Juniper On The Water
Juniper On The Water is the spot for large groups, business meetings, special occasions, romantic dates, families. It offers a scenic view from the outside terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining room.
Signature dishes include our Seafood Paella made with a fresh variety of delicious seafood and toasted Israeli couscous.
A burger took 1 hour, horrible service
The view is beautiful. The hostess lied to us about the table we chose. The waiter was gentle, but my steak was cold and the pasta my wife chose had no flavor.
Excellent food, service and lovely view. A wonderful evening. Highly recommend.
I really liked the waiter but they had him assigned to too many tables at once. A band was playing during our meal which , although the singers were good, made it hard to have conversation.
A great restaurant for the service and the atmosphere and not overly noisy -- perfect for celebrations and brunches and romantic setting...but one dish was way too salty, the other was beyond garlicky. So a great place, just the food needs a little work.
We had a fantastic brunch experience at Juniper on the Water. The service was outstanding, we always felt taken care of. We ordered several things off the menu, each of which was more delicious than the next. Great view, great ambiance. Love this place so much!
Horrible! The location was lovely and it started out well but service was awful..no steak knife, no drawn butter for lobster. No apologies and then try to give us someone else’s bill.
I love coming here for brunch with my friends. last year In January i brought my friend for her birthday brunch and there was a buffet and live music. I was a little disappointed since I had brought my sister for the first time, but over all she loved it as do I
Superb, great music too! Oysters were fantastic. Great happy hour too.
Definitely opt for seating on the patio. Great, relaxing location. Food was very good, maybe a little overpriced, but that's the whole area. Service by the waiter and support team was excellent. This is a much better option that the high-tourist restaurants. We'd definitely go back.
Went for brunch. Even though we had a reservation and I had called about sitting on the terrace, they gave us 'attitude' and said we'd have to wait at least 20 minutes to sit outside, despite the fact that there were empty tables. The minute we sat down, our waitress was all over us about ordering. We hadn't even had a chance to look at the menu. I ordered a latte, which came cold. Our appetizers and main courses came out at the same time. I had pancakes, which were awful - tasted of flour and were dry, yuck. IHOP is much better! My friend was not impressed with her omelet either. The waitress was polite, but obviously did not care that we did not enjoy the food. We had to constantly ask other staff for water refills and other services, as she never came around to check on us. The only positives; the weather was beautiful and the restaurant has a great location, overlooking the intracoastal. I would not return and not recommend.
They do not take reservations for outside which should be noted on open table. People were very nice our server was in training and left to fend for herself. Too many mishaps, took forever before we were approached for drink order, bartender made drink incorrectly, no napkins under drinks and water over the table, no spoons on the table, salad was mediocre with little dressing, so many issues I would have to write a book. Our first and last visit.
Food is always excellent! We sat outside. The view of the intercostal and the sun set was beautiful! Great place to go with friends.
Three of us had brunch on Sunday. The food is really good as was the bottomless Mimosas. We arrived early for our reservation and were seated immediately. The only negative I would add is that unless you know exactly where you are going the restaurant isn’t easy to get to. If you have a car you drive up to the gate to park and go in but if you are walking as we were the gates are locked unless you have a key card. We had to walk through the car line to get to the walkway to the restaurant.
The food was amazing!!! I love the location and ambiance!! But my server Yoyo, she was the absolute best so warm and welcoming!!!!
Food was good, nothing spectacular. Good service. Must reserve ahead for outside which looked nice. Inside was nothing special, a little too big and open to feel special.
Food was excellent, and we loved watching the boats.
We ate outdoors overlooking the intracoastal waterway. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the food, service and ambiance!
It wasn’t perfect, my boyfriend and I enjoyed our first valentines together and they made it soo perfect
Had a great seat by the water. Loved it
Thanks I wasn’t guaranteed an outside table n we got it.
Only down fall is the bathroom, downstairs and part of the pool area, non of the stalls even locked
We were sat and ignored for about 20 mins. Then a bus boy came by with water. Told us if we needed anything he could assist. Waited another 8 mins for a server. They weren’t busy at all. Sat outside that was nice. Server finally showed up, drinks, food were good. I had the small hen... it was not able to eat it. Tore it apart looking for the meat and found some but was not in anyway worth the price. The Brussels were outstanding. My husband got fish and he loved that. It was weird but overall ok with all the bread and veggies I was able to eat. Won’t go again though. Best bus boy ever though, he was working his butt off.
Joanna was the best waitress I’ve met supported by a great crew of team waiters. They were very attentive and very friendly. My friend makes had a great time and plan to return.
Only missing was live music.
I will be back.
Yes, but just for the view. Food was good but expensive for what you got.
We usually love this place but we were very upset this time. We were 5 people. 3 got served. We waited 10 minutes and called the manager who told us that our lamb chops had been over cooked and were therefore being prepared again. Why did no one come to tell us this. When we finally got our dishes they were tasteless, no spices and the blueberry sauce had no taste either plus mine were still over cooked. This was a special and therefore overpriced also. No effort was made to compensate us other than free coffee which half of us didn’t have. The waiter was very apologetic but not the manager. Our mussels were half missing in the shells although tasty and my daughter in law found a hair which we didn’t even mention. So upset that one of my favorite places really messed up this time.
Good food, enjoyabe evening, professional fast service, fine music
Nice place. Food was very good - sat on back porch. Music a bit loud. Excellent service - recommend paella. One problem - was difficult to find for an out of towner, being up in the back of a complex with secured entrances.
Food was great. Waiter ffriendly and attentive.
Seating right on the intercoastal was relaxing. Ambiance great.
Live nearby and been here multiple times, would recommend.
Only negative was valet a bit slow to react .
We enjoyed the Jazz with a singer , the music was perfect for dinner . One couple danced. We could have a conversation. The food was very good . We enjoyed the fish , lamb and the hamburger. All well cooked. The French fries were perfect. The service was very nice. I appreciated very much the tall black young waiter who literally ran outside with my credit card as I had left it on the table. The manager was kind and showed concern about our dining experience.
My side dishes arrived when i and everybody else had finished my meal. The location is nice but the food was average at best.
Pour manger sur le quai extérieur c’est parfait et très belle vu sur le canal
No sirve para almorzar, solo para un brunch
I always enjoy this restaurant because there is free valet parking right outside and the weekend brunches are always delightful.
The setting is beautiful. The service was amazing. My only complaint is that I requested to be seated by the water on my reservation and there was no table available.
Everything was great and our server Ken was wonderful
Consistently in point, Juniper On The Water continues to deliver with delicious cuisine, excellent service with an awesome view of the intracoastal with reasonable prices. Great hidden spot fortunate to have in the neighborhood.
my guest was unaware that weekend lunch s only brunches with mostly eggs. we changed our minds to come back for a different menu
food was very good and service was enjoyable and fun
Great closed to intercostal
Hard to find good food right on the intercoastal and Juniper's was good solid food at a fair price and service was excellent. The fundamental issue is that it is hidden in the back of the Hemisphere's condo complex which is a bit dated and the restaurant is too. On a Thursday night, the place was fairly empty, esp. inside. We sat outside which was very nice w/ the boats going by and you are right on the water. Overall it was a nice meal but it's not a place that is inviting enough to go back to, many other more up to date options with a better atmosphere.
