in Tulsa!
Good welcome and service.
I did the prefix meal. The carrot soup was fabulous and could eat just that.
The beef stroganoff was good but over salted and the sauce was extremely rich.
The dessert was super super chocolate!
The waiter did a good job moving us along in time for PaC.
What a wonderful place. I had planned on eating at Phryme; instead, I found Juniper a short walk from my hotel. I'm so glad I did. I sat at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with the knowledgeable and friendly bartender. I can't help but order some of everything when I'm on the road like this so I started with the seasonal "Summer Scotch" and was astounded at how smooth it drank. If you didn't know you had a glass of whisky you might think it was a shandy (except it tasted SO much better than any shandy). For an appetizer I tried the mushroom tart and could have stopped there. What a generous portion and such deep flavors and an excellent crust. On to the mains - pan-seared trout over potato pancakes. I loved how the trout was presented as a sideways napoleon. The crispy skin stayed crispy throughout since it was vertical and not soaking in jus. The potato latkas had a nice rustic way about them and paired well. Again, I should have stopped but moved on to cheesecake and coffee. Again, wonderful.
I most highly recommend Juniper and returned two weeks later from 800 miles away to take a dozen people there. At that lunch guests sampled the crispy chicken sandwich, the risotto, the pasta bolognese, the tuna...EVERYONE raved.
So, all in all, if you're considering lunch or dinner here, stop considering and go eat. You won't regret it.
